Maybe you pay attention to what he is saying? If you know english well you may understand that there is a difference between series A funding and hardcap?  I understand the difference, so I still have a question about the size of the HardCap set initially and why they still want to continue the ICO. And by the way, in the early version of the white paper, it was written "Hard cap: $20M", and now "Initial Target Raise: $20M"  Let's see what lies ahead and what surprises the project has prepared... You will get to know that shortly. Ico(s) have always been a method for funding startups so it is worthless to ask if there is any need for any ICO specially when you talk about genuine ico(s). |

Hopefully this year will be a year for the rise of cryptos. Anyway, are you guys now familiar with STO? I heard STO will be a boom for this year since investors are not just buying coins/token but more likely investing on a company, more like a share holder. I think this is cool and hopefully engineer.ai will be like this. The U.S securities & exchange commission was formed after 1929 stock market crash to protect investors. They had a hearing back in February & after utility tokens we have STO(Security Token Offering). But NAYA token is an utility token, right? I'll hope that it will become a security token or have its own blockchain. It will be from NAYA token to NAYA coin, well I guess it's never too late for this.  Yes it is a utility token. Creating own blockchain means you have to manage for explorers, wallets & blockchain nodes/masternode while creating a token barely needs a smart contract. This is why people prefer tokens. |

This is clearly a scam. There is no information on team's background and over the past two years, I've seen enough to identify a scam. There is no need of a token for the issue they are trying to solve.

Seems like ICObench does not have any idea about the potential of this ico, else it might have been rated above 4 out of 5 . I strongly feel that this one has been under rated .
There have been several ratings in the past on that website which didn't make a whole lot of sense. Exactly. They have paid / premium options to advertise & I have seen high rating of bad ICO(s) & low rating of good ico(s). I was surprised when I saw no traces of very important ico(s). |

There are so many helpful articles on how to discover scam ICOs. I actually don't give a damn care for ico ratings, all we know they're just been paid to rate other icos in 5 out of 5.

Many are left wondering what is happening to bitcoin or will it be the end for the coinn what do you think about the current situation?
