381  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is better Trade or Invest? on: March 14, 2018, 06:54:59 AM
Hi guys , Some of my friends are give me some ideas about Trading and Investing.

But i've some doubt which is better in that. What is the advantage and disadvantage? Because I want to focus on one at a time for generating source of income coz my funds are limited.

Can you give some of your useful ideas? I'm a begginer. I need some help. Thank you!

If you are a beginner I prefer to invest your time reading and learning how to trade. But to remind you trading is very risky if you are not equip with it. My suggestions:

1. Read and learn bitcoin, cryptocurrency, fundamental analysis, technical analysis and Trading.

2. While your fund is limited, try to learn how to do bounty

3. Join airdrop (free tokens and coins) My Biggest airdrop cost around $500 dollars when I sell it

4. Be active here in Bitcointalk.org

5. Please be very vigilant in choosing whom to follow and believe.

6. Lastly, invest and trade what you can afford to loose.

383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best sources of information on: March 06, 2018, 06:12:18 AM
Where do you guys get your info from?  Like Twitter, PBC, coindesk articles, etc.  Always looking for new sources for research Smiley

I Prefer to use twitter for faster and latest info but make sure to follow only the official twitter page and real twitter account. Beware of fake accounts as they will give you false and not valid information.

Google news also is one of the best site for cryptocurrency as they feed the latest news related to it from the legitimate sources.
384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: March 03, 2018, 10:09:24 AM
I suggest Bitcoin Growth Bot (Nucleus), they are Lending Platform which headed by Jordan Lidsey. They can show you the live trading bot. They just promised around 10% interest per month which is good enough. You will lend bitcoin and receive bitcoin after the lending period. tokens are in Waves platform which has lower risk of scamming. They have limited tokens so when the lending started on march 5, 2018 I am pretty sure that the price will skyrocket. Right now the price of NCL token is $1.80 from its ICO price of $0.5. Before investing please kindly do your own research also. That is your money, we are just here to suggest. Thanks.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you investing in Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2018, 12:21:04 PM
At first I am just looking on the technical side of bitcoin which is the chart. I can see huge gain potential that is why I invested bitcoin few years back but as days go by, I understand and realize how does the bitcoin is changing our society and technology. I felt inlove with it, so right now I am a true believer on the technology behind bitcoin and that is why I am investing on it.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SAFEST BITCOIN WALLET? on: March 01, 2018, 12:04:56 PM
I would definitely suggest Nano S ledger. It is the most secured hard wallet I've ever encountered. nobody can steal your crypto coins and bitcoin without the ledger nano itself. Also, it is equipped with password. Just in case somebody is trying to withdraw from your ledger there is a confirmation needed that will show in the screen of your ledger.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which of the following Altcoins would be in your TOP 10? on: February 26, 2018, 05:14:58 AM
I would bet ripple (xrp) would become huge and possible overtake ethereum with a big difference this 2018. Alot of people are bashing xrp and releasing FUD but if you do your research without the influence of any, just the facts you can see what huge potential does it have. I live here in UAE and just the previous months of 2018 they closed a deal with the big banks here and the biggest remittance center like the UAE exchange. They are turning into decentralized  this year and he is one of the only cryptocurrency that has real business and not just a plan. This is just my opinion and I will stand for it.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] 🔥 BLOK — $1.5M in bounty payouts on: February 26, 2018, 04:55:33 AM
Would it be possible to join the bounty even though my bitcointalk account is newbie? But I have huge follower in twitter and facebook.
389  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 26, 2018, 04:48:17 AM
Bitcoin does not have an absolute value like a 5 or 10 dollar note or any currency of some sort.

What I am asking is how does a bitcoin have any value? What is the basis in calculating the value of bitcoin nor which aspect that contributes in the value of bitcoin. I know that bitcoin does not have absolute value because it will be based on the supply and demand of it.
390  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much BTC will go in 2018? on: February 25, 2018, 05:33:57 AM
I have a strong feeling that bitcoin could hit $35000-$40000 this year. Alot of people wants to invest in bitcoin and most specially these financial institutions who eagerly want to enter bitcoin. As days passes by alot of people recognizes the potential of use case scenario of bitcoin. We cannot deny that bitcoin is the future so everybody are trying to invest on it.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 25, 2018, 04:33:21 AM
Bitcoin value is based upon its Demand and Supply elasticity for goods and services its used for. The people's belief on Bitcoin as pioneer on line Digital currency also plays a vital role in this regard.

This is the answer what I am looking for. One aspect that affect the value of bitcoin is the people's belief on bitcoin as pioneer on digital currency. Thanks for sharing your thought.  According to statistics almost 90% supply of bitcoin was taken by few people and they call them whales, what would happen if they sell all their bitcoin?
392  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 24, 2018, 02:11:01 PM
I am also wondering how bitcoin have value. And its value is too high. Bitcoin cannot even use offline. But many of us want have more bitcoins. And we trade and invest to it.

Yeah that also what I am wondering too. If it because of the technology behind it, I think its not worth almost 20000 dollars. Because well in fact the transaction charge of bitcoin is so much high. In comparable of ripple which has low transaction fee below one dollar and faster transfer rate.
393  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 23, 2018, 06:33:12 AM
For me Bitcoin is created because of technology. It is like gold where you can exchange it to fiat. That is the same with Bitcoin. Its value can also be exchange in fiat. Good thing about Bitcoin is, this not controlled by government Bitcoin is controlled by us as user of Bitcoin.

Yeah bitcoin is created because of technology but the real purpose of it is not beneficial anymore, transaction charges are very high. For example when you transfer 100 dollars it will cost you  around 10 dollars. And by the way bitcoin now adays is regulated by some government in some countries.
394  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 23, 2018, 06:27:07 AM
Bitcoins do not have value as a physical commodity like gold and are not widely accepted as legal tender like dollars.

Rather, Bitcoin appears to have value for the following reasons: It is popular.

In short, people accept and trade in Bitcoin because other people accept and trade in Bitcoin.

Everything has its value. As long as the recognized people are more valuable.

An antique, for example, is not really useful, but it is often valuable because there are many people who approve of it.

The same is true of bitcoins, which are now accepted by many people.

Yeah, the example you gave like antique is physical, it can be seen. . . Also with gold and other precious metals in contrary to bitcoin which is just digital currency. You cannot see it nor hold it with your hand.
395  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 22, 2018, 05:19:43 AM
The value of Bitcoin is derived from the way people want it at the moment, including other factors like the economy.

What you said is confusing to me. You said that the value of bitcoin is derived from the way people want it at the moment. So if that is the case why does the price of bitcoin going low and decreasing? Why not just breaking the all time high everytime?
396  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 22, 2018, 05:12:55 AM
yes, bitcoin has a very high value and can survive until today. bitcoin has a lot of experience when compared to other altcoins.

but that makes bitcoin has value, is a lot of the public who believes in bitcoin, so spreading and bitcoin volume is increasing and high. and it makes the bitcoin value higher.

They told me that bitcoin has limited supply only at about 21 million. How come you told me that bitcoin volume is increasing and high? So that means bitcoin total supply is increasing?
397  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 21, 2018, 11:34:49 AM
I would argue that part of the value of Bitcoin lies in the fact that it can be used to transfer large amounts of money, with relatively low fees.
It's still a lot faster than traditional banking and I'm absolutely positive that there are many people who use Bitcoin just for that.
In
Also don't discount its utility as a payment method for online payments. It provides a great alternative for credit cards, which some people have no access to.

I beg to disagree what you said that bitcoin has low fees in transfering money. I tried to transfer $100 worth to my other account the the fee is so high. For that one hundred dollars they charge me about 14 dollars which I can say that it is very expensive.
398  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 20, 2018, 10:37:27 AM
Bitcoin value come from the willing buyers and sellers who determine the price.

So you mean if the demand of bitcoin is high does that mean that the price also will go higher?
399  Economy / Economics / Re: How does a Bitcoin have any value? on: February 20, 2018, 09:52:27 AM
It depends on the environment.

Can you elaborate what you mean that it depends on the environment?
