To anyone that that that Genesis address holder always dump their MNE, here is my story:

I was one of those that saw the debut of Minereum and subscribed to the airdrop and got an genesis address. My first tought was, oh a new idea nice! (and of course it was easy to subscribe).

When the smart contract mining started, I let it go, and when it started to be tradable, I looked at the price and saw 0,50$, I keeped them.

Later on, the price became 3$, woah nice!, but I still keepped them.

When it first became over 5$, I selled them, I was thinking, it's too good to be true! I was still unsure of what would DEV will do with this project, and there was still nothing delivered.

And then the price climbed to recent level, now I hold and buy MNE and here is why:


1) Minereum have a strong and growing  community

2) DEVS proved that they can and will deliver (Token creation service)

3) WIth his low emission rate, I'm not scared at all to buy, because popularity of the coin increase MUCH more than his emission rate

4) It will survive next crypto crash (if occurs) because it's innovative (a couple of projects tried to copy them)

Predictions: (in 3 years)

5) it will be a top 20 crypto

6) 500 000 000+ marketcap



What would be the scenario if it was an ICO project instead:

1) I would have bought a share

2) Oh the price is nice... let's wait

3) 5$ to good to be true, sold all.

4) I'm no more in the project

I totally agree with you, but what I am saying, is that I think the time where everything is bought and pumped to the hell is done.

I will not bash some coins, but be cautious when your are about to invest:

1) If it's a old coin that was revived in the last months for no special reasons

2) Does the coin have some innovation, and proof of that (dev can make huge promises but never deliver)

3) Checking the coin richlist on the block explorer, if the coins is not widespread distributed, some big holder can dump their coins and crash really hard.

Here i what I'm thinking is about to happen. Total marketcap doesn't seem to past 111 000 000 000$ mark, so it seems like no more new money is comming right now. I don't think everything will crash, but shitcoins or very average coins that offer nothing new will crash hard.

So take some good decision now, because it will not be as easy as it been last couple month for profit.

First of all I suggest you the next time to do your research before buying. Therefore, that is right there is a little more than 4000 genesis address that produce 1.8 MNE/day.  I prefer A LOT that way of distribution VS an ICO where rich hands buy a lots a coins and then dump hard later when price rise. Yes genesis address holder can dump coin, same as every coins that is mine able. But, this is still a low volume of coin that can be dumped per day. Odds are more on the side that popularity of the coin, because of is new and innovative way of distribution, will outcome that and price have a lot of room to grow to the top 100 coins at least.

I am also confident that Minereum will reach top 100 pretty easy, they have good momentum, and they seem to deliver what they are promising for now.

Look at total Marketcap of all coins right now is a 111 390 000 000, it is constantly raising, so for now everything is fine.

If you look at BTC dominance, it's 39%, so your holding distribution is spot on.

I would think of something that would be safe and :

25% BTC  (less chance to 10X but surely will be up)
25% ETH  (a little more chance to grow more faster than bitcoin)
25% WAVES (good chance to 10X)
25% SIA (good chance to 10-50X)
