Hi there, as it was already mentioned, BlockEstate won't be doing a traditional bounty program since this is an STO (security token offering) - they may have another promotional or reward program for following social media but that is TBD. Greetings. Can anybody explain, due to what will the platform simplify the process of buying and all in all in what terms will the buying process become easier?
BlockEstate’s first Alpha fund is designed for international investors (Non-US persons under Reg S). Accepted currencies are USD, BTC, ETH, POLY and other forms of fiat currency that can be transferred via Bank wire. |

There are many ways to do what you have to offer why should I use your product? I wanted to know what is your advantage over your competitors? Hi there and thank you for your question. The big difference comes from Regulatory Compliance: " Unlike our competitors, BlockEstate is committed to regulatory compliance. Some real estate and asset based token offerings are still stuck in the ICO “Wild West” issuing securities on a standard ERC-20 token model which, without modification, will most likely fail to meet regulatory requirements. BlockEstate security tokens created using Polymath’s ST-20 standard are able to prevent trades between excluded persons through the use of robust smart contracts and address whitelisting technology. BlockEstate tokens will have built in KYC/AML requirements and compliance with securities laws in all jurisdictions they touch. This protects the fund and its investors." |

Can we use your token to pay in online store?
Each token will represent a share in the tokenized US real estate fund. Investors are rewarded through a buyback and burn model. The token won't be used to pay for online stores.
