381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes its always the investors fault on: June 30, 2019, 05:54:32 AM
Either ICO IEO or STO, this shouldn't be what you will rely upon to get great benefits from new projects, what makes a difference is the thing that the teams are attempting to construct ,the inquiries you should begin posing to yourselves is what innovative idea will the new project offer crypto space ? Also, how great are teams records.

Many investors are complaining that they are at lose investing in some IEO projects ,these investors believe that all IEO projects are good and should be able to double or triple their ROI which is not possible unless they actually do good research on the projects first ,lack of research will always leads investors astray
Let's not be too quick to point fingers on investors, because even the market condition plays a big role on this things from time to time. By studying whitepaper, you won't be able to know which project will perform and which won't as majority has beautiful whitepaper with no product.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: would you invest in IEO instead of ICO projects? on: June 29, 2019, 05:36:14 PM
Yes I will given I get lottery tickets on Binance IEOs because its always profitable unlike other exchanges I've seen so far.
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I stopped trading. 3 reasons why. on: June 29, 2019, 05:30:38 PM
I've heard so much about how tasking trading is but I keep seeing people who enjoy it. I think developing a strategy is the best approach having trading pairs as well.

385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will new alts projects take over the lead? on: June 28, 2019, 03:10:50 AM

All alts price is down, but the question is !
will all of this new projects take the lead in the next bull run and leave behind good alts that have been in the market for several years ( for example STRAT , SYS , XEM  etc..  ).

I think there is a chance that some altcoins will be superior to the old altcoin, but I am sure that it will take a long time because investors must see a lot of partnerships with large companies or future project development by the developer team
It can happen if new projects will really provide proofs that they are partnering with big businesses that will take care of the system, giving assurance that investors will benefits after showing supports to the project, old coins though needs also to make a move not to be left behind and continuously compete with newer projects, only time will tell if we will be able to see this things to happen around.
And also proof of knowing what exactly they're doing. Some projects take over a year yet they keep developing without listing anywhere keeping investors money stagnant at the detriment of the investors.
386  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't share your best email or KYC with every bounty or airdrop!!! on: June 28, 2019, 03:08:54 AM
Yep you are right sometimes tokens or coins don't worth it even some exchanges don't worth your personal info as even good ones sometimes get hacked so all your personal info can be sold anywhere in the internet space.
Some exchange requires some level of verification before you can trade or withdraw some certain amounts. Its good to carry out kyc process but some projects ask rather too sensitive information way above kyc.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why did you choose your current exchange? on: June 27, 2019, 05:30:24 AM
Liquidity of course
and also the branding

I am currently using Binance
It has so much liquidity there compare to most other exchange
This is also one of the reason why coin pumped when it get listed on binance
Because it has tons of money flowing in and out Binance

When you have coins with good order book liquidity, it has lower spread which is good for trading
Not just the money inflow and outflow, the CEO has an understanding of how human psychology works and he uses it to get people to like the exchange the more. Everyone has been conditioned to believe everything pumps on Binance and so it has been.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why did you choose your current exchange? on: June 26, 2019, 06:09:08 AM
The first exchange is used was bittrex, it seemed easy and user friendly after watching some videos on YouTube on how to use it.

No new project will take the lead. The period we're in now, we won't see such alt movement as 2017 only few string alts will survive this trend when alt season comes. New projects without a product or strong community will be washed away.
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO NEW PROJECTS PLUMMETS AT FIRST MARKET ENTRY on: June 25, 2019, 05:56:01 AM

It's not "RECENTLY" but this has been going on since the last year (or earlier).

Right! This is nothing new, good part of the projects since the start of Token sale trend, lose some of their value upon entering exchanges. It depends on a lot of things, but the most important is token lock period for bounty participants.

between the two, it's usually the investors who dumps more.

Wrong, bounty hunters absolutely are to blame for dump. Investors dont go crazy with dump as fast as coin reaches exchange, they did not invest to take loss. But bounty hunters dont care, they just want to sell and make some money as fast as possible.
Do hunters always have to get blamed for dump in token price? Most times during token listing bounty allocations are always locked yet price drop on exchange when compared to ICO price. People take profit both investors and hunters. If I'm an investor and I no longer believe or agree with a project ideology I sell off my position once listed.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to delisted Alt Coins on bittrex, Binance and Poloniex? on: June 23, 2019, 06:31:15 PM
Considering those altcoins have low volume support during at bittrex or binance then probably they will delist them but do not too fear with that because usually you still can trade those altcoins move to another exchange but indeed the main problem is if the coins delisted by major exchange then eventually they will became an lack of interest and difficult to get profit through them
Provided such coins are listed on other exchange, there's not cause for alarm. The exchange delisting has room for withdrawal of tokens, users can withdraw to other exchange and sell.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra the new crypto king on: June 23, 2019, 06:29:39 PM
I have seen so many coins being hype as the new Bitcoin or king of crypto, but all of this is just threat, it's far from the truth, Libra coin is the new coin that will challenge Bitcoin, but people are already made up their mind that this is one coin to replace Bitcoin, when in fact it has not proven anything yet, only the white paper, and they have one big obstacle yet and that is the US authorities.
The only hype about this coin is the fact its bringing cryptocurrency to everyone. Facebook houses billions of people if they introduce their coin, everyone will hear about cryptocurrency new money will flow into the market.

395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra the new crypto king on: June 21, 2019, 04:56:40 AM
This sounds so funny, how will you say a centralized upcoming cryptocurrency is the new king? Have you lost it? Do you understand what crypto is all about? Do you think there can ever be a replacement for the pace setter which is Bitcoin? Let me quickly draw your attention that, no bitcoin, no crypto, no blockchain technology. So let's stop such farfetched comparisons.
That's the part where we all forget. Blockchain is all about decentralisation, fb coin is centralised and a stable coin backed up by nothing yet. I await further announcements from them.
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra the new crypto king on: June 20, 2019, 05:51:24 AM
I guess it's too early for this hype!. LIBRA can't just come in and make itself the king like that. We have a good number of Coins we can refer to as Kings before the LIBRA Came in, so it won't be that easy. Though it might make a good name itself in a long run.
Yea for real it needs to proof itself. I keep asking aside serving the function of mass adoption what else can this token do? Its a utility token which could've used other tokens in her platform without developing its own.
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to delisted Alt Coins on bittrex, Binance and Poloniex? on: June 20, 2019, 05:49:03 AM
I  believe the fact a coin got delisted doesn't mean the project is nonperforming or not good . Sometimes, traders shift their base from one trading on one exchange to another , this might due to Liquidity reason or fees being charges. A company like binance can delist a coin if they are not gaining considerable trading volume daily as they expected. I have been in a situation where a coin i was holding got delisted in one of the exchange i like before of the lower trading volume .There are so many better exchanges. If i coin got delisted in an exchange, another better exchange will embrace it .
Or sometimes, they feel the project can't be easily pumped. One thing I've come to understand is whales pump projects with small volume on exchanges consistent pumps can lead to delisting or don't you think so?
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra the new crypto king on: June 19, 2019, 07:29:42 AM
Let's not forget this token is going to be centralised, aside fostering mass adoption, of what other use is this token?. Its a utility token, fb can use any other cryptocurrency in her platform without developing her own token.
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO NEW PROJECTS PLUMMETS AT FIRST MARKET ENTRY on: June 19, 2019, 07:26:26 AM
RECENTLY, most new projects that hit the exchange for the first time always have a negative ROI for days, weeks while some weeks. such have lead to the demise of some tokens due to poor trade.
what exactly could be the cause.
It's normal for people to want to take profit given ICOs are not sold at the same price, early investors are always in profit and ready to sell once there is a market for such project.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to delisted Alt Coins on bittrex, Binance and Poloniex? on: June 18, 2019, 06:17:44 AM
I keep seeing  that exchanges are delisting a lot of ALT Coins, are those projects basically dead? I really like loopring (LRC) but I don't know how well it will do while its banned in the US. Do you guys have any input on this Alt coin ban/delisting? What will you guys do with your coins that are on the chopping list?
I think the major reason why some coins get delisted is when they don't provide liquidity for the exchange. Of a coin doesn't give profit over time or of its nature changes, it could be delisted. Using $TRST as example, Bittrex delisted it because they noticed it was a security token other than what they said earlier.
