Io nn capisco il senso di questa tua domanda....a che pro? cosa non capisci ? è passato da snc, dove il titolare della snc è responsabile illimitatamente, a srl, dove è responsabile solo per il capitale versato (30.000) euro, senza avvisare nessuno. quando si cambiano termini importanti del TOS, bisogna avvisare gli utenti, l'utente ha accettato i tos per una snc, non per una srl.2 ti piacerebbe che la tua banca domani passasse da spa a srl, chiudesse e direbbe "ma come, non hai visto la nuova ragione sociale? , non siamo più responsabili" Continuo a non capire il senso del tuo messaggio, mi sembra che questo thread stia prendendo la piega ...."della caccia alle streghe".... Ipotizziamo che bitgrail sia dalla parte della ragione...snc o srl il risultato nn cambia....stessa cosa se fosse dalla parte del torto. Quindi ripeto ....snc o srl? È un chissenefrega no?
