381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is it possible that watts draw follows Temp? on: February 03, 2021, 12:18:41 AM
Yeah look at these cards.
Notice  I Keep them all very cool

What type of cooling method are you using ? That's some RTX3080 I guess right? How did you manage to keep the temp lower under 50°C that's really awesome, many people are complaining about the heat from RTX3080 and RTX3090 that was what discouraged me from buying the cards, people and their claims, sigh!
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How can such a high HashRate be achieved on: January 27, 2021, 09:52:09 AM
Those graphic cards looks extremely overclocked to me, probably through water cooling system I guess cos I don't think that RTX3080 is capable of such mining hashrate on Ethereum, or maybe the owner find a way to built his own modded bios
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many coins/tokens do you think will survive in 2021? on: January 27, 2021, 09:41:39 AM
Many coins died every year and more are been created for money making sake only, not all new altcoins are built by pro developers who really want digital currency to survive and advance in future, most devs are just here to deceive the world and get their pocket filled, it's pretty hard to know which coin or token that will survive  the next coming months
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Avalanche surpass Ethereum? on: January 27, 2021, 09:35:30 AM
The only thing that can make ethereum lose its position is lack of supporters, if all developers can abandon Ethereum for avalanche then there is possiblity that avalanche will grow over Ethereum and sit in the second sit on coinmarketcap, Ethereum support is just too strong so it's never going to happen.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And yet another mistreatment on: January 27, 2021, 09:33:52 AM
Wonders shall never end  Embarrassed I missed Poolz because they introduced limited participants, they only allow 50 participants for signature campaign and also they allow only full member accounts and other high rank accounts, if not I would have joined, the pool is just 25000, I don't quit understand why they don't want to pay, this is completely scam project
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Stable coin is the Best for Investment This Year on: January 26, 2021, 11:33:51 AM
You can't invest on stable coin, there is no way to make money when holding stable coin so what is OP talking about here? The only way to make money out of stable coin is to lend them out on platform like binance exchange, if you buy 20$ USDT it will remain 20$ forever
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Planning to build a new rig on: January 26, 2021, 11:29:55 AM
On ebay you can get used RX5700xt from 650$ and RX5500XT for 350$ or 400$ and don't forget that some RX5500XT comes with 4gb video memory which are bad for mining, it's better to avoid cards with 4gb video memory because they give less mining hashrate, the winner here for me is a single RX5700XT
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Newegg, ebay crypto like store would be great on: January 25, 2021, 10:26:31 AM
No project in crypto space can pull this off on their own without proper partnerships with popular stores like Amazon and others and believe me it's going to cost them some money and efforts too, this is something that only professionals in e-commerce and others can pull off, do not believe new projects that introduce such use case, it's not going to work after all
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Newegg, ebay crypto like store would be great on: January 25, 2021, 10:23:50 AM
You can check this websites https://spending-bitcoin.com/ it's listing a online shop that accept Bitcoin payment (some stores also accepting another top cryptocurrency)

Seems Newegg is a scam e-commerce since it has bad reviews on many third parties websites.

Damn! Actually I've introduced Newegg to many people because my deals with newegg went smoothly with no problem at all and all what I purchased from the platform works well, I don't even know that newegg has bad reviews, I will stop referring people to the website starting from today
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: can I mining ALT Coin with PC's CPU (core i7) on: January 23, 2021, 10:21:59 AM
I'm not sure you will be impressed with what you will earn, you can use Nicehash calculator to find out if your earnings will worth your time and energy, presently EPYC CPU, RYZEN and Threadripper CPUs are the best for mining, others are less Profitable

391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you in panic whenever there is a big drop in price? on: January 23, 2021, 10:17:40 AM
Panic only kick in when you invest in new altcoins that aren't that strong or when you join pump and dump train like some crazy ass crypto investors out there, yeah I have seen some guys willingly looking for pump and dump projects to join through telegram groups, if you invest in best altcoins there is no need for panic
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you do mining or staking? on: January 23, 2021, 10:14:01 AM
You just have to find which one suits you best, I've tried mining, staking and trading, today I still find mining to be a less worrying way if making money and trading to be the most risky way of making money in crypto space but all in all I still find myself doing some trading till date
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Scammers behind HomeBlockCoin, CryptoAdSolution, Pagarex and other ICO's on: January 22, 2021, 11:54:58 AM
What  a strange world we live in. Scam people for +15 millions of dollars,  not facing any charges. Fly around in Private jets, nobody speaks about  it, nobody cares.
Today I would like to probably one of the most  succesfull ICO scammers active on Bitcointalk. They started various  Ico's and lending programs such as HBC, Pagarex, CADS, and many more.
ALOIS KOEHLE
Aleks Novakovic
Matthew Sanojca: Online marketing and advertising for homeblock.
Michi Sowieso. : Same as Matthew Sanojca
Now  18 months later, A.K. now started a Real estate business called  "AK IMMO".  Three of them also started a business for  influencers and advertisers called 'SocialCollab'. If you take a look at  their instagrams it becomes clear they have a lot of money to spend  since 2018. All of them travel in private jets and live an expensive  lifestyle.
Some bitcointalk forum  members were in talks with a Lawyer firm in Vienna, but I am not sure  how it ended. I contacted a journalist last week, he told me that the  couldnt find any criminal records on A.K. . The total number of  the scam remains unclear, but HBC alone was already +2000 BTC. Pagarex  was smaller, but also quite big. And CADS was also very popular.
Imagine scamming for +15 million dollars and get away with it...

Does anyone know any news on how the trial went, if any trial is ongoing or the outcome?

Thanks!!
Isn't this the type of people that should be target by SEC and other law enforcement out there? Instead they are targeting projects that never went or turn scammed, there are over dozens of scammers that scammed people through ICO funding in 2017, it's a big shame, it's also why scammers feels like home in crypto space than real life
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Scammers behind HomeBlockCoin, CryptoAdSolution, Pagarex and other ICO's on: January 22, 2021, 11:51:25 AM
There are many more scammers that walked away freely in crypto space since 2017, they are living a good life that people they scammed never lived, I hope one day justice will be done, there is nothing to worry about, GOD is not dead I believe
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Antminer E3 Ethereum Classic Patch Mine ETC again on the Antminer E3 on: January 21, 2021, 10:38:26 AM
Can you explain what exactly this patched is capable of? I believe people can mine ETC with Antminer E3 If they want with no patch since ETC is using same algorithm with Ethereum, Ethash I suppose and now things have even gotten better for ETC miners because 3gb memory is allowed

ETH runs dagger hashimoto
ETC runs modified dagger hashimoto.

Yea right but if Ethereum classic algorithm is already modified to allow low VRAM miners what other patch is OP trying to talk about? If you still get a antminer E3 today you can definitely mine ETC with it, or 😒 is OP trying to fool people not knowing that people already know about ETC patch?

Show me 1 E3 you can get today the mines ETH or ETC none of the current firmware allow it.

I am offended that you say I am trying to fool people I am Chipless a developer of many Bitmain and other Mods available for Bitmain, Whatsmners, and other Models. Ask around about Chipless Mods
Hi chipless, don't take people's comments so personal because many have been scammed before, people who don't know you will find it difficult to trust you, since you have been in modding business for some time now I guessing you should have a platform or website already? If yes can you drop a link ? Creating awareness can get your name out there
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: question about buy VGA for ethereum on: January 21, 2021, 10:34:26 AM
It doesn't matter which brand you buy from those you listed, they are all good brands and very popular too, just make sure you don't buy nameless brands from china, yes there are some cards like that, and they are dirty cheap
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Vega 56 detected but does not mine on: January 21, 2021, 10:31:59 AM
You are wasting electricity if you are mining with gtx750 or other cards with 2gb video memory, remove them and leave the AMD cards in your motherboard, go into AMD drivers settings and activate compute mode, this should increase your hashrate, also what version of driver are you using? If the compute mode don't solve the problem I recommend using a different mining software

Dudes what is your problem with his gtx750, he will not mine with this card. And he said it is a nvidia card, because teamredminer is AMD ONLY.

I'm not familiar with teamredminer though so I can't say much here, I will just like to ask you if that's the lastest teamredminer ? If not I suggest you try to use the latest update version, also remove the obsolete GTX750, try out other miners, since you are running on Linux you should give HiveOS a try, there are simple others like Nicehash too

Update

I can see a RX550 in the list of your GPUs, isn't that a 2gb graphic card too? Remove such cards with anything less than 4gb vram pls

You can use google? RX550 with 4Gb and 2GB  Roll Eyes If you have not much knowledge, why you answer?

@Flooze

can you give us your commandline parameters? What driver you are using?
Hi sxemini, if I knew there was a 4gb RX550 I wouldn't have make such post but this is just a mistake that anyone can make, it has nothing to do with having so much knowledge or not, moreover mining with RX550 is not profitable so I still have a point here

GTX750 obviously won't mine because it's an nvidia card? Really? Who told you that Nvidia cards can't mine Ethash Algorithm? Lol, the reason why GTX750 won't mine is because it's outdated, I bet the video memory is just 2gb vram, Ethash DAG file is already over 4gb right now so even graphic card with 4gb won't work well anymore
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining pool steup on: January 20, 2021, 11:13:32 AM
How will you mine if you don't set up a mining pool yourself? If you think this is too hard just download Nicehash software and start mining, this platform has their own pools so no need to do any settings, you just need to insert your withdrawal address
