Our agreement was in relation to an "all or nothing" scenario.
Either the developers release a working platform and get the coins, or they don't and investors get refunded. We have now moved in to the arbitration window of our agreement, and have imposed a 48 hour deadline to resolve the current problems. Had they released nothing before now, they would not have this window, the agreement would have been voided before now. The issues occurred after launch, and that is why they have an extension.
What if the people asking for refunds are less than the ones willing to wait for the devs to resolve issues past the 48 hours? In that scenario, we would have to seek legal counsel (and are planning to do so tomorrow) to see if the agreement can be amended while active, to allow for a partial refund policy based on investor demand. I'm sorry guys but this coin is definitely dead. Dev couldn't even meet his own deadline of delivering a simple website and roadmap.
IE bought this coin at the 200-300 sat levels and pumped it with this tweets. Then he immediately dumped the coins on you guys. Look at all those accounts retweeting his tweets saying how they made 300-400% profits following IE but I am fairly sure those accounts are all sockpuppet accounts run by IE or his associates.
The ONLY people who profited from this coin are the ones who bought in early and then sold at the right time when IE pumped it. To those people, you are lucky and glad you made the profits, but anyone who bought this coin during the pump were left holding the bags.
IE maybe has a private pump group. I really doubt it. Anyway IE's pumps and dumps are pathetic. It's a few minutes little show without any drama. Real pumps and dumps are created by for example - Fontas, Moosa, prometheus etc. They have insider groups for sure and we can see their activity in such coins like KeyCoin, CryptCoin (previously) and few other big ones. These ones have a real party, which lasts even few weeks with nice volume and 10x + ups. You can make 100BTC on these rather than some pennies on IE's coins. But You know, if You consider making 0.5 BTC a great deal (or rather loose everything and become bagholder) on some pathetic ninja p&d's - follow IE. Just my two cents guys |

We are currently looking for the perfect altcoins exchange. Mintpal seemed to be the one, before it f&$#ed up with security.
Bittrex looks like the best option atm, but only becouse all the others are pretty shitty. If Bittrex wants to become the solid (not just a seasonal) number 1 alt exchange - it have to be THE BEST. In every point.
And don't give me a shit like: "Bittrex didn't hold a gun to Yr head and said buy this shit, but that" - so it's not their fault. It doesn't matter if it's their fault or Yours.
Exchanges are services - they want to get a maximum volume due to maximum clients/users. THEY SERVE YOU. So they have to do everything to make their users happy. It also includes checking the coins, before adding them.
