Understandable, after recognizing that their financial fate is at the hand of one (early adopter??) person who owns half of the orderbook (or at least 10000BTC within a 5% range) on the ask side @ Bitfinex, and who is about to spank their fat asses real hard real SOONISH.

I don't imagine TC is going to run off with coins like that. Maidak has had problems with payment delays for a long time now. I have used TC for escrow a number of times and have never had any kind of delays in having funds delayed.

Obviously, you need to do your own due diligence and take proper precautions however I think the chances of TC ever scamming are fairly low, especially for what I assume will be a scam transaction.

I see that relates to Maidak and not Tomatocage,unless I'm missing something?
