After closing the Coinslotty Signature Design Competition at the start of this week, I'm now happy to introduce to you guys our second one. This time we are searching for a creative designer who can help us stand out with our Coinslotty ANN thread, with new colors, new USP's and an improved look.

Now let's go in to the details of the competition:

APPLICATION PROCESS:
•   Similar to my last competition, simply reply in this thread and introduce yourself, your design service, portfolio and BTC Wallet. Priority will be given to users who have experience designing ANN threads and can showcase some great examples. As last time, I will have some room for newbies as well.
•   There are no member rank requirements, if you’re skilled you’ll get accepted, your posting habits are not important.
•   Applications are open from today, the 21th of April, and I will close them next week, on Tuesday the 25th of April.  

HOW DOES THE COMPETITION WORK:
•   Latest on Wednesday, the 26th of April, I will pick out up to 5 applications that stood out the most. Each of the applicants will get $125 to their wallet, together with a design package that will contain the latest design assets for Coinslotty, together with the USP’s and the text blocks that we would like to see there. We will then chat a bit about my expectations and I'll give out a few examples that I saw on the forum and liked. You’ll get to keep the $125 regardless if you win or not.
•   After the applicants deliver their take on the ANN thread design, latest on the 2nd of May, an internal vote will be carried out, and the winner of the competition will get an additional $75 to their account.

After that, starting from May, your work will be displayed on the forum, on top of that, your profile and marketplace thread will be promoted in all our forum threads, as well as our upcoming Community page directly on our site.

I don't want to burst your bubble, but you've linked to one of the most popular and strongest casino affiliates on the Swedish market, and to mirror their success on the same market you would need a bit more zeros behind that amount.

Sure you can build up a MVP, let me break it down for you:

Design cost: I mean, a basic logo and some colors, probably you could find someone to build it for you for $50, but it's not gonna be nice.
Domain cost: this is the most affordable one, I would go with a .com for better indexation.
Hosting cost: a lot of hosting providers don't like gambling content, so you would need to find a gambling approved shared hosting provider, cca $50 per year for starters
Template cost: let us say you're starting of with Wordpress, and then add a casino affiliate template on top like the Poka Theme, you're looking at around $60
Content cost: You can try to go with AI content for starters, but you'd still need to learn how to fill out the template, test the operators and so on. In case you do go with human-written content, you're looking anywhere between $80 to $120 per review, depending on the writer.

And I didn't even include marketing/SEO in the equation here.

It's still generic AI crap. Right now I'm struggling with a bunch of my writers because they think that AI content sounds interesting, it doesn't. There's no emotion, just mathematically correct sentences with a lot of words to explain something that could be explained with five bulletpoints. Reminds me of answers that politicians usually give.

I don't want to belittle your project, I think that AI-driven systems are a good thing to be in right now, but I personally wouldn't like to see it on the forum.

Reddit did it well with their bots that are just fixing minor mistakes or informing users about random stuff, but this what you're proposing is not my jam.

Zadnjih mjesec dana sam malo bio na knap s vremenom, ali sam ipak uspio pogledati Rambo filmove kao što i planirao.

Sve je započelo s random klipom iz originalnog filma na youtubeu di sam se onda sjetio koliko obožavam filmove iz te ere. Cinematografija, color grading, obleka, gluma... baš me sve nekako vratilo u dane kada sam bio užasno mali, kada su kazete bile a thing i kada su televizori pucketali. Sve je nekako imalo neku posebnu magiju oko sebe, svaka kazeta.


Rambo: First Blood 1982 sam pogledao u komadu, mislim da mi je on još i najdraži među svih pet s liste.
Rambo: First Blood Part II 1985 ima šmeka, nadograđuje što je ovaj prvi napravio, ali mi je nešto falilo. Razlomio ga na dvije večeri i pogledao do kraja.
Rambo III 1988 tu su se već malo prilagodili tržištu i krenuli radit pizdarije, dosta sam se mučio ovdje, prelamao ga na jedno tri-četiri večere dok ga nisam pogledao skroz.  
Rambo 2008 kod ovog sam očekivao da će bit slično kao i kod trojke, da ću se mučit, ali zapravo mi je ful dobro sjeo i u komadu sam ga pogledao. Baš me oduševio.
Rambo: Last Blood nisam znao što očekivati ovdje jer nisam nit pročitao opis, na kraju se malo razočarao jer nisam baš bio u nekom Liam Nelson Taken moodu, već sam htio zatvorit Rambo priču s dobrim filmom, al jbg.

Ako bi ih morao rangirat od najboljeg do najgoreg, postavio bi ih na sljedeću listu:

#1. Prvi dio, First Blood 1982, on mi je najbolje sjeo.
#2. Četvrti dio, Rambo 2008, taj mi je bio ugodno iznenađenje.
#3. Drugi dio, First Blood Part II 1985, diše istom atmosferom kao i prva dva, super gluma i dosta akcije.
#4. Treći dio, Rambo III 1988, ako vam je do zajebancije i one-linera, sjest će dobro. Meni je upropastio cijeli imiđ Ramba kojeg su izgradili s prva dva filma, pa mi zato nije sjeo. 
#5. Rambo: Last Blood, njega sam stavio kao zadnjeg jer mi uopće nije sjeo, dosta je predvidljiv i već u prvih 5 min znate što vas čeka do kraja filma.

Ako planirate ponoviti to što sam ja napravio, predložio bih vam da *ne* gledate extended/uncut verzije jer stvarno imaju hrpu nepotrebnog contenta koji je s razlogom odrezan. Tipa, ako ga helikopter napada, fakat ne treba 10 minuta cutova s helikopterom kako leti da gledatelj shvati da ga ganja helikopter, već je par cutova dovoljno. Znači da idem gledat opet, vjerojatno bi gledao original release koji su dobro srezani.

Pokupio sam ju iz Hrvatske/Karlovca i vozio ju nazad na Maltu, četiri dana mi je trebalo, i srecom se u niti jednom trenu nije popišala ili pokenjala u njemu Al frend je išao samnom pa je bilo malo lakše. Da njega nije bilo bi vjerojatno poludio.

Biznis model SpinFevera je komplet drugačiji.

Coinslotty će uvijek ostat crypto-exclusive i radit samo sa crypto-related projektima/forumom, nikad ga nećeš vidjet da sponzorira nogometni team, na TV-u ili nešt tog tipa.
SpinFever je komercijalniji i on će s vremenom još dobiti sportsbook i počet sa sponzorstvima i tak tim stvarima, standardni KYC.


Da da, gremlin mali. Tad sam ga išao zakaparit, sad sam ga išao pokupit jer je napunio 4 mjeseca.

Da, mislim, nas 10 ako stavi $500, to je već jedan kvalitetan sajt, kvalitetna skripta ili kvalitetan MVP Android aplikacije. Budem se vratio ovoj ideji krajem kvartala kada riješim trenutne launcheve i kampanje.

Stari moj e, ja dišem na škrge tak da dobro da sam i u top 10 uspio uć.

E, zajebanciju na stranu - fakat bi bilo interesantno imati neki "lokalne investicije" podforum i možda s time privuć nove korisnike. Ofc na 10 specijalaca poput ovog gore bi se zazujao neki genuine, tak da bi se isplatilo. Ja bi bio prvi koji bi bio spreman investirati resurse (kontakte + skillset + lovu koju sam spreman spušit, tipa do $1000) u nešto zanimljivo, pogotovo ako je nešto što doprinosi forumu ili predstavlja unique crypto projekt.

Napravit možda neki sticky post kako prijaviti projekt i koja dokumentacija je potrebna etc. Imam iskustva sa startupovima tako da nije problem pomoć oko smjernica podforuma, a možda bi se i neki lokalni unicorn onda našao.

Don't get intimidated by the big guys, you can always compete with them if you put enough effort and time in to your skillset. You did a great job with the affiliate logo, I just think you might struggle a bit with BB codes, but let's wait until Tuesday next week.



I love your branding When you get some time send me some of your crafts via PM, would love to learn more about your side gig. I always appreciate people who can make things with their hands (since my arts and crafts skills are pathetic, I only know how to type ). One of my closest friends loves to create stuff out of wood, with several musical instruments in his portfolio. Since I (also) don't know how to play instruments, I just ordered a simple cutting board - and it's always a fun thing to see what he comes up with.

No I understand that, I was just speaking in general how it's easier for the player to publish their own data, than for the operator to do the same. I'm not on either side, I even gave a couple more points on how to battle this in my post before.



I worked with several of them, and I would say that UKGC is the most strict one, after that MGA, then Isle of Man and Curacao. I had no experience with Estonia though, but I'm looking in to it this quarter. Maybe your experience with the license is different though, and I don't want to spam the thread, so let's agree to disagree.

But it kinda is. I have been within the industry for a while now and randomly posting players activity online can get you fired, you would need to open up a case with the risk & fraud team or check with management (depending on the size of the business) to go through with it. If you're constantly sharing player activity online you'll get in proper trouble with the regulator, standard laws/gdpr and so on.

The reason why I said that is not because I wanted to stand on either of the sides, but rather explain you that in most cases the player can post whatever goes in to their favor, while the operator then has to tippy toe around it and see if it's actually worth entering the battle - and keep in mind that there are thousands of these cases per week, people are scamming operators left and right.

I didn't say that it's not possible to share internal data publicly at all, you gave a good example with Stake, but their whole company is aware of bitcointalk.org and have a massive operation here, obviously getting an approval to post internal data within a scam accusation is easier to process. As an example, my risk & fraud team didn't even know that this forum exists, and trying to explain them that I need to publish internal data on a forum would be quite a task.

Do I think that Coinplay could have handled it better? Yeah, definitely.

I reviewed this case and just wanted to add my two cents.

For all the watchers, keep in mind that the player can share their screenshots since it's their account, and can easily share only those screenshots that are going in to his/her favor, but an operator can't just post a players activity online - the regulator would go crazy about it. Even getting permission to send internal data to a random forum member would be tricky, especially if they know that they are right, and the Risk&Fraud team would never approve such an action without a court filling.

Additionally, it took me just a few minutes to find out that you're jumping from one sportsbook to another in search for better offers, if someone more serious digs through your history they might find more smoke, and where's smoke there might be fire. I'm not saying that you're at fault, but if you decide to lawyer up, check that you're 100% in the right before committing to anything.

For everyone else in the thread, you've already saw the steps which to take if an operator scams you, I would just add in a few others:

- AskGamblers isn't the only affiliate platform, you can also reach out to any other reputable affiliate that the operator is using and ask to pressure them. Most high level affiliates have direct contact to management.
- You can ping the regulator as well, you can see the operators license number in their footer.
- You can also pressure their payment providers, but you really need to know what you're doing here. E.g. if you've used PayPal (I know you didn't, I'm just giving an example), it means that they have a PayPal payment gateway, which means that they are risking of losing that payment provider if too many scam accusations pop up.

Also, I saw some 1xbit sentences and accusations that they are the same brand, and I haven't checked this personally, but I just wanted to add that the casino industry is smaller than you think, and most operators are using the same platform, game and payment providers.

That's the point of this exercise, all the old design will be scraped once we launch the redesigned version
