I think the only way to do it is through SSH
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner: Any Miner, Any Where, on Any Device (Free, Open Source, Cross Platform) on: September 18, 2014, 10:29:40 PM
how to do deploy pools to the miners?

No such feature currently but always looking for contributions  Wink

ah

trying to get it to work in my software... the API is convoluted. works on the command line, doesn't work via json  Huh

Maybe another instance of the Bitmain fork getting their JSON changes a bit wrong?

I honestly do all of the RPC API stuff with plain pipe-delimited text rather than requesting JSON.

how are you connecting to the API? im connecting through a socket
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: MultiMiner: Any Miner, Any Where, on Any Device (Free, Open Source, Cross Platform) on: September 18, 2014, 10:26:44 PM
api says it removed pool but doesn't stick. still shows pools as normal on web ui

added another column to grid to show which pool is active. was getting annoyed with west hash going down all the time and not knowing where the miners were pointed without diving into the "details" page

390  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - innovative professional cryptocurrency cloud mining service on: September 17, 2014, 07:56:45 PM
im using westhash.

on the stats screen the "total 5 min accepted" is showing about 2TH lower than if I add up all the speed accepted in the grid below it...

is there a problem with the stats screen? I don't want to be losing time
391  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TuringStations Razor Bitcoin Miner (The worlds first 7 TH miner) shipping now on: September 17, 2014, 05:18:16 PM
I can't believe that there are still people who keep falling into these scams.
At this point if you really want to buy some hardware to mine, you should buy from a company that has it in stock and proofs of equipment delivered.

better yet buy used
392  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TuringStations Razor Bitcoin Miner (The worlds first 7 TH miner) shipping now on: September 17, 2014, 04:07:57 PM

397  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: antminer s2 firmware upgrade problems on: September 16, 2014, 06:52:53 PM
I upgraded the firmware on my s2. I can login to the web ui with my password, but cannot change the password in the web ui. it says password invalid.

cannot SSH into it either... password invalid. I tried all the firmware listen in GITHUB.

whats the damn problem??? I need to ssh into it.

Try downloading the latest version from bitmain's site and re-flashing again. remember password for ssh is admin not root.

oh. i'll try the admin ssh password

the admin password worked. thanks Smiley

I wouldn't be so sure. I think they can squeeze 2 TH/s out of 1100-1200W.
2000G * 0.7W/GH = 1400W MINIMUM...OK... Huh

The assumption is that the S4 works with underclocked/undervolted ASICS to reach a better W/GH ratio, I would assume somewhere between 0.55 and 0.65 W/GH, so one 1300/1400W power supply could indeed do. But of course we'll not know for sure till @BITMAIN reveals the exact specs.
still, they wont give you something like
Evga 1500w Platinum  Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy

and, btw...
5units of S3+ = 355w x 5 = 1,775W

i assume S4 will be around 1500w - 1700w
they wont waste chips like that..
they better selling chips like avalon do than planting so much undervolted chips
and sell it so damn cheap  Grin
they're not doing charity here buddy  Cheesy

they "wasted" them like that on the s2....

the s2 chip freq is 192.... the s1 is 350
