381  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's Recent Drop Below $60K Is Not Worrisome, Analyst Says on: November 20, 2021, 01:17:10 PM
If they sell all their BTC just because of the correction of the past few weeks, I don't think this is a wise choice and it's self-defeating.  Unless he has bought at the top price maybe he can minimize his losses by buying at the low price to average down.  For those who have bought at 30K, I think this is still a normal price.  Since the crash that occurred a few months ago, even now we are still getting profit because the price is still in the 50k USD resistance position.
382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: November 20, 2021, 03:14:31 AM
It seems that Bottas will remain on the 1st or 2nd spot until the end of the season as he seems the faster in qualifiers and practices by far so I think it will be another pole for Bottas and then the same strategy like in Brazil but this time Lewis has no penalties which means that Max will most likely fight 1 vs 2. However, PEREZ is the only driver on the grid who raced here in F2 Asia and he was on the podium alongside Hulkenberg so pay close attention to Perez this weekend.

Several times, Bottas has indeed shown good results, it is only natural that he predicts he will be in the top 3 again.  Seeing his teammate's comments, Hamilton towards Bottas, which left the door open for Ferez, showed a hint of disappointment which was immediately re-confirmed that after all they were one team, losing and winning was a shared responsibility.
383  Economy / Economics / Re: What do people think about CBDC? on: November 19, 2021, 05:07:12 PM

Government-backed digital currencies (or CBDCs) are the exact opposite of cryptocurrencies. They're centralized, heavily manipulated, and fully auditable by the government. You get no privacy when it comes to using a "digital state currency". This will only increase governments' surveillance efforts, paving the way for a "New World Order". I'm pretty sure most countries will turn against decentralized cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum in order to force the use of CBDCs. Crypto might survive but mainstream adoption will decrease by a large margin. As long as people have an "escape route" from the government-controlled financial system, there should be nothing to worry about. Just my opinion Smiley

The government created the CBDC with the alibi of wanting to save the public from the scams that occur in the market.  But in reality, when compared to fraud using Fiat, the number is also very large.  They made CBDC just a rival not a technology with a solution for all parties.  This is where the government is selfish in making policies.  They forbid the public to use crypto to secure their conditions and powers only.
384  Economy / Economics / Re: US could run out of cash as soon as Dec. 15, Janet Yellen warns on: November 19, 2021, 02:27:28 PM
Even though I'm not a US citizen, I remember very well how Joe Biden's policies were at the beginning after he was sworn in. Several controversial regulations were passed, ranging from taxes to economic stimulus with a very large value as well as a focus on infrastructure development. As at the beginning, I thought that the economic crisis would appear soon, but it has already begun to be realized. The policy solution that can be done is to actually implement a tapering off policy, as well as other contractionary monetary policies.
385  Economy / Economics / Re: Amazon stops Visa payments on "too high fees" argument (UK) on: November 18, 2021, 10:41:23 PM
Monopoly was never a good thing and Visa is profiting from being a near monopoly.

I'm not affected by Amazon's decision to cut cooperation with a visa credit card from the UK, but on the other hand, the impact on Amazon itself is that they lose the segment of users who use the credit card.  But I'm sure this is just one form of negotiation with big companies that almost monopolize the market so wide on a global scale.  If the issue is because transaction fees are so high and Amazon hopes, those transaction fees should be cheaper because of technological developments.  Wouldn't this benefit the user?  I don't think this is detrimental to many parties other than Visa itself.
386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's Recent Drop Below $60K Is Not Worrisome, Analyst Says on: November 18, 2021, 10:17:01 PM

Was amazed today from a -Newbie- when I asked her what her heart is like now that Bitcoin has dropped she said she wants it to even drop the more she has some she want to purchase, that's how confident -Newbies- are getting right now with Bitcoin, my prediction at the end of this year 2021 is $41000 let's see how correct I can be, but I think Bitcoin would drop to that or close to that.

The negative issues that China has recently spread are natural for them to do, but they continue to have an impact on the market.  Even though we all know, their government is also the holder of Bitcoin, they play the role of regulator to raise and lower the market price.  Although this is not the only factor in the crash of the BTC price, we can use it as a reference for consideration of our choices.

387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 18, 2021, 01:10:27 PM

Meanwhile, Board Man United doesn't seem too bothered by this issue because it looks like Man United is just a means to make money for them.

But lately, they have begun to prepare plans for the dismissal of Ole if his team's game is bad and continues to bring defeat.  In the Champions League or Premier League, both did not show good results even though during the international break and the players played in the countries they support, their performance was not as bad as during the club.  What is the problem, why is Ole disappointing so many people.
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ecosystem’s weakness on: November 17, 2021, 05:10:02 PM
Whatever the government does will always side with fiat because of their own interests with the alibi of protecting the public from scams.  In the future, it will be difficult for people to do mining with restrictions on mining permits which will certainly be issued by the government.  Another thing, I think in the future this mining can only be done by the government and certain people, because here it has a very large profit.  Even if the government is aware.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 17, 2021, 04:24:48 PM
Arsenal always bring hope and when the hope is high, they fall down. It happens in many seasons even with better players than what they have now. Van Persie, Cesc, Walcott, Wilshere and a few more but they failed to help Arsenal to get titles in Premier League.

I think Liverpool can beat Arsenal with their best effort.

Since last year until now Arsenal have only given false hope to their fans.  They really like to play beyond the expectations of many people.  When I met Liverpool, I thought that their consistency and focus on their achievements would indeed be able to beat Arsenal.  If not, then Liverpool would be very embarrassed.  Don't be like Man United, who always play beyond everyone's expectations even though they are a big club team with a list of world's most expensive players in their team but to no avail.
390  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon -- Milton Friedman on: November 17, 2021, 02:21:08 PM
Maybe there are many views of friends here with the increasingly worrying economic conditions.  Inflation that is said to have been handled well does not produce as good a result as they claim.  In fact, there are many college graduates every year but it is difficult to get a good job because of low absorption.  It would be more interesting if the story about the funny people's representatives, who sat with extraordinary positions and facilities with the mandate to think about the people, actually forgot their responsibilities.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Twitter CFO - Twitter to allow tips in crypto on: November 17, 2021, 12:38:24 PM
According to Wallstreet journal, Twitter CFO Says Investing in Crypto ‘Doesn’t Make Sense Right Now’ for the record, the Twitter team show us that they are friendly with bitcoin and they said the word many times and there are many crypto billionaires there such as J.Dorsey they allow and accept bitcoin in their platform and the demand of cryptocurrencies can be a good reason time after time more companies will do the same thing but the whole point about the Twitter CFO is I cannot fully trust on one word from him or anyone else because one day they are crypto-friendly and the other day they will become crypto haters.
His remarks had a bad impact on the market even though we all know that if they are connected they are not very significant.  However, the CEO and CFO do not show a consistent attitude.  Whatever the purpose behind this, I hope they don't follow in the footsteps of Elon Musk who has had an effect on BTC several times.  Until we are fairly stable, only the CEO of MSTR has a view, especially when the price trend of BTC and other cryptos is going down, those who are serious about supporting crypto for their business should give words that are supportive, not down.
392  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: November 16, 2021, 02:56:27 PM
The user has the option to change location when having a problem connection, Rollbit works smoothly when I choose the virtual location in Asia.
Asian countries doesn't ban or restrict these gambling sites and you find it opening smooth on these servers and most of the players while using VPN service also choose this location although the speed could cut loose on them but not a big deal and you will find it smooth as you said.

In my case, to play Rollbit, all internet providers provide unlimited access, while to play on other gambling sites such as next door only certain providers can even government-owned providers directly limit access.  So my alternative is sometimes to use the ignocito window or VPN browsec.  It is quite supportive and makes it easier for us when playing.  However, the drawback of using a free VPN as I mentioned earlier is that the time limit can't be long.

After commenting positive comments on Crypto for the development of its business in relation to e commerce. At present, the direction of CFO Twitter's talk becomes not well structured. On the one hand he talked clearly Crypto could support the direction of their business on social media while this new recently, CFO Twitter said investing in Crypto is currently unreasonable for the reason for its volatility. According to his very volatile so it has more securities than crypto.

394  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto start-ups receiving copious funding on: November 16, 2021, 01:18:24 PM
Business conditions have now changed, the crypto phenomenon that has developed provides new opportunities and challenges.  Many large companies have openly or quietly begun to update their strategies.  Like Amazon opening up job vacancies for crypto savvy, chances are they enter to involve crypto in their choice of transactions or they may even follow in the footsteps of Facebook with its libra.  Whatever it is actually not too late but they are creating a new wave for the market going forward.
395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple CEO Tim Cook invests on Crypto on: November 15, 2021, 05:18:30 PM

I doubted they are the main reason for this continuous market surge coz if we find out more individuals(not known personalities are also investing), though they only have a small capital however their number is big that could just beat the number of these CEO.

If that's the reason BTC is going up, then it's too simplistic and only a small, insignificant percentage.  The involvement of large companies investing in crypto is the result of the hype that has been going on for a long time.  The trend is always positive so that it gives them a much greater chance of doubling their wealth.
396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: November 15, 2021, 04:40:31 PM

Defenders and midfielders will certainly be the subject of Conte's next reshuffle, but several names have been heard but what is certain is that in the transfer season, Conte must have prepared a name that suits him.
With Bale maybe this can be recruited again for the umpteenth time.

It was clear that Bale was the player Conte wanted, even though he refused to bring in Harzard who was suggested by management and turned to Bale.  Conte indeed from the start had a strong strategy to restore Tottenham's performance.  He doesn't even really care about management's proposals, because his players are his best choice.
397  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: The National Ulema Council of Indonesia declared cryptocurrencies haram on: November 15, 2021, 03:16:03 PM

If you are a Muslim and want to know more about the meaning of the terms above, you should ask the competent ulema. This term can also be seen in fiqh books (for example, Al-Fiqhu al-Islamiyyu wa Adillatuhu, Chapter on Financial Transactions Law written by Wahbah az-Zuhaili, a scholar from Syria).

You can also read some shariah analysis on Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain here:
https://islamicbankers.files.wordpress.com/2019/02/2017-shariah-analysis-of-bitcoin-cryptocurrency-blockchain.pdf

398  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that Mt Gox funds are going to get released? on: November 15, 2021, 01:58:23 PM
Mt Gox is indeed one of the biggest cases in the crypto market, but if this news is true then it is only natural for a correction to occur.  The compensation value for this case is very large, and the impact will be a significant correction.  I feel that this condition will not last long, because it is only temporary, a sell-off is possible but there are still many people waiting for BTC at a low price in order to take profit at a high price.  Currently BTC is quite stable at 60k and I'm sure this will pass soon.
399  Economy / Economics / Re: When will the role of fiat currency disappear against crypto. on: November 14, 2021, 05:45:30 PM
why bother if they can coexist and complement each other, where if we want bitcoin to replace fiat currency it is just an illusion that is uncertain.

As far as I know, in the monetary system, there is only one legal medium of exchange as an indicator of the world economy.  Currently, fiat as a determinant of a country experiencing good or bad economic conditions.  If coexist then, Bitcoin is not as a medium of exchange but an asset only.  2 If the types of money given are different, the recipient will have difficulty determining the value because both have their respective values.
400  Economy / Economics / Re: Twitter CFO - Twitter to allow tips in crypto on: November 14, 2021, 05:14:13 PM
That is great news for us. The biggest social media after Facebook to allow tips on Twitter. This reminds me when I was active on Twitter, there used to be a Tipping Service called ChangeTip. ChangeTip very popular on Twitter and benefited its users in using the service. But ChangeTip services have been discontinued since 2016.

Twitter's interest in crypto is nothing new, as many similar companies have already done so and have already benefited from their new policies.  Twitter currently doesn't have any significant updates at all, so with crypto being a pretty good movement, users from 5 years ago until now definitely don't feel anything different from Twitter, so that in the future they will catch up.
