Yes, it is a topic that will be related at this time with the same month but different year.

Price of altcoins going up.
But the price of Altcoin is down

Wow.

still noisy, are you not disturbed while sleeping?

it's a plastic tent I was a little worried about going to burn
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: what to do when outside temperature 80-85 deg on: May 04, 2018, 04:14:49 AM
I am running 20 cards in a apartment room of size 300 sq feet. Can someone doing similar setup respond?
I imagine in the room a bit hotter and noisy.
use the exhaust or air conditioner or use both but should pay attention to the layout of the room so that it will be effective when using it.

You can see how many PCI-e cables and of course the efficiency of the PSU, personally I choose Corsair although a little more expensive.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: B250 Mining Expert losing connection after it starts mining on: May 01, 2018, 03:58:32 AM
have you tried checking the LAN cable or Wifi adapter or Pool encountered a problem or tried to check the software miner configuration.
387  Other / Meta / Re: Why was my Bitcointalk account deleted! on: April 27, 2018, 04:39:12 AM
if there are cases of banned or deleted accounts don't just think of breaking the rules despite the fact that many violate the rules such as plagiarism but sometimes we are also a little thought about the system and human factors because humans aren't spared from mistakes.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CPU mining on: April 23, 2018, 01:00:40 PM
Now, almost all VPS providers forbid the mining of any coin and I don't think why some people want to do it. In fact, what you get isn't worth the cost of renting a VPS even though free VPS is still not profitable because you only have a bit Hashrate.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: best unknown coin to mine of 2018? on: April 23, 2018, 07:26:13 AM
just seeing what is out there looking for a new coin to mine and hold for awhile that isnt to well know yet

be careful if you want to mine and hold the new coin because not all the new coin making a profit and there in the exchange market although the profit context depends on each miner.

390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can regular people mine anymore on: April 23, 2018, 06:23:42 AM
I heard regular people can't mine anymore... is it possibe to mine any significant amount of coins? What equiment does it take to get started?
I'm new to crypto, but mining seems to be way less risky than trading. But I'm no programmer... what do I need to do to get started?

I am a regular people with 10 Rigs already 2 years mining in altcoins as long as I can do it also means you can do it but I suggest if you will start mining for now, that this time isn't the right time to start because the market situation isn't friendly.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What are the good brands of power supply? on: April 23, 2018, 04:07:34 AM
Super flower?

Enermax sucks

For mining?

Segotep?

I had Corsair (Modular and Non-Modular), Superflower, also I had Enermax 700W for me All are the best for mining indeed those have different from prices and quality but all depend on usage and maintenance.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How much would it cost to start mining??? on: April 22, 2018, 12:52:58 PM
How much would it cost to start mining I mean how much would it cost to start mining on PC.

Let's say with GPUs it depends on which hardware you will choose such as motherboards, Processor, RAM, Storage, USB Riser, PSU, Type and Series of GPUs (NVIDIA or AMD).

And what Specs are the best for mining?

Every miner has different judgments and each has the best option but for me, I have a few specs like this:

- Asrock H81 Pro BTC R2
- G series processor
- RAM DDR3 4 GB
- SSD 128GB Samsung
- USB Riser Ver008C
- PSU Corsair
- RX580 8GB (HIS and Powercolor)
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: best choise for cloud mining on: April 22, 2018, 11:52:19 AM
sorry dude I don't advise you to invest in cloud mining i have little notice for you if you want to invest in cloud mining be careful with it there are a lot of scams. it's better to invest in buying coins and then HOLD until the coin prices rise even though isn't a good choice but at least your money is safe.
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I mine any crypto with Corei7 on: April 22, 2018, 10:08:56 AM
you can mine as long as those coins mineable with CPU but I doubt whether profitable or not. you can check these OP

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2683343.0

http://cpucoinlist.com/

personally, I don't suggest you if mining a coin without GPU.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining w/ 4 AMD 580 GPUs on: April 22, 2018, 09:59:20 AM
I can't get the specs on the Wattage for the GPUs, I've seen 200w per AMD 580. Anyone know about that?

If you look at TDP every RX580 card has 185W in fact, the power consumption of each card is not 185W if under-volt.

Anyone run 4 GPUS with a 1200W Power Supply? Or even 5?

yes my mining rig runs 5 GPU(RX580 8GB) with 1200W so far without any problems
396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: NO DEV FEE for all miners on: April 21, 2018, 11:53:44 AM
Now what am I doing? I have the skills and several friends of programmers who are well acquainted with the creation of programs of this kind ... I will be able to make them a program that will fit many mayners and not give up on their wallets. That will lead to a very insignificant, but nevertheless, an increase in income.

But forgot to say ... how to properly formulate their gift in the form of a robot program without a commission! It is certainly cool, but why then reduce the hashight! It turns out that we pay for this bonus in the form of several mhh. Could do for example, so that the user himself decided to give the developers or not, and at the same time its speed did not fall!

What is the essence of this post! Do this program or not! The program will work not only with the ether but almost with all the miners and cryptographers. Or is it a shameful business, and do not even strain?

yeah, do it dude. I will see if the program is better than the current program in terms of effectiveness and commissions or at least same with a current program but be having a different from commission side.

Good luck
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best way for adding gpus in Windows ? on: April 21, 2018, 08:14:08 AM
yes, it's better to install one by one GPU when it has more easily detected problems and for non-modular PSU better set the position first before running it. I used to arrange it and draw it on paper first though it actually has a different position after setting but at least it can help.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I mine ICO ? on: April 21, 2018, 05:50:04 AM
Can I mine ICO ? like Eligma , GIG9, Medicalchain ? I have Corei7

The point is that as long as this coin has a "POW" status and can mine using a CPU only, yes you can do it.

where do I find it?

To see if a coin is mineable, you have to go to official source and read the whitepapper or ANN thread on BitcoinTalk

or you can see some coins that can be mined with a CPU on another web like this: http://cpucoinlist.com/
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Turned on my rigs today on: April 21, 2018, 04:41:16 AM
but Still I'm not buying new rigs as of the moment
yeah, the same what I do price in the market is still terrible although lower demand is better keep paying attention to the market and  stay focused to replace the favorable coin.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Turned on my rigs today on: April 21, 2018, 04:26:56 AM
I have never turned off for all my Rig as long as I can utility bills and have less profit because I think Rig better keep running even though it has little advantage over idle rigs.
