Yes that is very possible. But to predict a value is very hard. You dont know what is going to happen later in the future.
But if you are now look at it you can see that it is now rising slowly and that is pretty good.
I like the bitcoin price to rise slowly. It would be better is less than 5% a months. There is no pump and dump. |

Money invested into ETH has just one very basic goal = earn fast and easy.
I'm certain the current investors are not willing to hold the coin because of its value. They will sell it and move on to other similar opportunities.
What do you think of other opportunities? From the Poloniex, the Ethereum is still the largest trading volume. Popular switch was/is to MadeSafe or BTC. Point is nobody is buying ETH to hold it. I will hold my Ethereum for the long term. if it is in active development, the price will be $100 in a few years. |

2016 is the best year for Bitcoin. The mining hashing rate increases a lot. The price will also increase.

What is your mining hashrate? Most of the rig rental sites are free to register but charges a small fee.
really low... 730kh/s (for scrypt) that is very low hash rate. So it does not make any difference if you use Nicehash or not. If that is GPU, better mine other algorithms. |

it depends what you are, are you a day trader or a long term investor ?
Personally I have been accumulating some ether everyday despite price, some days I might pay more for the ether, but in the long term, 1 years time etc, its going to be very profitable anyway, so if you are thinking when to buy but not sure when too, ether at 6$ is still very cheap for the long term prospects.
As a long-term investor, I guess you've been investing regularly since before the bubble then, and not just after price exploded? Strange, because I ran a text analysis on your post history, and the phrases eth, ether and ethereum do not appear at all until 19th Feb... Maybe he was accumulating secretly so that he will not be noticed. After he had enough, he will promote it. |

Why? It has been in extensive testing. I heard that lots of software have to be written to make it work. All the payment processors have to rewrite their software. |

The more services an Altcoin can provide IMO the more valuable and interconnected with other services it will become. Most are just simple PnD's for quick buck but there are a few out there that arte actually trying to make something of themselves.
There are some service provided by some altcoin. For example, Ethereum platform can make smart contract. But I do not know how many people use that. |

I think it is better to try coinotron.com and their proxy mining eth it is the fastest mining of eth.
As much as I like to frequent suprnova, coinotron is what works for me as well. iam mining on windows with Nvidia card , in pool aswell , is it easy to setup up proxy? and do you think it will get me stable hashrate on the site ? and would it use alot of internet If you want to pool mining, you can use the stratum proxy from the dwarf pool. It is the largest pool now. |

theres a thing called sharding in ethereum, block-chain size growing is not problem.
its lighting fast, I can transfer my ethereum from exchange like for example kraken, from the moment when I send it from the exchange, to the moment its in my wallet and confirmed, is a matter of about 30 seconds.
But I believe your exchange will not let you use the coins until at least a few hours later. |

i have bought ethereum coin but just 5,8 ETH only. it is only for collections. i don't know about progress of ETH in the future no one knowing.  I think 5.8 Ether is a safe investment. If it drops to zero, you will only lose $30. If the price rises to 50$, you will make $150. I think 50$ per ETH would be possible with only 10% chance, everyone holding a lot of ETH might dump their stash before it reach the said price. If the price reaches $50 within a year, I will definitely dump of holding of Ethereum. If it is within 10 years, I will keep my holding. |

You might try the Dwarf pool. Their display of the hash rate is quite accurate. It is not more than 5% difference.

It does not matter too much is the Coinbase run Classic. If no more than 75% of the miners run the classic, it will still be Core.
