Coins like Verge and Doge are very slow to increase in price. Their supply kills low term bubbles. So you should think very long term while reviewing Verge's future.

I feel like Stratis is one of the best and secure coins for daily trading. Ethereum classic and litecoin can be good too. These don't really grow up high on price but you can increase your wallet size by daily trading slowly.

Proof of stake is generally better cause miners spent some electricity for pow coins. That means they will keep dumping some portion of their coins nearly always. But it isn't hard to get some pos tokens/coins. People tend to hold more.
