381  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: July 21, 2016, 07:28:56 AM
Instead of thinking that bitcoin itself will get me rich I believe this is a great opportunity for many aspiring entrepreneurs to test the waters. Nothing more exciting then creating yourself a job in a new market.
To be real I do not think that I am going to be rich with Bitcoin because I do not see the price rise so high that I will become rich with it.
It would be a great thing if it happened but I am not going to get my hopes up.
382  Other / Off-topic / Re: I spent all my saving on bitcoin, now i am broke on: July 20, 2016, 04:39:05 PM
well i have good news or bad news, this week i took out all my saving from my bank 3500 and bought some bitcoin

i now have a total of 6 bitcoins,

last night i bought 5 usb sticks and 2 waterproof boxes,  i put the box inside of the other box then the 5 usb sticks in the middle of the box,  afterwards i went into my backyard and dug a hole underneath the bird fountain,

i dug the hole almost 3 feet under. Then i buried it back and placed the bird fountain back.

The bird fountain has been in the same spot for many years so i am not worried about forgetting where i buried it, and grass doesn't grow underneath it.

so there we have it,  I buried a total of 5 bitcoins, i plan to keep it there for 20 years. The 5 bitcoins cost me about 2300USD

The 6th bitcoin i keep it on my cellphone and i plan to spend it online,

Now i only have 100 dollars left in my bank,  i am basically broke,  my whole saving gone!

Was this a bad idea?   after i buried it i was starting to feel like it was a bad idea,

i also did not put a hard password on it because i thought i would forget

but i wasn't planning on using my saving for anything, and the bank doesn't give me any interest for it,

i've never invested in anything , possibly because i don't have much money

anyways.. it's just money.. i'll save some more

i figure in the future, it might be way too expensive to own even 1 bitcoin,

i am now a proud owner of 5 bitcoins

this is my bitcoin story,

here are some pictures of the box and bird fountain, its not the exact ones that i own but similar

That is pretty bad that you are broke at the moment you always nee to have money left for other things you should not spend everything on Bitcoin.
I hope that you can sell some coins right now to make some money back.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the year 2100 on: July 20, 2016, 04:34:11 PM
We are not going to even be around at that time so it does not make much sense why we are talking about it. Maybe Bitcoin is not even going to be around by then.
I hope that it is going to be around because that should mean that it is doing great.
384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ALL IN!!?? on: July 20, 2016, 03:36:38 PM
Ever go all in  Shocked  and have a positive result?
I would never go all in because I am the guy that not like sot take to much risks wen it comes to money and gambling i always like t take the safe route first.
Maybe if I have won some money then I can take some risk but never with my own money.
385  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price increase to $1000+ again soon. What will you do? on: July 20, 2016, 03:31:56 PM
If the price reaches that soon then I think that I am going to sell some coins because I have been waiting some time for this.
Do you guys think that it an still happen with in 2016 or do we have to wait longer?
386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will one BTC ever reach the value of 50k? on: July 20, 2016, 03:22:28 PM
I was wondering what others think, will 1 BTC ever have a value of 50k+?
Within the future like in 50-200 years from now.

There is of course a chance of it happening and I think that it will happen somewhere in the future but the real question is how long it is going to take.
I will sell for sure if the price is going to be able to reach that high.
387  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: July 20, 2016, 03:17:25 PM
You should buy a house if the Bitcoin price is high enough and you are going to be able to buy a house then you should do it.
A house can also go up in value so buy a house if you really feel like buying one.
388  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: July 20, 2016, 03:11:28 PM
It would be a good thing for sure if Bitcoin was used by everyone in 2022 but I think that the chance is small of that happening.
Almost everyone are allot of people and most people still do not even know what Bitcoin is.
389  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2016, 03:06:40 PM
I'm sort of new to bitcoin, I've made a couple bucks already from visiting ad sites, doing faucets, etc, but is there any other way to earn easy cash? Anyone got any suggestions?
I also want to know if it is possible to double your Bitcoin because the only thing that I can think of is with gambling but I am not going to gamble.
Gambling with my Bitcoin is not a option for me I am just going to lose them If I do that.
390  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: July 20, 2016, 03:02:34 PM
There are so many stores online where you can buy almost anything just with your coins and there are in several countrys a couple of real stores where you can buy things with coins.
I do not want to make use of Bitcoin because of the fact that money can be made with them in the future so I do not want to miss that chance.
If you want to spend your Bitcoin then that is on you but I will hold on to them.
391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: July 20, 2016, 08:51:04 AM
You will need to get some professional help because I do not really know how to get someone to with with gambling.
That person is going to guide you and you should approach it the best way.
I think that he needs to find a other hobby something that is going to keep you busy and will become part of your life so that you do not have time to gamble.
I think that it will help allot you find the right hobby for you.
392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: July 20, 2016, 08:46:13 AM
First rule of gambling : never gamble what you can't afford to lose
Second rule : there are no strategy , just some luck and know when you need to stop  Wink
My gambling strategy with roulette is that I just pick some random number and hope that I have picked a good won that is it.
I just hope that luck is on my side and that I am going to win nothing more really.
393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: July 20, 2016, 08:41:35 AM
I basically broke even so far when I comes to gambling, and I've bet thousands across different sites. Some days you win big, others you get wreaked.
I do not think that it wrong to gamble because why would it be wrong to gamble if you are using your own hard worked money.
You should be able to decide what to do with your money.
394  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of the 2016 - BTC Price Prediction on: July 20, 2016, 08:37:26 AM
I predict that the price is going to be $1000 at the end of 2016 because it just has to happen this year, I have been waiting long time.
I thought that it could happen with in the last rising but the price was not rising for that long.
395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 2000 $ possible ? on: July 20, 2016, 08:32:26 AM
No the price is not going to be $2000 any time soon know because we have still yet to reach $1000 and before we hit that I do not want to see anything higher.
I believe that the price is going to reach $1000 at the end of this year and the price maybe will reach $2000 in 2017.
396  Economy / Economics / Re: Spending Bitcoins on: July 20, 2016, 08:23:27 AM
To grow the adoption of bitcoin we need people spending it as a daily currency.
In my country there is not much I cant buy with bitcoins.
Granted not a lot of retailers accept BTC yet but with all the services available now they dont need to.
A bitcoin debit card can be very handy.

Nowadays if I need to pay a bill then I can pay any bill via a site called livingroomofsatoshi

Please list any reasons why you could not use bitcoin for day to day expenses and maybe we can find a way.

I think it's okay to use bitcoin for daily things and in my country it's also rare to find a shop that accept bitcoin, so the solution is sell your bitcoin into fiat and buy with it.

Eventually bitcoin will have more shop in your country you just need to wait for that to happen maybe it will happen this year or the next year.
I do not think that spending Bitcoin is the best thing that you are able to do at the moment because to me it is just s waist to do.
Using it as an investment is the best and because of that we can make money but we have to hold and wait for that.
397  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: July 20, 2016, 08:19:25 AM
It is not a bad thing if you want to buy one Bitcoin at the moment and I am sure that over a year you are going to be able to make a profit.
I do not think it makes much sense because the price is only going to get higher so it is important to buy as many as possible.
398  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: July 20, 2016, 08:10:36 AM
I have heard this to many times and I am not sure what to believe because people sad the same thing about 2016 when we were still in 2015.
I will just have to wait and see for my self what 2017 is going to be like.
399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020 on: July 19, 2016, 07:01:22 PM
It is hard to say what Bitcoin is going to be like in 2020 but I am sure that not much is going to change except for the price.
What the price is going to be is what I do not know but it has to be high.

If the bitcoin is developed continuously, there will be more usage and the users. So the price will rise higher.

Like said below, which developments? People here, at least some live in rinse and repeat of bs.
Bitcoin development, bitcoin price reaches 100 milllion billion. It doesn't work that way.  At best bitcoin wallets get a mandatory upgrade, no fancy things.

And it's not the people but the whales who determine the price.
400  Other / Off-topic / Re: {share} how you get your first 1 btc? on: July 19, 2016, 06:57:42 PM
as you mentioned, I get first 1 BTC of the signature campaign, gambling and giveaway.

but I never got 1 BTC direct. I only collects from 3 sources.

My first bitcoin was bought from my salary. It's the only way to get 1 whole bitcoin, unless you are a thief or scammer I suppose.
