Why all the drama? We just had a decent update and things are looking pretty good.
I think it was just a bunch of pent up frustration. Probably a bit of impatience mixed in there as well. Momentum will start to build again here and people will be back. I am not concerned. coins had some good advice - close your wallet and come back in 6 months. Although, he forgot to say "buy" which is a key component of my waiting strategy. pretty much my strategy also - though 'mine' is more to the point with me ... #crysx

What is happening with DRZ on Yobit? Some whale is going to exit..? Is it you, crysx?

I think the answer is yes, but it depends if it's based off the original bitcoin client. Georgem pushed the details to Github a while back https://github.com/servicenodes/genesisextractorIf you can use the extractor, you should be good to go. tanx coins ... you are always a wealth of help ... granite is still using the original ( though recently updated - but still mostly original ) code - which is based on the older bitcoin code - which most coins are ... so it may be that it will work right off the bat ... ill have a look and see ... tanx again mate ... #crysx

hi all ...
just a simple question - more aimed at georgem unless someone knows the answer ...
the wallet shows the icons and listing of the various coins ... will they be hardcoded into wallet - or will the wallet just 'see' the daemons it will be able to access?
ie - if i wanted to add our coin granite in there also - will i be able to see it in the list? ...

copied and pasted from previous thread ------- hi nikolaj, since our last discussion many moons ago - our framing system has been moving along very nicely also ... we will not be selling any of ours - especially due the custom cooling system we are still in development with, but would be very interesting to see what youhave come up with as far as a casing solution ... there are many server style cases available for high end hpc systems - but they are usually designed for such cards as the tesla series - which have all their power connectors on the ends of the cards instead of on top ... so it would be interesting to see what you have come up with ( apart from it being a taller ( ie - 5ru ) case ) ... the sealed units we are designing have a staggered card design - with a single 'external' fan system - and smaller ball-bearing high velocity fans internally ... but of course - that is the current system and is already changing in design for the newer 1080ti / 1090 cards that will be released in the coming months ... the issue is the number of cards - which is limited currently at 5 currently - unless modding the bios / drivers ( as mentioned before ) ... how have you come over this limitation - if you have at all? ... #crysx ------- ill have a look more indepth over the thread in the coming days mate ... tanx ... #crysx

hi desynct ...
just checked with the miner devs ( on irc ) last night - and the issues involved are way more than the benefit of implementing such protocol in the miner itself ...
the explanation is complex - but the basic version they gave me was simply that it is different - for different coins - and to implement this type of getwork protocol for the various coins would be more work than its worth - and would bloat the miner in a massive way ...
why bitcoin dash and the other coins that copy the code ( in this case - mue as well ) have removed the getwork system within the wallet - is beyond them ... it was far simpler to the way it was - with one daemon and one way of mining solo ...
in any case - im not too fussed - i just wanted to se if it could be done ... and in most cases - with coins like mue that are based on this code - you simply cant mine it solo unless there are workarounds ...
#crysx
yep, but actually nothing's impossible, check GRS grs? ... got a link? ... #crysx

hi all ...
does anyone have any issues mining solo to the new wallet? ...
i am not a newbie here - and have issues with only very few coins in solo ... this is one of them ...
is it an issue with most 'rpcless' style of coins? ...
any help would be appreciated ...
#crysx
no solo, it's not rpcless coin, but gbt-less sgminer (perhaps ccminer as well) gbt-less miner? ... how so? ... and yup - it is ccminer ( at least - a fork of ) ... so how would a fix be made to make this work with these gbt-based coins? ... #crysx https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=778322.msg12356524#msg12356524discuss that with your ccminer fork dev, maybe smth has been done since then looking in main.cpp, mue's gbt version is 114 or even 116 now, i didn't check hi desynct ... just checked with the miner devs ( on irc ) last night - and the issues involved are way more than the benefit of implementing such protocol in the miner itself ... the explanation is complex - but the basic version they gave me was simply that it is different - for different coins - and to implement this type of getwork protocol for the various coins would be more work than its worth - and would bloat the miner in a massive way ... why bitcoin dash and the other coins that copy the code ( in this case - mue as well ) have removed the getwork system within the wallet - is beyond them ... it was far simpler to the way it was - with one daemon and one way of mining solo ... in any case - im not too fussed - i just wanted to se if it could be done ... and in most cases - with coins like mue that are based on this code - you simply cant mine it solo unless there are workarounds ... #crysx

Best wine in the world:) Cheers Italy you should try this here's a link to check the colour http://www.manacubba.it/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/111.jpgcannellino passito, from frascati. It's hard to find the old batches, but they are really gold in a liquid state. God, If someone of you will purchase a chassis from my company, I'll send you one bottle. I should think about it, I could start a second company if you taste these magnificient productions. >God, If someone of you will purchase a chassis< GTX 1070, GTX 1080 BITCOIN mining Roundup, PART I - 6 VGA's in action, power consumption and more with LBRY, Neoscrypt, Lyra2ReV2, Blake2b Can't read a word of it.. in your signature English plz Roundup GTX 1070 e GTX 1080 e BITCOIN mining, analisi e confronto dei più recenti modelli Custom Nvidia Pascal - Parte 1 ps wine is like vinegar to me. Acid. have you tried with google translator? BTW it was just the part 1, the second will be in english and will contain a videoreview of the chassis solutions (Venus Prime). It could technically support up to 8 dual slot VGA's, but for now I am limiting the number at 6 (150w TDP, gtx 1070's). I'm planning to resell them in the second half of october, it won't be like anything that you've seen since now. A new concept, especially regarding modularity. Are you from US or EU ? About the wine cannellino, it's mainly a desserts variant but the vintages from 7/8 years since now are something really phenomenal. There are too many typologies of wine, especially here in Italy and I can assure that the more you taste, the more you like them. We've made wine in 2015 and it's more like grapes nectar than wine, to not mention olive oil... the real olive oil that you can taste here it's not, unfortunately, what you can taste in the US. A 1lt bottle that we can buy here at 8 euro could have a price of 25/30$ in the US, hopefully with the same quality. I could also suggest you this liqueur, as cannellino passito, masterpiece http://www.cantineflorio.it/morsidiluce/vinoliquoroso/morsidiluce.htmmorsi di luce, from sicily (Italy) http://www.duca.it/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/2012/05/2012STFlorioMorsiLuce.pdfhi nikolaj, since our last discussion many moons ago - our framing system has been moving along very nicely also ... we will not be selling any of ours - especially due the custom cooling system we are still in development with, but would be very interesting to see what youhave come up with as far as a casing solution ... there are many server style cases available for high end hpc systems - but they are usually designed for such cards as the tesla series - which have all their power connectors on the ends of the cards instead of on top ... so it would be interesting to see what you have come up with ( apart from it being a taller ( ie - 5ru ) case ) ... the sealed units we are designing have a staggered card design - with a single 'external' fan system - and smaller ball-bearing high velocity fans internally ... but of course - that is the current system and is already changing in design for the newer 1080ti / 1090 cards that will be released in the coming months ... the issue is the number of cards - which is limited currently at 5 currently - unless modding the bios / drivers ( as mentioned before ) ... how have you come over this limitation - if you have at all? ... #crysx

What's everyone's favorite mining pool for startcoin?
the private mining pool that been going on since it launched How can I get in on this private mining pool? hi all ... we have started our own internal pool system - with start being one of the pools ... its been denoted as 'alpha' - but has been testing for quite sometime now - and is fully functioning and working very well ... it will be denoted as 'beta' when the 'hidiff' stratum is built for it - and it completely functional on the 'lodiff' stratum ... the pool fee is 0.7% and will remain that way for the foreseeable future ... this pool systems was originally being being for internal use only - but due to the interest in the testing - we have made it available for those who wish to mine ... currently at - http://mpos.granitecoin.com/ - the pools will be relocated to the new address as soon as we switch al the dns system across from granitecoin.com to chainworksindustries.com ... if you are using very high hashrate - such as asic systems - the hidiff stratum will be online very shortly to allow for the influx of massive amounts of hashrate ... as usual wiht all our projects - please let us know is there are any issues that you come across via pm - our oficial thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1563601 ) - irc ( #chainworksindustries ) ... the pools are not connected currently via SSO ( Single Sign On ) so registration is necessary for every pool you wish to mine on ... at least not until we move the entire system to the new domain ... have fun ... #crysx

The latest published work from Alexis is what got recently merged in Tpruvot's fork, I don't think Alexis has a thread or dedicated repo at this point, at least not specifically for his LBRY contributions.
