No photos or public profiles of the team etc also. Even though the article in Cointelegraph states that Razormind has 260 employees


4. Twitter account @Razormind also looks cool and has over 15000 tweets.
Most of them are tweets copied from other sources.
And if you manage to scroll down to the first tweet, you can see that account has been created on 29/03/2016

5. No escrow for ICO funds.
You need to send an email to deos@razormind.co.uk to invest to the ICO. After that you receive an email with "uniquely generated BTC Address" to invest. Oooook.

When you invest your bitcoins to some stranger in the internet, you should search for the proof that this is NOT a scam.

And the only proof at the moment is the Bittrex account verification for the ICO.

Netverify identification can be passed with photos/scans/selfies that anybody can buy on underground forum.

And also, if you need some real person presence to pass Bittrex verification - you can pay some moldovan/romanian guy to use his photos and identity.
This guy can also receive Skype videocalls from verification team or something like that.

Guys, don't you think, that it's not a very good idea to invest in ICO where the founder has never been seen in public before, and when only Bittrex can approve his identity?

Ethereum, Lisk, Waves had a public known people in their team, source code, community etc before the start of ICO.

Edon has only Bittrex approval for ICO and some info about platform concept on their pretty website.


The main question is - what do you need to verify identity at Bittrex and to launch an ICO?
Is it possible to verify identity at Bittrex by sending passport/ID scans, selfies with ID etc.

If it's possible - then it's possible to buy any documents and selfies you need at underground forums and to launch ICO using some fake identity.

Вопрос в том - что конкретно нужно для того, чтобы пройти идентификацию на Bittrex и запустить ICO.

Если это реально сделать на сканы\селфи (которые легко покупаются) или на дропа - то вполне возможно, что Edon является скамом-хайпом на волне ажиотажа по Эфириуму.

Someone in this topic mentioned that youtube video would be suitable.
You can just spend a couple of minutes to make a video using your phone camera and upload it to youtube. That could clear up everything.

But if you will not do this - there will be even more questions about who you really are, and what Edon ICO really is.

You could make a picture of yourself with a piece of paper and something like "Ion Sarbu, Edon ICO" written on it.

If you can't do this - this whole ICO looks veeeeeeeeeery suspicious.

Да, у Эфириума, Лиска, Вейвс к моменту запуска была команда с реальными публичными людьми, и был код, который можно посмотреть.

У эдона всего этого нет.
Команда - акк на биткоинталк и некий акк фейсбука с фотошопленной галочкой верификации и румынским чуваком на корточках в степи в фотках.
Кода нет.

Очень странно, что в англоязычной ветке до самого ICO царило даже какое-то воодушевление.

Сначала думал вкладываться, но потом почитал подробнее, и передумал.

Очень уж странными выглядят несколько моментов:
1. В фейсбуке у этого румына-разработчика галка верифицированного аккаунта - прифотошоплена на фоновую фотку.
2. Никакого кода и тестовой сети, код закрыт. Вполне может быть, что его нет и не будет.


До того, как биттрекс запустил таки ICO Edon, я думал, что это скам-схема, по которой бабло стригут через ico.edoncoin.com: люди шлют биткоины, чтобы успеть получить бонус 30%, пока биттрекс выдает 404 ошибку.

Но тот факт, что биттрекс запустил ICO, все-таки добавляет очков в репутацию Edon.

Короче, все очень непонятно и мутно. Не must-have ICO точно.
