381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Make Bitcoin Great Again on: November 30, 2018, 03:02:27 AM
i strongly disagree with this. because basically you are saying "price has dropped, lets make it rise again and call that 'great'". bitcoin is not about price and profit. so when its price drops it doesn't mean it stopped being "great"!
it you want to run a campaign advertising bitcoin, that is great. but as long as you are not doing it to make the price go up. and more importantly as long as you are not advertising bitcoin to others as a means to make profit because of its rises.
doing things like this will only increase the volatility and make the rise (the thing you are hoping for) harder. we don't want more speculators running around, we want more real adoption. we want merchants running a full node, a lightning node and accept payments through bitcoin. we want people who see the advantages of using this unique decentralized currency and spend it.
Yeah, bitcoin is still great as it is, and it depends on us on how we will handle the situation right now, and we I think we don't need to advertise bitcoin about bitcoin is having a small price so lets buy more which is not good because we are just telling them that bitcoin is losing its value, make a good advertising if you can but not on this kind of reasons.
382  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency or Stock Market? on: November 30, 2018, 02:31:04 AM
Because cryptocurrency gives a big advantage over the stock market I think. But the risk on cryptocurrency is slightly greater. But I'm not worried about that. Because I believe in cryptocurrency.
If you are good with stock market it can be profitable in a long run other than bitcoin because we don't have any assurance with bitcoin if it will stay longer still in the future, unlike stock market because as long as there are the companies that provide by stock market then it will stay as it is and it just depends on us on how we will handle our investments into it.
383  Economy / Economics / Re: Confirmed, bull run begins now, what expectations? on: November 30, 2018, 02:28:48 AM
Many of us expected the beginning of a bullish trend, but since July the price of Bitcoin has fallen by half. Soon Christmas, New Year, then Chinese New Year, and at this time the time of buying gifts and lull on the stock exchange begins, which leads to a greater drop in prices. Therefore, I think that there will definitely not be growth in the coming months, because there are no prerequisites for this.
maybe this end of year bear movement continues, all investors liquid their portofolio to calculate profit or loss as long this year.and maybe it could be bad closing for 2018
we need to becarefull with year end fundamental.many people maybe selling their asset to holiday.investors and fund manager usually do this at end of year.and maybe bearish movement could happen.
So, you are saying that it is possible that bitcoin price will get lower than the price today? Hopefully, that big investors now will take this chance to buy bitcoins so that the market will go up high again if only I can have a big/huge capital to invest for bitcoin. Maybe there are also some other reasons why bitcoin price gets too low.
384  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is dying? on: November 30, 2018, 02:22:14 AM
Bitcoins is not dying as a lot of analyst has predicted it must be the start of the market to take a new turn. As it has happen in the previous years before. If it continues like this to 2019 ending then you can say bitcoin is dying.
If there are big investors again that will enter bitcoin, then maybe that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will have another turn for crypto world, once that a lot of big investors will enter, for sure it will change the value of bitcoin fast and it will turn uptrend again which is good for all of us here in forum and who are waiting for the bitcoin to rise again.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Open your eyes! on: November 30, 2018, 02:19:36 AM
Don't you feel like once the bitcoin price goes up, the main holders will be the banks and large financial institutions?
means they are whales, is it possible that their rejection of bitcoin is just a drama that has a hidden purpose?
if indeed banks and financial institutions are behind actual bitcoin, that means bitcoin will be there as long as they are still there,
That's true, maybe it is a hidden agenda that makes people fall into some fake news that bitcoin is a hindrance with their business but it is not. So, if bitcoin owns by the bank of any other large financial institutions then for me it is good, once that they are still alive, bitcoin will stay as long they are still there.
386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A banking app helped me beat my addiction on: November 29, 2018, 11:52:57 PM
Your article is interesting and it really might help others who wants to avoid gambling, or be able to beat their addiction too like yours, and sharing this experience might help others and it is very interesting. I also want to try it and having a banking app can help uou save more than to lose money from gambling.

388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto capable of making the world go digital? on: November 29, 2018, 12:00:17 PM
This is very possible. The Blockchain technology is a revolutionary one with a lot of significance. As the people become more familiar with it, the adoption and utilization of the Blockchain and cryptocurrency will increase which will gradually lead the world to cashless.
Cashless will do in some other ways but not all of businesses or company will go cashless. Maybe some other establishment will do. I think cash will not going to totally go because of blockchain technology.
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Game Over for Bitcoin? on: November 28, 2018, 10:25:28 AM
Nope, there is no game over for bitcoin now. I think there are some investors who give interests again to bitcoin because of its good to buy bitcoin price now. It is easy to invest now because of the small price of bitcoin which is good to gain profits in the near future.
390  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is exactly the reason why bitcoin value falls right now? on: November 28, 2018, 10:23:17 AM
Anyone knows what is really the reason behind of falling bitcoin value? Is there any news or article that you can share here guys? I am also confused if I still want to hold my bitcoin or just sell but if I do that, I will lose a lot just like to those who already make panic selling.

There is a dozen questions like this one on each board in the forum, the answers will be the same no matter how many times you ask.
Generally speaking, there are people believing the crash comes from the BCH soap opera, while other people believe it's all about manipulation to increase a BTC bag Which is the most possible reason to me.
I don't think it is because of BCH, because as I observe, bitcoin is the mother of all coins so BCH is also just relying to bitcoin. So why can you say that it is because of BCH.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BULL RUN! BULL RUN! BULL RUN! on: November 28, 2018, 12:33:48 AM
So it happens that every where in the crypto universe every single person is expecting a bull run Q4 of every year as if it's a norm now.

Well for me am happy the bull run isn't happening this year so that many can cool off and know this is not a yearly get rich quick business and people have to understand what investment are and invest wisely

I like the fact that the bull run shouldn't be on any specific date, day, or month and can happen randomly at any time to stop the impression of manipulation in crypto.

For me am happy crypto is responding to the market movement in connection with every other stock market.

What are your own thoughts?
I am also not expecting a bull run this Q4, because in my opinion as what I can see with bitcoin, it is now struggling from something that it is hard for crypto market to make bull run this Q4. Maybe they are at the year of crisis now and I think this is not a good year for all of us using bitcoin. LOL. Maybe next year would be better.
392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's go to Singapore! We can pay with Btc there. on: November 27, 2018, 08:51:16 AM
It is very expensive to go to Singapore and to live there because the cost of living is also expensive so, it is better to stay at home than to go to Singapore. I can still use my btc here and I can withdraw my own btc here and will be converted to fiat to pay on some stuff or food that I would buy here.
393  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are Close To The Bottom: on: November 27, 2018, 08:12:51 AM
I think we got hit the bottom already now the prices is again moving over $3800 so which is the start of bull run maybe so get ready for the bull run before it start by buying the coins on your own or you will regret it later.
I don't want to expect for the bull run because for me, bitcoin is struggling right now and at the crisis. So, it is impossible for bitcoin to make another bull run or up again until over $10k, I think we will experience a low price of bitcoin in a long run.
394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: From Minimum To A Million on: November 27, 2018, 06:39:11 AM
Hello All,

I'm a newbie here (although I have been playing around with BTC for over a year). I'm now running an experiment trying to get (as the thread title suggests) From Minimum To A Million. By minimum I mean a modest investment of £100. I will be investing in several websites that claim to give daily interest or cloud mining income and intend to compound this up to give a decent daily return. Of course, some of these sites may fall by the wayside but I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now as a test and have already withdrawn my initial investment so I'm break-even at worst and only playing with profits.

Currently I'm using 4 websites (ElgoMine, TrueMine, Bitchoko and GoGo Earn) and have also tested Marble BTC. All currently paying as expected.

I will try and post weekly updates on here but if you want to follow my progress then I've started a Wordpress blog. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links or not seeing as this is my first post but it's https://fromminimumtoamillion.wordpress.com/

Any comments / feedback / suggestions welcome but please don't flame me. It's just a fun experiment and hopefully I'll be a BTC millionaire in 463 days time.  Wink
You already get what you invested in a 1st place which is good, and if that so, you are not a newbie anymorr but your account seems to be new here in the forum, anyways it is good sharing good experience here in bitcoin forum for us to have some other ideas in some field of bitcoin. I think you are already good with investing/trading already and as what you've said you already withdraw your initial investment, so you are now investing with your profits now. Good to know that mate. Hope you will be one of BTC millionaire as what you wish. LOL. All of us wants to be BTC millionaire.  Grin

Yeah, that was your speculation last Oct, how about now? Because bitcoin price now is lower than $5700 as what you have stated that the price of bitcoin on Dec 2018 will be $5700 which I think will not going to happen now, so there is no assurance on those speculations and maybe better to make more possible speculation than thinking in advance with no any other proof or something. But still give some point of vew to others.
396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Christmas And BTC? on: November 26, 2018, 11:43:58 AM

For me, holidays didn't affect bitcoin value or market. In my opinion, it still depends on a user of bitcoins on how they will use it and how many time did they sell or buy it how many users are still using bitcoin until now. It always depends on us that the market will depend on.

Last year there was some fall in BTC prices before Christmas. This was because people were cashing out their BTC or taking out their profits, may be to enjoy their Christmas holidays.
Yeah there are some who are encashing their bitcoin but it doesn't mean that holidays will affect the bitcoin, it will always depend on us "users" of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies but not all of bitcoin users doing this. Some of us yes but it will not affect the bitcoin. BIG investors will affect the price of bitcoin and that is why bitcoin price falls down last year is it because who invested big amount in bitcoin and when bitcoin hits new ATH's they encash it to get their profit.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don`t care about the market. I will HODL to USE! on: November 26, 2018, 08:05:57 AM
It's your choice if you still want to hold all your coins but we cannot control the mindset of other people who also have their bitcoins or altcoins if they still want to hold it or not. If you think your strategy will work for the future then that is good because after all, that happens, you still have a positive mind.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market has recovered? on: November 26, 2018, 08:03:03 AM
As of now, it is not recovering, as what I can see, bitcoin/altcoin is getting worst or at the level of crisis now. I hope this will overcome by bitcoin/altcoin and will recover its price again soon.
399  Other / Off-topic / Re: Technologies of the future. on: November 26, 2018, 05:22:19 AM
We are all able to see that since 1990, the world has developed so fast in so many ways.
What is your wish (technology wise) to be developed in the next 10 years?
Anything you would like to own.. from VR to home robots doing laundry or cooking.
Hit me with your best thought!  Grin
Robots are possible to have by some other countries that do have good technologies with their place. Unlike here in our country, we don't have the good high technology to make life easier, and our country is not as rich as some others. So I don't want to expect something here and just do work hard to make our life comfortable than to think of those technologies in the future.
400  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you live in a Blockchain smart city? on: November 26, 2018, 05:17:23 AM
That's interesting to live with Blockchain smart city, but with our current lives here in our country I think it is impossible here to happen because we don't have here a high technology, unlike to other countries that it is simple to them to make good gadgets and new technologies that can make their community live simple.
