381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: don't rely on gift tokens, balance your time with other things. on: October 28, 2019, 12:02:02 PM
don't rely on gift tokens because that will only bore you and not to mention you have to wait for them to be listed on the exchange or at least until they have a sale price to make up for your hard work.
I suggest balancing your time with other things you can do in this market and I think there are many ways to make a profit besides a prize campaign. I say this because I also feel bored with them and what I produce from gift tokens does not produce sweet fruit.
at this time I balance with trading, how about you?

yes you are right we should not only rely on prize tokens from campaigns to be able to benefit from cryptocurrency. we should also do daily trading and also long-term investment. but sometimes daily trading is also unprofitable if the crypto market conditions are bad or most coins are red. so in my opinion we should also have professional work not to rely on cryptocurrency as the main income. make cryptocurrency a side job and additional income.
382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What needs to happen in order for bitcoin to replace gold on: October 28, 2019, 10:10:18 AM
gold is a precious metal that has become a valuable item and is used since ancient times until now. some people use gold as jewelry and as a store of value as well as investment. and bitcoin is a volatile digital currency. bitcoin can also be used as a store of value but if comparing the increase in value between bitcoin and gold of course bitcoin has a higher increase than gold. so in my opinion bitcoin is better than gold.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your favorite way to receive money as a gift? Cash or digital.. on: October 28, 2019, 08:49:09 AM
in my opinion most people now are aware of the benefits and advantages of cryptocurrency. so they prefer crytpocurrency over fiat money.
holding cryptocurrency is more profitable than fiat money. because in the future bitcoin has the possibility that prices will rise. whereas if saving fiat money will not get a profit it would be a loss because fiat money is always affected by inflation which makes the value of money decrease.
384  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency, KYC and Terrorism on: October 28, 2019, 06:51:53 AM
Some have speculated that terrorists have discovered a way to use the platform crypto currency to gather identities from different people from all over the world. use their identities for terrorist activities. From threads that i have seen, there are people thinking that some ICOs are used to fund terrorist acts by luring investors into investing into their companies, getting KYC in exchange of money, gather a large sum of it and then run away with big bags of bucks.
IMO, these scenarios have big possibilities since there is the anonymity factor feature of crypto currency, we really do not have the knowledge as to whom and where the money will go for when it was transacted in cyberspace.

what are your thoughts on this?

yes you are right a lot of people who use KYC for criminal acts. therefore I currently avoid participating in projects that use KYC requirements. I am not willing to exchange my personal identity for a few dollars. and using KYC does not guarantee that the projects we follow are not scams. many ICO projects are scams that also ask for KYC. now I prefer to join projects that don't use KYC.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Harsh Reality About The Current ICO Project on: October 28, 2019, 05:27:34 AM
I feel cheated ... but the fact that every project that promises or claims tokens will eventually increase at a very high price is just nonsense ...
in a statement on the road map they promised to use project funds for further product development, but they were only trying to take advantage of the investors' black money ...
what they have to do is develop their product further, not just start doing it or say all the sweet promises ...

maybe it's one of the things they have to reconsider, if their project wants to be successful and the project product can be sold out in the market ...
I hope I'm not mistaken about this.

most ICO projects like that always promise tokens will increase and prices are high but that is only a writing not in reality. it's a way for developers to attract investors and bounty hunters and I don't think it's just you who have experienced scams like this. I also experienced it. so from now on we must be more selective in choosing an ICO not to be affected by high token payments. choose an ICO that is more realistic and has an experienced dev and development team.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Worrying about the Bitcoin Price on: October 28, 2019, 04:10:34 AM
I'm not too worried about the price of bitcoin because I believe that although the value of bitcoin is now down I'm sure in the future the price of bitcoin will go up again. because the number of bitcoins is limited but this increased demand will make bitcoin prices more expensive. I just need to be patient and wait. maybe people who are worried about bitcoin are those who buy bitcoin when bitcoin prices are high. then when they see the price of bitcoin falling they start to worry about losing a lot.
387  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Bring change into Africa? on: October 28, 2019, 02:58:46 AM
With the high levels of corruption in most African countries, I believe that the blockchain technology would be the very thing that this continent needs. It will undoubtedly make everything transparent so that every person would be able to see exactly what's going on and thus prevent high levels of corruption and fraud by most of our so called leaders and politicians.

yes I agree with you with the application of blockchain technology, financial transactions will be more transparent and can reduce corruption. and when Africa can apply blockchain technology well in industry and banking. I am optimistic that blockchain can improve the economy of the African nation. because the process of all transactions can be done safely, transparently, quickly and at a lower cost.
388  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: October 28, 2019, 01:47:35 AM
actually bitcoin is not a rich quick scheme overnight. bitcoin is a cryptocurrency that was created to be a solution during an economic crisis. and because of the fluctuating value of bitcoin finally bitcoin is not only a currency but also an investment tool. and investing in profits and losses is common. and bitcoin has a trend there is an upward trend and there is a downward trend. at the moment we are on a downtrend. but I am always optimistic that the price of bitcoin will rise again. we just need to be patient and wait.
389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you sell your entire crypto right now with 500 percent profit? on: October 27, 2019, 01:33:51 PM
if I would not choose to get x5 profits but could not return to the crypto market. I prefer to get x1 profits but I can still continue to trade in the crypto market. I am optimistic that in the future bitcoin can go up to x7 or x10 so I will choose to survive and trade on the crypto market.
390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL&CALM on: October 27, 2019, 11:07:01 AM
and now we are already in October. congratulations to those who remain hold and calm. now we are already in october and bitcoin today the price has reached $ 9.4k people who bought bitcoin in january of course now have made a big profit. The crypto market is indeed like this always fluctuating. and only those who are patient and don't panic easily sell can make big profits.
391  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Unrealistic bounty allocations on: October 27, 2019, 09:45:40 AM
I am always selective in choosing bounty campaigns. I always choose a campaign project that has a dev and a development team that is trusted and honest and has experience in making projects. I am not interested in projects that offer large tokens or high prices because it is sometimes unrealistic with crypto market conditions like this. maybe it's just an article not in reality.
392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Statement against people who say Bitcoin is a Scam on: October 27, 2019, 08:05:40 AM
if anyone says bitcoin is a fraud i will do is ask him why do you say bitcoin is a cheat? then I will explain about bitcoin and cryptocurrence in earnest that bitcoin and cryptocurrency are new breakthroughs in the financial system and technology. if we can use bitcoin and blockchain well we will get many benefits. but I also admit that cryptocurrency has an anonymous weakness that is often used to commit crime. but this is not the fault of cryptocurrency but it is the user's fault. cannot use cryptocurrency wisely..
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Inflation With Crypto? How? on: October 27, 2019, 06:57:29 AM
I don't think we need to be poor in order to switch to cryptocurrency. if the government of our country permits and legalizes cryptocurrency then there is no need to experience an economic crisis to switch to cryptocurrency. and what happened in Venezuela yesterday because of this country's crisis then was hit by hyperinflation which caused the bolivar currency to fall. so to overcome this they are looking for another alternative that is using bitcoin. bitcoin values that tend to rise can be a solution when fiat money experiences inflation.
394  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin freelancing is dead? on: October 27, 2019, 05:46:33 AM
in my opinion freelancing is not dead because if we are patient waiting and searching there are still honest ICO projects that we can follow. and also following the airdrop and bounty campaign. although the ICO project was not as busy as it was in 2017. I think it can still be a side job. these past two years we rarely get good projects because we are in the bear market. I am optimistic that when bitcoin bulls there will be many projects that we can do again. and we can also do daily trading.
395  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Africa be a good place for crypto? on: October 27, 2019, 03:49:35 AM
I think as long as the country's government allows and supports cryptocurrency. then Africa will be a good place for cryptocurrency. African countries are now developing and have good economic growth. if they can utilize cryptocurrency and adopt blockchain technology I'm sure Africa will become a developed country.
396  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the odds that the government/banks will truly create their own coin? on: October 27, 2019, 02:39:51 AM
I don't think coins made by banks will threaten bitcoin. because the two are on different paths. bank-made coins are stable coins while bitcoin is decentralized. and in terms of value and volume of bitcoin trading is the best. so the presence of new coins will not be able to affect bitcoin. and bitcoin is the most famous coin in cryptocurrency. in my opinion no one can beat bitcoin.
397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you waste your time for 5 cents worth of bitcoin? on: October 26, 2019, 12:19:41 PM
in my opinion as long as the website is legal I think it's okay to follow the bitcoin faucet. as long as they give a token reward for what the participant has done. and the important site that we follow is not a scam. choose a site that has a good reputation and is well known and always gives rewards to participants. or rather than joining the faucet it is better to join a bounty campaign project whose payment tokens use bitcoin. I think this will be safer and more profitable.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protect Yourself And You Protect Your Assets on: October 26, 2019, 10:27:37 AM
yes you are right OP we don't need to post our portfolio or assets on social media. because if we post our assets on social media will trigger people who have envy towards us to commit crimes on us. and to protect our wallets from hackers we should have several digital wallets or store them in a hardware wallet I think it will be safer.
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Zuckerberg: we will exit from project Libra !!!! on: October 26, 2019, 08:45:36 AM
I think this is a way to get the Libra coins out of congressional oversight. so he said the Libra project was independent.
Libra coins have not been released but have experienced a lot of bad news ranging from rejection from the United States government, rejection from European countries and now most of the companies that support also choose to break away from the Libra project. if more refusal may occur, libra coins will not be released.
400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! THE MOST EXCITING NEWS TODAY !!! FOR YOU ??? on: October 26, 2019, 07:00:47 AM
exciting news for today is the 30% increase in bitcoin has made the entire altcoin market green. this is good news for all of us. some of us might be pessimistic about altcoin but see when bitcoin goes up then all altcoin will also go up. so don't ever give up on bitcoin and altcoin. because in the future bitcoin and altcoin have a bright future. we just need to be patient and wait.
