If they are not considered early on, the consequences will be negative in the long run.
A musician refusing a deal is nothing out of the blue, these things happen every few days and with the record labels and their predation on the music industry, we are bound to see these things happen but not every one of them makes the headlines out there.

You never know the full story - there are many under the table deals being done in the music industry it is one of the most corrupt things in this world behind all the glitz and glam.

Reckless or not, they will end up dealing with another label.

Best wishes to @seoincorporation in starting their line of casino software. Smiley

That hardware casino seems to be a nice touch there in which pub owners and small coffee shop owners might get interested and install them in their shops. Something like old arcade games << another idea which you might want to put in while designing the next game?

Will be watching the thread to see how things pick up from here.

Suggestion to reduce the images size because reading them even on a PC seems to sore the eyes.
384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who's winning more casinos or gamblers? on: March 31, 2024, 05:34:45 AM
This doesn't mean casinos never lose.
It based on the fact that cumulative losses are way smaller than the cumulative wins from the casinos side and vice versa for the players side.

Thus the casino is always in a net profit - that is it is running smoothly and paying its employees and investors regularly. This shows one truth that is the casino will always be profitable and if you are the casino then you are the winner in the long run. With my experience in the industry, I feel that in order to make money from the casino be a part of it, dont play in it, unless you completely own it of course. Grin
385  Other / Meta / Re: Provision for increasing available merit every year by some amount on: March 31, 2024, 05:28:13 AM
I'm not going to prove anything, so although I don't know where all these distributed merits end up, I haven't received a single one for some time - which leads me to the conclusion that I don't write "good posts" or that most MS ignore me Roll Eyes
Have felt that too many times Grin

Of course we are not a judge of our own actions so we cant say whether our own posts are merit worthy or not. And not everyone here myself included come from a programming or technological background that we can post in those sections of the forum where merit is generously given to tech helpers and shiny coin collectors.
But then I managed to rank up to Leg from Hero since the system started but my mileage has reduced over the years now.

I know we can go back to the old argument that some sections of the forum have more Noise than Signal and thus sources avoid them. But then is there any solution to this?
386  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is social trading in crypto? Do you EVEN use them? on: March 30, 2024, 10:54:58 AM
Successful investors don't make a great teacher and to be honest I had seen lot of influencers who were financially successful selling their courses for certain prices but the one who subscribed to it learn very basic or nothing at all, I didn't know its different with certain traders but generally its preferable to learn on our own that will teach us more than others teaching stuffs.
They are mostly shilling, they are not "successful investors" because such people dont share their secrets, but sell what companies give to them to sell. Eventually this becomes a shilling game where you are paid to promote a coin and you dont care about what your followers are paying for.

I always suggest people to trade solo, because trading is such a thing that your profit is another person's loss, if you are not being secretive about this you will be at the disadvantage.

So dont be followed by someone on the internet, remember that it takes nothing to speak bullshit on internet, this is a free world.
387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: March 30, 2024, 10:51:28 AM
Indeed, for those who are able to control their finances when gambling, this will only a waste of time. However, it's a good idea for those who can't gamble for fun, to keep track of their gambling activities so they can control their limits.
I would agree but in reality it is rather the opposite. Those who are having an obsession about their total wins and actually wins a lot might keep a spreadsheet of balances but one who gambles like anything without any tracking of their bankroll avoids doing all this stuff. The second group actually needs to do this but they dont care much till they end up in a loss.

Indeed professional players might be doing this, but the more you do it the less you are inclined to gamble because you feel the remorse of having spent that much money which you would have used for something better.
388  Other / Meta / Re: What do you think if Bitcointalk accepted videos? on: March 29, 2024, 02:59:23 PM
The main thing to ask yourself is Why do you need this feature and what use will it do above all that is already available?

Tutorials and informative videos, there are loads available on the internet. Of course you can suggest an "Official" bitcointalk-community driven video set for newbies who seek information.

In my opinion, uploading such "Series" should be on video hosting sites like Youtube or so. Images already on this forum ends up being an eyesore (no offense to anybody).
389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Wait for the right set-up on: March 29, 2024, 02:55:40 PM
Losing your money in one trade seems more in the lines of margin trading or all that non-spot trading. In spot you at least have the opposite asset at hand to sell, even though its price may depreciate. Of course in spot trading we need to be careful when you are buying or selling which is the crux of this concept. If you buy at the wrong level you will have to hold that till the crossing over occurs so you can break even and then further in order to profit. You will be paying for your mistake with time.

With dummy trading and watching the older charts, one can get an idea about this. However trading is not for everyone and if this does not seem to work out, dont trade anymore.
390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Patience can help alot on: March 29, 2024, 02:50:56 PM
I think Patience is not only required in Gambling to succeed but they are a very important part of life if you have patience you will be successful in life. Patience is the key to success the more you have patience more you have chances to succeed in life.
Patience is important in life but it is NOT help you in gambling. Because gambling is based on chance be it EV- or EV+ there is no change if you are patient or not. On the other hand trading requires patience and it can help there.

In most aspects of life patience has a positive role but I doubt its role in gambling however you try to bend the truth, the money gambled is considered lost, no matter how patient you are.

So learn to be patient but dont expect that to help your gambling, rather it can help in stopping your gambling habit.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you believe in savings or investment on: March 28, 2024, 04:23:36 PM
However in investment we should make good decission to avoid lose
Investments will incur losses, without that it is never an investment at all. Grin

Of course the point of savings is to provide funds in case of emergency. You might be able to milk that Bank's fixed deposit rate but it will not lead to huge returns. On the contrary investment carry a higher risk:reward ratio and they might be able to give you higher profits depending on the type of asset.

Hence we need both of these to be able to sustain a proper future.
392  Economy / Economics / Re: The benefits of risk taking on: March 28, 2024, 04:19:41 PM
It is all about risk appetite, a term that denotes how much risk you can sustain without getting bankrupt, in layman terms.

If you are having a low risk appetite then crossing that you are putting yourself in harm. Like for example, a person who earns 100$ in a month should not gamble with 80$ on a casino or buy a shitcoin worth of 80$.

A step not taken is always a loss, but there needs to be subtlety regarding these statements.
393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does affilate programs work in casinos? on: March 28, 2024, 03:44:05 PM
If you become an affiliate you are affiliating yourself with the casino, promoting that casino at a commission. So the easiest method to explain this is the referral system of any casino out there. You refer a user who joins with your link and you will get some 5-10% of every wager they do. Manage to get 10-20 such active users in and you are actually getting 20*5% or 10*10% = 100% of the wager of one person.

But being able to draw such active crowds of downlines, you need to promoting the casino on a proper niche place. Most marketers use their own websites or blogs where they write some articles about the casinos and include their links there.

Others might make youtube videos about some tutorials and "huge-win-methods" and all that cringe stuff and add the link in the description. The method completely depends on your personal choice.
394  Economy / Gambling / Re: Buidling a New Crash Game with Community Experience on: March 28, 2024, 03:36:38 PM
I appreciate your enthusiasm but running a site like Bustabit or any other crash game needs a lot of dedication more like a full time job from your side. You are willing to slog on that then by all means go ahead with it using your current job if any as the method to fund this project.

If your game is fair, your team is responsive and level-headed with minimal restrictions to most countries you will manage to get a crowd good enough to fund your crash game for years. With the proper marketing on different platforms it will surely attract the gamblers.

I would definitely invest in it, like I am currently on Bustabit and was previously on now defunct MoneyPot, so do keep me posted.

396  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When Trading becomes Unfavourable on: March 27, 2024, 04:33:10 PM
When someone has mastered trading well of course they will be able to have a strategy that they use in trading to generate profits and if you have been able to make a profit from daily trading of course you have been able to understand well how to analyze the market correctly so that you can gain profit from the trades you make and of course you have good experience from every trade you make so you can get daily profits from trading.
I dont agree when someone says that they have a strategy to generate profits everyday or so, because that is a foolish thing to believe in. Trading being a speculative thing, depends on so many factors that are beyond our control, so your method might give profits in a short term scale but not everyday or even every week or month.

Trading will become unfavorable at times you just have to go through with it and often taking a break helps. You will see this more when day-trading instead of long term trading where things stabilize out a lot.
397  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You lose more when you over trade on: March 27, 2024, 04:29:06 PM
I got a complaint today from one of my old friend he was just telling me about how he is upset consigning bull run because he is not participating on it.
He planned a lot about this bull run that he is going to make much profit from his coin after set and done I advise him that OK you have to hold and wait for the bull run  time which is not too far from now he couldn’t listen and he continue making day to day Trading over trade every single day you go into market.
Well the all time high was hit and then correction happened after you made this post. But at this point the recovery towards the all time high is happening and bitcoin is at 68k USD and dropping, so definitely the bulls are trying to take over but they are being taken over by bears. So if you friend has coins to sell, this is also a good time to sell if they missed the all time high.

Quote
Lastly, he lost about 95% off his portfolio. he got upset and he thought that he’s not a good thing. I told him it’s just his experience. Yes overtrading is not really good sometimes.
I guess his portfolio was mostly altcoins? Because bitcoin did not drop by that much but altcoins sure did. As a member of this forum you should advice him that when the bear market happens, put 95% of his crypto-allocated money into bitcoin and then see how it goes.

👉 how do you view women gambling in your area:
Women shape their children and hence I am of the opinion that they should restrict their gambling habits if any once they start to get settled.

Quote
👉how do you view notorious gamblers:
Addicted gamblers need professional help. There is no glory in being that person.

Quote
👉how do you really feel when you lose money on gambling?  Do you feel bad or just lie to yourself that's it was for fun?
If I lose I do feel bad and that stops me from playing more. I rarely play anymore because I understood how the industry works a long time back. At present I only invest in casino bankrolls and that is a profitable investment in the long term.

Quote
👉how do you spend your gambling wins:
I dont as of now.

Quote
👉how do you feel when peopel ask you for money to gamble?, do you gamble with debt?  Or would you never indulge in such no matter how sure you are about the game ?
I dont lend and neither do I play on debt. I think that is a very risky thing to do.

Quote
👉Do you set rules or limits on how much you stake per week to control your addiction or you are disciplinedenough to know when to stop?
If I would play, then yes I would.

Quote
👉behind the mask of loving to gamble if you get rich would you still gamble or never again?
Never again is what I am following.
399  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ JacksClub.io ✨ Daily Contest with Amazing Prices | VIP Rewards | Free Faucet on: March 27, 2024, 04:18:19 PM
Managed to bag the 4th prize on Round 15, competition was tough on this one as predictions were very close to each other around the 70k mark as bitcoin is on its recovering bull run back towards its recent new all-time-high.

It is a fun event every week and I am sure every participant is enjoying it as much as I am.

Congratulations too all the winners of Round 15 and see you all on Round 16 and thanks to the owners of Jacksclub for the event.
400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upon the death of a bitcoin user. on: March 26, 2024, 04:06:44 PM
This is one part of bitcoin that is not similar to banks. In banks you can nominate a kin who will inherit in case of the former owners demise.

Hence for bitcoin we have to take the upper hand ourselves by entrusting our next of kin with the ability to access our coins and spend them as per the need. Possibly add in how to keep their secure too.
