This is quiet understandable... No US citizen and now no Chinese citizen can participate in ICOs. It should be the rule all over the ICO industry. If the project is worthy, investors will invest and not ordinary people who are easy to scam.
Interestingly, before this ICO mania, many altcoin projects managed to start and flourish without any upfront millions. DASH/Monero could start up without millions worth of ICO money, why can't the new token projects do the same? Maybe because they can't deliver anything apart of the shiny whitepaper?

This argument is not completely valid. You are right in the first part that people want masternodes, but the question is, why people want ChainCoin masternodes. Why not some other newer and updated blockchain with much better ROI.

I have many masternodes of several different altcoins. Why should I acquire more CHC and not others?

That would be advisable. I am not exactly sure why, but since I have done it, all my masternodes has connection straight away after restarting them. Apart of that, I haven't found any difference... But it won't hurt.

We should be more careful who we blame for 'stealing' DAS as a name. DA$ was first, and Truckman didn't do his research and went ahead with DAS as a lazy way to fork DASH. He needed to delete only 1 letter instead of inventing a better one.

Just to clarify the issue:

DA$ - Decentralized Anonymous State - http://dasgov.io/ is active since 24. June, 2015.
DAS - Decentralized and Secure - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1988059.0 - was announced on 27. June, 2017

DA$ is a shitcoin and a wired anarchistic idea, but it is 2 years older than Truckman invented DAS...

In my opinion, instead of accusing and blaming DA$ for making confusion, let's change the name of our DAS to something more original. DAS as a DASH fork doesn't sounds right.

This is only a speculation, but in my opinion is similar, the current SPR price is the combined price of HLM and SPR. I would think after the snapshot, SPR price will go downhill and HLM will start somewhere lower than the current SPR price.
Better to buy after the snapshot if you don't want to keep the SPR anyway.... However, there is a risk. HLM maybe won't be available on exchanges for a while and you won't be able to set up masternode in the beginning.

The wallet goes missing in the windows wallet 'my masternodes' tab is one of the issue we need to find a solution, it is a known issue.
Most of the time, it is only the status in the tab.

When you enter masternode list | grep "transactionID" does it say missing/enabled/expired?

1. What are you worried about in your wallet?

a, Windows wallet - Not sync properly, nodes are going missing or expiring daily on the 'my masternode' tab, not displaying the status of the masternodes correctly. This is the windows wallet's issue as the nodes are running fine on Linux VPS (not missing or expiring)..  As a comparison, I have a few ARC node too for 5 weeks... None of them ever was displayed as Missing or Expired.

b, Linux wallet - Correct and fix the binary files so it could be compiled straight away without checkpoint fix.

2, What kind of errors did you encounter?
The debug file size and it's increase is a problem. Few GB a day is not sustainable. 

3, What do you think needs to be changed and why?
a, The name need changing. First of all, the DAS is taken by other coin which started earlier than this DAS. Secondly, DAS as a DASH fork has a lazy people's fork feeling, definitely not destined to success.

b, A roadmap, plan for the future and much more regular updates about how we are doing.

c, a bigger development team and a marketing person.

This is very optimistic in my opinion.... The market price is not determined by the investors who are holding the XTZ... The price is determined by the buyers.
If XTZ won't show anything interesting or anything new or improved, the buyers won't be interested to pay anything extra and the ICO investors could be happy if they break even.. This is the same with most of the hyped ICOs such as BNT or BAT.

(fix the binary, and the windows wallet and most importantly sort out the name confusion and list the coin in Cryptopia at least). A few liners promises once every fortnight won't be enough.

Yes, you are... You still have time to buy SPR and wait for the snapshot. It will be announced when and how the snapshot will be done, so just buy some SPR and wait for the announcement. (useful if you sign up for the slack channel)

On an average, I receive 2-3 DAS a day per Masternode. Not every day, but sometimes twice a day.... So average is 2-3 DAS a day mich make the MasterNode as a 90% ROI annually.

The masternodes.pro statistics are false most of the time, and not only for DAS. It is false for Arctic and Chaincoin as well.

The DAS and DA$ are two different coins. It makes confusion as Truckman didn't do his research and choose a different name and he is not too active to make any change in the name. DA$ was earlier than DAS.

ConmarketCap : we have our DAS. DA$ is not present on the page
Blockfolio        : They mixed it up and displaying as same coins
Novaexchange : Our DAS is listed
Cryptopia        : Only DA$ is listed, it is a different coin!

We don't know yet.. We are still waiting for any kind of announcement in this issue, whether Bittrex is participating or not and when the snapshot will finally happen. If Bittrex participate, then it will be as simple as it was with Bitcoin Cash, but we don't know yet.

Unfortunately exist. I am deleting one a week at least on my nodes otherwise I would run out of space. You can find the debug file on the .das/ folder (Linux MN) Just looks for a file which is much bigger than anything else.

No, that isn't the same DAS. That is DA$ and it is causing confusion ever since it appeared.

On Nova, if you click on the Wallet -> Balances and untick the 'hide zero balances' if it is selected you will see all the coins.
Find the BTC and click the blue + button next to it.
On the new pop up window, click on 'generate new address' and deposit the BTC to that address

What kind of setup are you trying to set up?
Is it a hot MN/controlling wallet? Or only 1 wallet with coins as a hot node?
Do you set it up on a VPS or at home in your PC?
Do you have a static IP from your internet provider? (not the internal one starting with 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x, not even 172.16.x.x - 172.32.x.x)

If you are trying to set up a hot node on a VPS, you need to edit the das.conf, but not the masternode.conf.

Just put the following in the das.conf.

No. The snapshot date will be announced and everyone will have time to prepare for it. First we need to find out if Bittrex participate or not, them the dev team will decide when the snapshot will be taken.

No need to rush. When Vivo will be listed, you can buy as much as you can and set up several nodes. Doesn't really matter the income from the nodes will be lower, as the lower initial investment will compensate you (basically you won't lose when the price fall after the introduction to the exchange).

Not yet... We are still waiting for the announcement which is promised for this week. Now it is Wednesday, so a few more days and we will know what is happening in the background. But to be honest it doesn't really matter if Bittrex is participating or not in the swap process. We can do it without them as well, just keep your SPR in your own wallet in that case.
