381  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake scammed me $40,000 AVOID AT ALL COST on: March 19, 2022, 12:14:09 PM
the screenshot I uploaded even the support said themselves I am not obligated to KYC
Have you read the full message of their support? It is true that you aren't obligated to complete the KYC verification. But they have also mentioned that the restrictions will stay active on your account and you won't be able to withdraw your funds if you don't go through the verification process.

No way to go but do a KYC you cannot hire someone to do a KYC for you because your issue has been exposed it's now settled that they are not trying to scam you but it's your action that caused you to lose your $40k you have to request the support to just refund you, you are now on their mercy if they will grant your request.
We have so many posts, discussions, and advice here of violating the rules and not taking into consideration the TOS and this is one costly mistake for not reading and understanding the rules.
382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any way stop receiving BSC airdrop tokens? on: March 19, 2022, 08:59:29 AM
Hello friends

please is there any possible way to stop receiving some BSC based token after performing a transaction or initiating swap.
i recently noticed that each time i perform any of these i m being sent some free token to my wallet and i began to wonder how come about those free coin and it can not be converted for any reasons, usually with high values and fake volume.

i m sure you understand what i meant as many of us here uses BSC for transactions and to receive payments, any solution Undecided?

I don't think there's any solution to that, these developers have found a way to trace this wallet with the large or continuous transactions and they've sent these airdrops in the hope that it will generate interest and check these airdrops, and since these airdrops are associated to websites complete with roadmap and features but they are actually scamming sites and they will tempt you to buy more of these airdrop tokens on their webpage, so better ignore these airdrops or use another one any way they will only show on explorer but not on your wallet unless you add their contract address.
383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos invest on endorsement from celebrities on: March 19, 2022, 07:16:40 AM
I think every casino does not have to follow the path of promotion carried out by other casinos because the capabilities of each casino will not be the same. Hiring a celebrity might help the gambling site gain popularity with fans but not all celebrities know what they promote. Many celebrities misinterpret what they are promoting so it is not right on target. Besides, hiring celebrities is also very expensive and I don't think all casinos can afford it.

Of course, a casino should hire a celebrity who is very much involved in gambling and betting, like Drake who is now in partnership with Stake, the worse thing that a casino can do is to hire a celebrity who is not into betting and have no knowledge about gambling since online casinos are can reach many countries they should hire someone who is popular worldwide for easy recognition from the players.
384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should Casinos invest on endorsement from celebrities on: March 19, 2022, 04:24:46 AM
Every casino when they are launching their casino has this in their plan but you have to spend thousands of dollars before getting endorsed I have seen our local casino getting endorsed by celebrities that's because here in our country some celebrities accept even a small amount for endorsement but it is only for a limited amount of time, a casino has come along way if they get endorsed by celebrities, that is why Stake is on the top of the industry.
385  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Crash in The Next 2 Weeks? on: March 18, 2022, 02:28:42 PM

Biden could definitely cause the price to go down. He doesn't have the power to make it go away, nobody has that power, not even Satoshi has that power, satoshi could come up together and say that his bitcoin idea was bad and should be stopped and it is a shitty one, and people will ignore even him after a while.

What these type of things cause is just drop the price for a while, have a bear market, and then eventually but slowly go up once again. That is why these are all "short term bad news" and nothing more, you need to end up getting better at realizing that the long term trajectory of bitcoin is always up, no matter who does whatever.

Presidents, personalities, and influencers will come and go but Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency will continue to exist and evolve there's no stopping its progress and adoption we have passed uncertainties after more than a decade and so many predictions about Bitcoin's demise I don't think people will pay anymore attention whoever talk negative about Bitcoin, so Biden cannot make  Cryptocurrency to go away, he will be out in the presidency and Bitcoin will still be here.
386  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice! on: March 18, 2022, 09:04:07 AM
You will only get a bias decision here for the majority of user that will gonna vote because they will obviously choose the Casino that they are promoting are using the most. If this poll criteria is just its popularity then we will have no problem here on bias votes campaign participants like me.

Please add duelbits in the choices since its the best casino for me so far because of there rewards. Just like my note above, my vote is surely bias since Duelbits is the only Casino I’m playing the most.
Actually i Voted for others because I am not playing in single site instead there are multiple casino that i love to join but the problem is that those are not on the list . so I rather not choose one if i cannot choose everyone of them.
I'm curious about the "Other" option on the list.
that stands for all the casino that does not on the list but we tended to play, meaning all the casino that bitcoiners plays and not in the list that is the Others.

Quote

Did @OP forget to put Duelbits on the list? Grin

Nope just like He intentionally not added many sites like Rollbit and Cryptogames.net in which some of my favorites .

So far the other option is leading and those others are those not on the list, if he intentionally did not add these popular casinos what are his intention or what are his reasons, and why 1XBIT is listed on his review site with a good rating is he not aware of the many accusations, for not listing the top casinos and marking a known scammer with a good rating in the poll his reputation is questionable, this thread will end up not about the consumer's choice but defending his choices.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming a Bounty Manager on: March 18, 2022, 01:24:51 AM
Hello, I have a few questions regarding bounty managers and becoming.

Are bounty managers still in high demand? Is it difficult to become a bounty manager now and is it worth it to try to become one? Is it true that only reputable bounty managers get paid in BTC, while others get paid in tokens they are managing for?

Thank you for your help.

Bounty managers now are not in demand anymore because project managers will likely hire established and reputable managers and we have a lot of good bounty managers now, your chance to become one is if you can offer a much lower rate and can prove that you are better and can offer something new to well-established managers, you should also consider that many projects now are scam and you might end up promoting scam projects.
388  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blockchain Casinos - Consumer's Choice! on: March 17, 2022, 10:26:35 PM

This year The Blockchain Casino Awards are back and we want to add a new section - YOUR choice as a user. This poll will help us understand what is the Consumer’s Choice when it comes to Blockchain Casinos.

OP is already five months on this forum but unfortunately, he is not aware of the existence of the casinos that have the support of the majority here some old and popular casinos are not here also, very noticeable are Duelbits and Cryptogames, if he is aware then why they are not included in the list, what are the criteria they laid out for others to be left out.

3.This forum isn't the right place to do such voting contests, since most of the forum members are participating in signature campaigns, which are run by crypto casinos,so most of the forum members will have biased opinions.
4.Maybe you should ask people, who have tried those casinos before.I'm sure that many people, who don't have accounts in the casinos would probably vote.

If you really plan to launch such voting contest, perhaps the best place to do this is your own website.

I agree that this is not the best place to get the best results, he can post the link of the poll on his website, the problem is when you are giving a consumer's choice is do the right number of consumers or players voted, since you are running a poll here we might as well call the poll Bitcointalk members choice award, how about those players who do not have an account here in Bitcointalk how will they vote or will they take the time to register and vote.
390  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOWCasino.com | WOW Crypto Casino Official Thread on: March 16, 2022, 11:11:11 AM

anyway the Pict edited is completely a trash as this can be recognized simply by looking at it.
They are busted this early they should hire professionals to do the editing, members here good when it comes to tracing yes I also noticed they edit their title they take down title number one because the truth is they do not deserve that title its a strategy that backfires but let's give them a benefit of a doubt and prove themselves that they mean good business here, but still play at your own risk here.
391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING]: RYAN GARCIA vs EMMANUEL TAGOE - April 9 on: March 15, 2022, 10:34:10 PM

Could be the next one, if ever Garcia can throw a succesful blow on Tagoe but what if the latter can withstand that blows? Still, I also definitely think that Tagoe still have those chance. Don't take it wrong because I'm rooting for Garcia on this fight, but I'm just saying that this unknown boxer might surprise us. You're right that experience alone cannot take on Garcia, but we already know what comes with experience and by looking his stats, Tagoe is not an easy one to deal with. Anyways, we'll see next month.

Just imagine Tagoe beat Garcia by knock out or decision that would be the biggest news in the boxing community for 2022 and Tagoe will become an instant celebrity just like Ugas when he beat Pacquiao, and that could be the end for Garcia's legacy because he has a history of depression and losing to someone like Tagoe could hit him very badly.
392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which are your favorite crypto launchpad projects and why? on: March 14, 2022, 02:33:57 AM
GM. I recently saw some friends that participated on a great launchpad , they made 30x and took some profit. Even tho I have been involved on some of these in the past, I wanted to know what is currently on your radar and why

My favorite is Trustpad you can make money from projects on their private sale provided that you are willing to do a KYC this is one of their requirement, some of the projects that are launching there are gaming and metaverse just picked the right project and you are sure to make a profit once it hit the market, what's good this launchpad is they only accept projects with good potential and some of these projects hit the market after the private sales.
Right now they have 31 up-and-coming projects and 84 just ended.
393  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LTC CASINO NOT paying winnings . 1496 Ltc to be paid on: March 13, 2022, 11:24:07 PM

this is strange, most of the posts he deleted are from 2020, maybe it was a case in which he didn't see hope anymore, as I don't know anything about the case so I can't comment on anything, but only about this recent case I'm waiting to hear from the side from LTC casino

There should be an explanation why he deleted these posts especially if his posts are all about accusations on one casino his deleted posts could be reference about his experience on that casino unless if those deleted posts are false allegations, his accusations against LTCCASINO seem legit, but he should post them in the right format.
394  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Drake became partners of the Stake Casino on: March 13, 2022, 10:57:22 PM
I think the real winner is Drake, because he effectively found a way to gamble for free. Stake are paying a lot of other streamers too and they must be getting a ton of money to be able to pay Drake and Watford in the Premier league.  Roll Eyes

He really is he is living a dream of any gambler gambling while getting paid but this is too risky he may become a compulsive gambler although all the signs are already there, it's a big concern to his loved ones if he cannot control his gambling habit he has no control when he already has money what more if he is partnered with a popular casino, he could be out of control.
395  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LTC CASINO NOT paying winnings . 1496 Ltc to be paid on: March 13, 2022, 10:05:05 PM
That's a lot of money and it's really a big concern if you cannot withdraw that amount, what I don't like is they are trying to find you at fault so they can deny your withdrawals they are delaying your withdrawals and to the point that accusing you that you could be using special software, you have a case here and if they cannot give a good explanation then it's time to tag this account and warn the community about this accusation.

Quote
They say they have reason to believe I was writing from uk but they weren't sure as that would have make any difference  if they promote  players to use vpn and anonymity.
They said that I could have used a bug or a special software to trick the system and lots slandering assumptions.
396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling in METAVERSE on: March 13, 2022, 09:52:30 PM
But my intensity is about gambling in the metaverse. Did you think about it? What are your thoughts on gambling in the metaverse world, where you and a friend are playing at a table, but it's online, and you're sitting next to each other, but you're from different countries? Isn't it sound cool? Well, it felt cool to me. I don't know if this type of site exists or not, but in the future there will definitely be a gambling world in the metaverse. And I really want to experience that. I hope that technology comes soon.

Nothing really different if you asked me. Gambling is gambling and gamblers will always have the same approach about it regardless of what trend it is. I'm not even considering Metaverse gambling is a game-changer. It's still a usual gambling.

Maybe it's a new look on some gambling games like RPG related games games but not on the whole gambling in general. No matter what's the technology behind it or something uniqueness, it's still gambling after all where you will risks money either to win or lose.

But if you really want to be entertained it will give you the real meaning of entertainment, it will be a new concept if you are playing to have some fun it will be a new and awesome experience but if you want to concentrate on your game so you can win some bucks then traditional online casinos are for you but at least in metaverse gambling, we have options to choose what we like based on our preference.
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from crypto influencers on: March 13, 2022, 03:39:56 PM
Crypto influencers are actually manipulators or part of the team that manipulates the market they are whales or signal teams whose goal is to make money out of little investors, you are sure to lose if you take their advice blindly without doing research, I was blinded by these influencers into investing Meme coin, after investing I lose 50% of my investment on that meme coin.
398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi network on: March 13, 2022, 03:28:48 PM
On their homepage, they claim to be decentralized

Quote
Secure, Immutable, non-counterfeitable and interoperable digital money.
but they are lying I remember they are asking people to do KYC by uploading their documents like passports, these people claim to be professional but they are exploiting their miners, better stop promoting this project and take it out in your phone if it is installed.
399  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | Instant BTC,ETH & LTC withdraws | VIP | on: March 13, 2022, 02:55:24 PM
My perspective is a little different than yours. Although we know that luck doesn't involve skills and all the bets are independent of each other.
But we must also acknowledge that with every losing bet the probability of the next bet to be a winning bet increases.
That's what I think.
You are contradicting yourself here. You agree with the fact that all bets are independent of each other, but you are also saying that all bets are dependent on each other due to rise in win probability with each subsequent bet.

This is one of the primary reasons why so many gamblers chase losses using Martingale etc since they think that the chances of recovering their losses rises with each subsequent bet.

I guess you are right. But what are your thoughts about Martingale ?
We double the amount with every subsequent bet in the hope that we will win the next bet.
The longest losing sequence that I have seen is around 23 bets.

That one is very long, you need a huge amount of money as a bankroll to absorb that loss, martingale is very attractive to use but its application will lead you to lose your bankroll it's ok to use martingale but you should manually change your setting from time to time, rollover to roll under and so on, and it's better to bet manually when using martingale.

400  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DUELBITS.COM STOLE 545$ FROM ME PROOF on: March 13, 2022, 01:53:56 PM
Those who supported Duelbits should tag this account for maliciously creating false accusations, he can't get over with his losses, casinos always remind their players to always play responsibly and follow the rules to safeguard their account, this user is not only not following the rules but he is not playing responsibly too, whatever casino he plays they will do the same thing if you are not following their rules.
