How can you tell whether a coin has hallmarks of pumps and dumps?
Take a look at the chart in the picture. Big pump and then dump all the way down. It will moon. |

I'm thinking of selling 50% of my alts to enter BTC before August 1st, in case it shoots up, and if it doesn't shoot up, then alts will dip anyhow and I can buy back cheaper....am I right or is that stupid?
That depends on how much of your portfolio is composed of alts and how much is accounted by BTC. If your portfolio is like 80% alt and 20% BTC, then there will be no harm in converting half of your alts to Bitcoin. On the other hand, if 80% of your portfolio is composed of BTC, then it may be better for you to hold on to your altcoins. I'm currently on about 90% Alts and 10% BTC. I might make it 50/50 before the day of reckoning and then see what happens. |

Why the price keep on dumping to lows? Is it because their exchange delisted some coins?
At the moment it has a low market cap, low price and a low inflationary coin supply. So why isnt this coin be pumped to up to $5 or so?
How long should this coin be held given the above circumstances?
Considering how other pointless coins with little to show have pumped, it's amazing that this one is still low. A hidden gem in my opinion. Yes they have had issues with site layout and the project's objectives haven't been met on time in the last few months, yet improvements are being made slowly but surely and this will take off without a shadow of a doubt. Don't forget that the ledger wallet hardware is supporting POSW soon, they will be shipping custom POSW units in August. $2 easily, forget $5 that might be a stretch (although the circulating supply is 40,000,000 so maybe it is possible with the right hype). When will the ledger nano s support posw? If i email the hardware company ledger to check whether posw is supported next month they will reply back and confirm yes? Yes. |

You shouldn't be investing based solely on total supply and how cheap you can get them. The tech must matter and be relevant, with a potential future use case.

A solid $2 dollars soon... and if Polo listing happen, a solid $5 dollar  You were right on $2, so probably you are right on the other prediction too. But so far SHIFT is listed on only two markets. Hopefully Polo will list it soon because it looks like a promissing project especially if the Phantom app will be released. Yeah, I said polo just because, but really Shift have all the guns behind pocket, they will start to show them one by one and then the action will start for real. I am starting to see $5 without polo  hahahahaha but not hype here there are no indicators of pump&dump so all is good so far If you see $5 without Polo, then how much with Polo? |
