I don't really see a bottom.
If MtGox goes offline again (for any time long) or even if Bitstamp shuts down after BTC24 shuting down or any other major bitcoin FUD I can definitely see a floor of ~$30.00 being hit hard. What's your basis for that assumption? Besides managing to use major, or even and FUD in the same sentence?

No... http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2013-04-11/winklevoss-twins-revealed-owning-1-all-bitcoinsThe brothers began dabbling in bitcoin last summer when the dollar value of a single coin was still in the single digits. In addition to the purchase of bitcoins, they also say they have invested in a bitcoin-related company, but declined to disclose which one. The currency itself exists as a string of letters and numbers. In order to keep their holdings secure from hackers, they have taken those codes off networked computers and saved them on small flash drives. They said they have put the drives in safe deposit boxes at banks in three different cities. It's all the usual bullshit, hear say. I wouldn't take anything serious posted by a cargo cult shaman.

Sorry dude, that's the correct scale. And btw Im all fiat now but I do see a bullish trend for the long term. $30 is the new $2 now. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fs23.postimg.org%2F4r3tqixuz%2FUntitled.png&t=663&c=k2NvJ_ETUcclPQ) I did make the same thing back in 11 when I was a noob. Just make that line a bit more vertical and you've got it.

Still thinking that was wave3?
that bullish count is valid until 32 is taken ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) That doesn't necessarily make it the correct one.

We bears all sold above 200.
The word "all" doesn't really fit in to that sentence. Some sold at 5$, some at 13$, some at 30$ and some at 200+$. I think most of the sellers hope sell in hope buy cheaper. One does not stop being a bear when selling before the top, just when selling after it. Selling too early and buying back is part of being a bear, just as selling at the top is. That's why it's still profitable. Bulls make money, bears make money, but not pigs, pigs just get slaughtered.

It is nearly impossible to buy. Mining is really the only way. I wanted to buy 50k worth, you cannot. The exchanges act like they are brokers also and none seem worthy of any trust whatsoever. Most do not accept wire transfers (WTF???) and many suggest you go buy a money order? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) ? What kind of legitimate business does that? Basically, I would rather send $50k to that Nigerian General's wife that keeps emailing me. What about Tradehill? They're supposed to be catering to the wealthy, having a $10,000 minimum deposit. They are catering to the truly wealthy and licensed financial institutions. By truly wealthy you have to have over $200k salary for at least two years. This is not their policy, they are trying to follow US trading rules for their setup. "They stand on their taped-together papier-mache mockup of Wall Street, waving cheap wallets and stock certificates written in crayon and charcoal, droning “buy low, sell high”, and they haven’t quite figured out why the world isn’t yet at their doorstep."

If it weren't all make believe, rpietila is full of shit and most of the things he posts about could be made up on the spot.
And he is a major cargo cult shaman here, just read his posts, he acts like this is wall street and people believe him. There are others, he is just the most annoying example.
Thanks for your opinion. We certainly wouldn't want anyone behaving professionally around here, would we? That's the point. It isn't behaving, it's acting like it is and using magical thinking till you believe it is. Role-playing. Why do you think he posts on a webforum? Just read it

All I see in the graphs above ^ is a spring coiling. Once released price will surge upwards. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) It's called plastic deformation under heat.
