3821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Agree To Publicize Your Journey From Being Chronic Gambler on: November 16, 2019, 03:46:12 PM
You are once a chronic gambler but with the help of a professional you are now totally cured, then a publisher offers you to publicize your journey from being a chronic gambler to a cured one, but of course, everything could be exposed like your habit experiences, your agony and even your personal life, will you agree to do this, of course the publisher will pay you for the story that you are going to provide.
Well, you can always use pseudo names and remain pseudonymous right? As far as I know, every such stories that are told, real names are never revealed. Even their locations and all private information are altered and some fillers are added so that no one can know who they are. I would agree if they allow me to remain pseudonymous. After all, you can make something out of your story  Wink.
3822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need your opinion about actual Crypto Casinos (and how future ones should be) on: November 16, 2019, 03:31:11 PM
Hello,

I would like to get your opinion about several questions related to online Bitcoin/Crypto casinos:

What are your favorite game(s) when playing on a Bitcoin casino? (slots, dice, blackjack, video poker, american or european roulette, bingo, keno, lotto...)
What is your favorite cryptocurrency for deposit?
What is your favorite cryptocurrency for withdraw?
What are(is) your favorite features on the casino website?
What about KYC?
Do you like refferal programs (I mean, do you use them?) and bonuses?
Anything else to say about casinos?
Extra question: Does the house edge has an impact on your registration?

I just ask these infos in order to get a feedback from players, in order to create a gambling website which fit to the users (even if my team and I know that there is a lot of concurrence in this sector).
Extra info: we still have some issues to find a nice name for it, all suggestions will be welcome Smiley

Edit1: All our games will be provably fair, and instant deposit/withdraw will be enabled for major cryptocurrencies (like BTC, ETH, LTC and Doge).
1. I enjoy playing dice, slots, roulette  and minesweeper.
2. Bitcoin.
3. Bitcoin mostly (and if someone deposits bitcoin he will have to withdraw bitcoin unless they have some sort of exchange over there right?).
4. Easy to use interface, chatbox and regular events.
5. Nope.
6. Yes, who wouldn't love referral programs?

All these features can be found at crypto-games.net which is why it is one of the best casino out there.
If you want to make a casino, you will have to try to make it unique and offer things the current well dominating casinos don't have.
3823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: mBit casino offers "no deposit" spins that require a deposit on: November 16, 2019, 03:11:19 PM
I keep getting these emails that offer no deposit spins, but they absolutely require a deposit. you shouldn't call something "no deposit" if it requires a deposit. that's like saying "free for only $9.99!"

https://imgur.com/a/0ZWslEC

thoughts?
The title was just a click bait. You can't call them a scammer because of that unfortunately. This kind of click baits are very unethical but you can't call them scammer because of this. If you read the email, it does say that you will need at least 10 VIP points to get that no deposit 100 free spin. So those who already had 10 points, the title stays true for them or else you have to make like 2 deposit to obtain 10 VIP status. Probably users can deposit and withdraw after claiming those points.
3824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you any new ideas to replace the KYC? on: November 16, 2019, 03:00:21 PM
The crypto market is decentralized, we live here as anonymous and free and we love it! But this KYC process is killing the anonymity of crypto! To invest in a good IEO you need to verify KYC, to do a good bounty project, you will have to go through KYC! But why? You guys are doing nothing with our KYC, then why you keep asking our identity? A selfie by holding my ID card, wtf! Did we ever ask you to verify your KYC when you launch a project/bounty?  Why you are not coming with another option where a freedom crypto member doesn't need to show his face?

Ok, guys, now my question to you, Have you any idea what can be good to replace the KYC method?
Who told you they are doing nothing with your KYC? Some sites asks for KYC in order to abide by the anti laundering laws or follow their government rules. Again, some project asks for KYC in order to prevent users from abusing their system. But sadly, most of the (scam) project collects user information and KYC in order to sell those data and make some extra money after scamming them.
Right now, there is no replacement for KYC sadly.
3825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why are you gambling? on: November 16, 2019, 02:36:53 PM
I run a small poll, on the topic of "Why you gamble," it goes without saying why you chose the option.
I would also like to know how old you started to gamble?

If you select an option(1,23,4,5,6), reply

1.Enjoying- How much money does it go to weekly?
2.I love- Do you also like alcohol, as you like gambling?
3.Hope for a win- How much did you earn in one day?
4.Fun- You play Ofline or online casino?
5.I'm addicted- Ever since you found out you are a betting addict, what is your problem, does your father, grandfather or anybody else gamble a lot?
6.Other- What is the option, explain us a little better?
Since you have option 1 which is enjoying, option 4 (fun) is kind of a redundant. I mean "i am enjoying" means "I am having fun". It is almost the same thing.
Anyways, I sometimes gamble just for fun. I enjoy gambling which brings up all the adrenalin rush making the (stressful) situation more fun. I remember open a lots of csgo crates not just for the knives or some good skins, I did it just because I enjoyed watching the out come.
I don't spend much on gambling, at least now. Just few bucks and that's it.
3826  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto Capital Do Not Pay on: November 15, 2019, 08:58:06 PM
I just wanted to warn people not to use Crypto Capital (cryptocapital.co). A lot of bitcoin exchanges use them as one of their payment processors (you can see all the names on the Crypto capital website). I am a member of one of the bigger bitcoin exchanges who use them and I had several swift payments made from my account to my bank account, using Crypto Capital swift transfer. They all went well, until the latest one. I withdrew a five figure sum - that was a month ago, and I am still waiting for payment. First they said it was delayed because their bank asked about the payment, then they said it was definitely sent on November 3. Then it did not arrive and they have been delaying ever since. Of course I am dealing with the support for the exchange. The latest thing from Crypto Capital was that they had had a delay on all payments and now they had all been sent. I waited, not arrived. The exchange support copy and pasted the reply to me. It was pigeon-english vague nonsense. The exchange has been asking for a trace on my funds and the 'swift message' because my receiving bank says if they get that they can do a trace from their end too. All Crypto Capital have done is delayed and delayed, not done a trace, not answered the exchange support's questions. It really is very fishy and now begins to feel like a scam or a warning that all is not well with this company. The reason I post this is to warn any of you not to choose Crypto Capital (panama based company) when withdrawing funds from any of the bitcoin exchanges. I have had a month of stress and it is not resolved yet. The reason I am not mentioning the exchange's name is because it is ongoing and they are still chasing Crypto Capital every day in a bid to try to recover my five-figure sum. Trust me, you will know them.
Good thing you are warning and making people aware of that payment gateway. If you post on the proper thread, it will reach more people. Gather all your proof and make a proper post at the scam accusation section. If the site has any announcement thread, official thread or someone representing them, then link it on the thread. Other users will put a negative trust on their profile.
Sad to hear what happened to you. Hope you manage to somehow recover what has happened to you.
3827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not invest based on the "telegram community" on: November 15, 2019, 08:53:44 PM
Obviously those are scam projects. They make people join those groups and then collect different information from them. They kick people from the groups who realize their plan or say something against them. Once they have gained enough peoples trust, they looks for investors (thoses they managed to fool) within that community and then runs away abandoning the community.
Again, they build those "telegram community" quite easily either through paying people to join the group or by adding bot. They fake the size of the community so that naive people thinks that the community is quite active. That is why it is always better to analyze any project before investing.
3828  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why people of today hates learning? on: November 15, 2019, 08:44:39 PM
Have any one try throwing these questions to people of nowadays? (who wants to learn?) the fact is many people don't want to learn, the moment you start trying to teach them one or two things you will see them walking away, lol but if you ask them if they want to earn money they will quickly give you their total attentions or even drag a nearby chair to sit and listen Cheesy Cheesy why are people like this? How will they EARN without LEARNING?  Cheesy this is still affecting many newbies coming into crypto space till date, how will them not get scammed? lol
Not everyone hates learning. I have seen people who are genuinely interested in gaining knowledge and information. Again, there are people who hates learning because "of the way they are taught". If a person learns from an article that explains everything in a very tedious, monotonous and in a boring tone (like "that" shitty college professor) , obviously they will lose their interest.
3829  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst! on: November 15, 2019, 08:25:58 PM
14 million  Shocked that is sooo huge.
They keep saying it but they won't listen, gambling is not for everyone, because many gamblers can't handle it addiction.
The only part where gambling addiction almost got me was when I used the money for an important stuff to gamble and I was prone to gambling everyday. I worked hard to recover the money but I can't be foolish enough to use millions for it. I'm glad I am free now.
Yeah, that is really weird. A person stealing money and the company does not even realize it. Like I mean all those annual auditing, journal and trial balance and they didn't see any anomaly? Looks like someone has been performing a shit job.
Just one time incident does mean you "almost" became an addict. You aren't "foolish" enough now, but trust me, when you become an addict you won't even realize what you are doing or using to gamble.
3830  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quick Noob Question about Traders on: November 15, 2019, 08:09:47 PM
I have 1.8 btc in total from two different trading sites. Its stored there. On somedays the websites work and is fully operational. hustrade.com and waxcoins.com

Does it have to do with server?

I know I might be answerings this question for myself, but it never hurts to ask.
Never heard of those two exchanges. You stored your coins over there? Don't! That is one of the biggest mistake you are making. No matter if it was some well known famous exchange, never store your coins over there. There is no guarantee that your coins will be safe! Move it somewhere safe before its too late. You still have time.
One of the reason why I tell people to not store coins in an exchange is because of those downtime. You might not get access to your coins when you need it most. Also read about all those exchanges getting hacked!
3831  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if there is a global economic crash? on: November 15, 2019, 04:55:45 PM
People keeps on saying that bitcoin will save a country from global economic crash. But how? Bitcoin has nothing to do with economy of a country. At least for now. The price of bitcoin is compared using fiat currency. Thus as economy falls, the price of bitcoin will also get hit quite hardly. If only people stopped measuring the value of bitcoin using a fiat currency. That maybe a whole new story. Let the crypto market determine the price of the goods in the market.
And, when the economy starts to crash, and when people realizes that, they will start investing on bitcoin making bitcoin more and more valuable.
3832  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that cryptos such as Bitcoin would be mainstream? on: November 15, 2019, 11:13:36 AM
I was just wondering if one day it would be possible for cryptos such as Bitcoin (BTC) OR Ethereum (ETC) to become mainstream one day for people to use for day to day transactions on a daily basis. Because I heard that the people in Zimbabwe with their economic difficulties use cryptocurrencies as a means of trade.

Would the world adopt cryptocurrency as a means of transaction, what do you guys think?

Crypto currencies? Highly likely. Bitcoin as one of them? Highly unlikely. Bitcoin has various drawbacks right now to be using it as a means of making day to day transaction. Imagine you are going to your work in the morning. On you way, you decided to grab a cup of coffee. You go over there pay using bitcoin and then you have to wait like more than 10 minutes for your transaction to be confirmed before receiving your coffee. Waiting for like more than 10 minutes for just a cup of coffee is quite unreasonable.
Though there are other altcoins that confirm within few minutes. Those are perfect for using it as a traditional currency.
3833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My research for spam coins/tokens on: November 15, 2019, 10:45:12 AM
Never ever have I heard of any of those coins you have mentioned. Those are some next level shit coins i presume. A very short list you have given. There are even more hundreds of such shitty scam coins. Most of the coins that are losing values are because they have no actual use or have been out of development for months.
It is better to make a list of well known good coins rather than making a list of coins that are not worthy.
3834  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of Bitcoin rise by the end of this year on current time? on: November 14, 2019, 10:37:50 PM
How much will it go up if it goes up?
If Bitcoin price will be down, how much will it goes down?

If you have a website that can predict the price of Bitcoin, please recommend it.
I know just one, "Longforecast"

And let me know how accurate the prediction is based on experience.

How accurate the predictions are? I would say the predictions are not accurate at all. They sometimes match just because of "luck". Trust me. The market is just totally unpredictable. No one knows when the price is going to go up or when it is going to crash. No one knows how much it is going to crash or how much it is going to sky rocket. Those predictions are based on previous price and future possibility avoiding all external factors and events. We all know how much the prices are affected by events that take place.
3835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Hong Kong protesters use Btc for anything? on: November 14, 2019, 10:28:06 PM
They seem quite a tech literate bunch, so I thought they might?
Like why? Why do you think bitcoin is going to help them? Yeah it might start helping them if the government starts confiscating their assets and money (which I doubt they will since it will spark more outcry) or freezing their funds. Bitcoin  might become really useful for them during that situation. Otherwise I don't see any way bitcoin helping them in the protest or giving them any advantage.
3836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you choose which altcoin will you buy? on: November 14, 2019, 07:48:07 PM
Not that picky. I just invest on those well known altcoins that are currently dominating the market. You know most of the altcoins are just clone of other coins. Those are the shit coins that gets pumped by the developers and then eventually dies. Go to coinmarketcap. Look for coins that are currently on the top and select altcoins that you think have some nice potential.
3837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how do you identify a transparent project team? on: November 14, 2019, 06:55:18 PM
Just finding a project with "transparent project team" does not guarantee you that the project won't scam. I have seen projects were the teams were completely public but then they ended up scamming people (not directly but in an indirect way where people couldn't blame or point out the team but they were at fault). Even teams like those can fail to deliver (probably on purpose) and waste all investors money.
3838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would it be possible to use Cryptocurrencies in China? on: November 14, 2019, 03:24:29 PM
Recently, I heard that China banned holding cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency transactions, so does that mean that having cryptocurrency in China would be a criminal offense? Moreover, why create such a ban in the first place?

Are you sure China actually banned usage and holding of crypto currencies? Should be all over the news if they actually did so. I just heard that they are making they own centralized crypto currencies. Regardless, you still will be able to use crypto currency. Crypto currency has no central authority. It is a decentralized currency thus, the government can't ban "bitcoin". All they can do is make the usage of crypto currency illegal. As long as you don't get caught (doing bank transaction), they can't do  anything.
3839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: November 13, 2019, 07:53:25 PM
Can you involve money for you to stop gambling or a gambler can really stop after he promises that if he wins this jackpot he will stop?
This is for the big-time gambler or those who gamble habitually or even those who have the urge to gamble when they have available money.

There is no limit of winnings that will make an addicted gambler to stop gambling. People need money. Once they have enough money, they will again want more money since no matter how much money someone has, they kinda still wants more. Again, if you do have lets say a shit loads of money, you will still gamble because you have lots of money and you can afford to lose it. You enjoy the adrenaline rush during the whole time of gambling!
The only way to stop gambling is to quit without any kind of excuses.
3840  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is not that good as currency? on: November 13, 2019, 07:48:56 PM
why Bitcoin will not be good as a currency?
because I think bitcoin users will be holding it rather than spending it.
It's the reality.
Not really. That is not the only case over here. Lets be honest over here. We all know that many of the crypto currencies out there are no way near perfect to be used as a regular form of currency to make transactions in our day to day life. There are still some flaws out there that needs to be fixed. Like, would you really be waiting for 10 mins for a confirmation of your transaction just to buy a cup of coffee?
