It may be fun to use when you're new to crypto, to test how it works or because you don't want to spend money to buy bitcoins yourself. But when Adsense stopped to allow faucet websites, faucet owners fucked everything as much as they could.
To me, it's a waste of time, and have no idea why people keep using it (other than the reasons I talked above) I'm sure I make more cents by shutting down my laptop (and save electricity) than clicking captchas online.

... bitcoinfees.earn.com over-estimates the fees, right now it suggests 44 satoshis/byte but if you check the Mempool size, which is not busy right now, you can surely use a ~20 satoshis/byte to get the TX in the next block. Several times in the day, 1 sat/byte is enough and it gets confirmed quickly

@dantee1 At first I wondered why so many people mentioned $100k. Then I understood why: it's because they did some statistics with the previous Halving. Anyway, it's statistically possible, but I'll see more at the $75k level. However, if it happens, it will happen after halving. Because the climb is always visible after. There's a lot of news that Bitcoin is totally immune to now. ET Trump is far from being an authority in this field, I wouldn't worry much as long he doesn't tweet anti-bitcoin like a freak. Facebook has revised its ambitions with Libra, they admit that it is too difficult for them considering the current legislation. I wouldn't be surprised if the project dies before to be finished. ...
ICOs are just garbages

The agents themselves are not able to answer on this subject 99.% of the time. They are not trained for this emerging niche. They often tell you "Come back later, we'll find out". Sometimes it's even the citizen who teaches the latest legislation to the tax agent. Generally speaking, you find better help on forums than the IRS. Paying a consultant is not really a long-term solution, because it would still have to be done on its own for the other years.

Is the @Bitcoin Twitter account not controlled by Roger Ver? It deleted all its "Bitcoin Cash is Bitcoin" tweets, and started retweeting pro-Bitcoin tweets.
Or is Roger Ver coming back to Bitcoin?
I am sure Roger Ver has definitely lost access to the @Bitcoin account. Only he can't admit it in public, otherwise, it would be accepting that he was controlling the account all this time. So he preferred to tell another story. Supposedly he knows the guy, blah, blah, blah... that's another lie from Roger. Either that or he sold the account knowing he couldn't do anything with it anymore. Glad he can't use it for his propaganda now ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) For those who missed the last news https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-twitter-handle-with-1-million-followers-renounces-bitcoin-cash![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FqcpEYzt.png&t=663&c=4EwWYLgBeRcTtQ)

It's surely not something very technically advanced currently, but in a while, we might very well see more powerful bots coming in, such as the bots banks use for HTF. In cryptos, we call it bots, in finance we call it an algorithm. And it can cost several million to develop. When we see how the cryptos market is being invaded by the finance industry, we shouldn't be surprised to see their method coming along with it. And I disagree, Robots can analyze human feeling very well, Microsoft Flow is an example for the mass public but there are much more developed

@countryfree I doubt any of both will correct their article to give clarification. The article is already forgotten for them.
They publish so many news per hours that they can't have all these supposed journalists. Most articles, especially about news, are published by VA from tier 3 countries (it's different when it's about technical topics). Coindesk and Cointelegraph receive so many emails with free contents, they publish some but don't verify. Free content matters more than the truth sometimes.
Unless, another article is published, with maybe the correction, they won't do anything.
As for what Poloniex did with the free FX fees, I call these trolling users who lost money in.

Since they're in the crypto space what about rewarding them with a Bitcoin Gift card by using a site like CryptoVoucher or another? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) It'll make them happier than an Amazon GC or a bank transfer. Money in their bank account sounds good but will they be ready to give you their personal code numbers & Names? With Amazon GC they may have a problem using it. Are they all from the same country? Because if you reward with GC for the site .com while they live in Japan for some, Italy for others, etc, they're going to have a hard time enjoying it.

@mitchr4
There is no regulation on how to use Bitcoin. And we don't need that. If someone thinks it needs then he can go back to the fiat system. I don't want to use cryptocurrencies to be patronized with what I do with. Mixing bitcoins and stealing a person's identity have nothing in common
@atjiat
HSBC is well-know bank to be used for illegal activities of all kind, what happened to it since all these years? Nothing, even better; if it was a country it would be the 5th richest. They can outlaw Bitcoin, then what? It doesn't stop people to do whatever they want (legal or not)

Hi,
I am looking for trading places/brokers, for Bitcoin or other currencies (or even other instruments), which give me a deposit bonus. So where can I find Bitcoin Trading 1st Deposit Bonus?
Thanks a lot in advance!
/Marcus
Avatrade up To $4000 https://www.avatrade.co.ukXtrade $25 https://www.xtrade.comFXTM up to $5k https://www.forextime.com/FXPrimus: deposit doubled https://www.fxprimus.com/enBut from the list, only Avatrade has cryptocurrencies so you will need to choose another instrument. Of course, do your own research before joining, and read the bonus conditions I honestly doubt you are going to find any exchange that has deposit bonus or any other 'real' bonuses for that matter, those are only common among crypto casinos, not exchanges. As far as I know, none of the top exchanges are offering it. If you find one, you should probably be careful as it will very likely have some sort of requirement.
He is referring to brokers like AvaTrade, Plus500, Etoro, and not crypto exchanges.

Analyses are just useful for the short term to me, a week or 2 at max. You cant' rely on for the long term, so many things can happen between. Longer than that it becomes a prediction. I can make a lot too (and tell you it's based on the Bible or Nostradamus prophecy).
The public figures bragging their predictions on social media do it for a purpose. "Look at me". They have 50% to be right 50% to be wrong. McAfee is an alcoholic, don't listen to, they're pathetic liers. Keiser, I'm not better than him it's something sure, but I wouldn't consider him a reliable person to follow.

@timerland is pointing how the coins are mixed but you reply about something else A huge wave of mixers came? Seriously? A few came but not a lot There is demand, someone may very well want to start a site, legitimately, but realize after a while that he does not have the ability to manage his service whatever the reason). That doesn't mean in any way that his primary reason was to scam people. Not sure too why do you talk about Bitmixer but yeah I believe it was a "money-making machine", but I don't remember about people losing funds there.

it's not allowed to change it.
Not from the user end directly but it is still possible. When users set up their profile they have this message displayed once finished If you see any errors below, please report this issue to our support team by visiting the support site and clicking Submit a Request. Try your luck if you really need these $150. If you explain your mistake and show your interest to be verified, I'm sure they will correct the name, especially if you will provide an ID card, etc, they will be more likely to do so

Wonder what the taxable amount will be though. NZ dollar value or asset value?
Assets value of course, but a problem I can smell in the future: - A government considers it as your regular income and considers asset value the day you got paid. That's fine. - If the taxpayer holds his bitcoins (for let's say 2 years and sell), I'm sure some will find a way to tax the worker on capital gains and not regular income. Which can make a huge difference. They're so greedy. For the worker, it can even become a nightmare when it will be time to send the Tax return, especially if he is already a Bitcoiner. Since we need to report anything, accounts, transactions number, date, assets, ref numbers, and so on.. Back to Crypto Income & Salary: It's the case for a Japan company, they do pay a percentage of the salaries in Bitcoin, but at the same time, they increased the salaries by the same percentage. So it's like getting a 10% bonus on your income paid in BTC. I would, of course, accept that, can't refuse free money There is also the case of Kraken paying a quarter of his employees in BTC https://twitter.com/krakenfx/status/1131631900517289984By the way, the employee who took 100% bitcoin in 2012 retired in 2013.

A little update on the list BitMaximum decided to remove the Clearnet link. It was using Cloudflare if I remember and when people pointed the weak point of using it, he was (somehow) telling people to not use the clearnet. Now the site is off, is that a way of admitting your mistake and trying to improve, or a way to say there is a more serious problem. B нacтoящий мoмeнт мы нe пoддepживaeм paбoтy в Clearnet. Пoжaлyйcтa, иcпoльзyйтe нaш cпeциaльный onion-aдpec в ceти TOR. At the moment we're not supporting Clearnet link. Please use our special onion-address in the TOR network All others are up and running

^Your reasoning failed the moment I saw your signature and this comment. In the end, it will make ChipMixer's reputation stronger and attract more people who are used to use BTC tumblers. Glad you admitted that being involved in such shady businesses helps promote their reputation. My speech would be the same even without my signature, even if it was a competitor site in my sig. But that wasn't about me, but about you. I tried to make it short so you get the point but you didn't. You also used Liberty Reserve, a payment processor owned by scammers that helped scammers to scam more. So as you see it's not because a website/service can be used to scam that every user is a scammer. The funny thing is if I invited you to the restaurant and offered you a handbag you wouldn't say no. Despite I paid with mixed coins ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) ![Kiss](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/kiss.gif) (Just teasing)

High exposure to trade wars is making investors afraid, not only in the US. They are completely in doubt and/or in panic for some. Did you notice how central banks and co. are trying to save funds through safe havens? It is not something new, it has been several months, but recently it has started to become more and more precise. I don't want to mean the Apocalypse is around but a recession is becoming more and more possible. Look the interest rate cuts worldwide, Treasuries' performance so bad, ect Why would any elected government confiscate gold from their legitimate owners, even if the country is struggling economically they cannot force their citizens to hand over their investment in gold. Some countries can and have their own law. The US tried before
