It's not 'totally random', but there is no schedule either. It has been announced the day before (we also had some that have been announced several days/a week before), so if you follow this thread, you'll know. For the hours, we usually don't tell when it's starting on that day, and how long it's going to last. |

you can block PMs from this page if that's what you're talking about. That's a solution when 1 newbie (without limits) is spamming 1 member. Now take 1 newbie spamming a PM to 100 members, or more.
