...cjmoles talks about pokerand you told him that he is a thief...
cjmoles said I am a thief and this is not related to poker! Or did he mean I steal chips while playing poker?

Really?  Why are you a thief?  Is that your trick?  You try to convince people that the casinos are going to rip them off and then you take their money for imaginary protection?  Can't you think of something honest to do with your life?
3822  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: March 06, 2017, 10:46:18 PM
Funny that you have said that claiming to have a legit license is a claim of a criminal offense.
No, I said false and misleading claim to have a license while not have one, is the criminal offense of fraud.

I just saw one of the casino's that you claim does not have one running an advertise that they in fact do and it is in big flashing letters on the screen!
Name of this casino? Screenshot of their advertisement?

Isn't bitcasino.io one that you are saying does not or have it just like this one is claiming to have in Montenegro or where ever they think it is a legal and legit license?
You can read everything I say about bitcasino.io here: SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io

I'll take a screen of it and post it on your thread to show everyone this and as proof of what I say is true.
Please do this, because I did not understand what you said.
3823  Local / 中文 (Chinese) / Re: Fun-casino - online Bitcoin and Funcoin casino. on: March 06, 2017, 10:19:24 PM
I just wanted to report that I've got my dividend profit as usual this month.

There was a mistake in the original profit distribution, but after pointing that out to the admin, it was corrected in the minimal time.

Overall I've never had a problem with them, profit has always arrived in time.

It's true that we don't have an idea how much profit casino is actually making and that we rely on the admin's conscience, moral and ethics, but that's how it is - take it or leave it.

The one thing I don't think is fair is that we cannot withdraw FUNC to our OL accounts, making the FUNC market fair and not monopolized by the owner, but... as one of my teacher said - 'Life is not ideal, do the best you can with the things you have'.

From the beginning of my business with them I withdrew 250 euros profit in BTC.

There you go, not everything is bad and black Smiley
So you invest in a scam and at the same time inform people how to make money? You are the worst marketer and your info is not worth 5 cents!

As long as winning players are not paid, there is no profit dividend! Your "profit dividend" is participation in a fraud (while I personally am 100% sure you did not receive anything and are from clown-casino)!
3824  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet BTC, LTC, sportsbook, livebet, casino, |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 06, 2017, 09:57:14 PM

I know all these Betconstruct White Label scammers inside out. I had accounts at almost every book that uses Betconstruct SW. There are few books that are legit. Most of them are scammers.

Actually, betconstruct’s platform is quite good. Yes, there are a lot of similar-looking clones, but each of them targets their own market. Moreover, there is an option to work on revshare plan only (no minimum monthly fee) with them. This makes point when you are entering small and highly competitive BTC market. With similar financial resources, chances to survive with betconstruct’s platform are much higher than for example with softswiss sportsbook platform (you have to pay for platform itself, which BTW is by far less advanced then betconstruct’s one, and you have to pay for extremely expensive betradar odds feed)

My prediction is that softswiss-powered bookies (betopen.co; powerbet.io; etc) will stay in business for one year at maximum. Betconstruct-powered websites can be successful in the long term, but the right management and clever marketing is a must for them.

As I mentioned previously, online gambling business is very difficult, and I wish all start-ups (including bitsport.bet) to be patient and professional enough to become successful in this niche.

Why do you wish the bitsport.bet scam success?
3825  Economy / Gambling / Re: fortunejack.com POSSIBLE EXIT SCAM on: March 06, 2017, 08:56:12 PM
This looks bad. I would stop playing there. Minimum of 0.1btc to withdraw. Nope and nope !
This game protect guy what is he on about ? Insurance ? So if I lose $100 because of a scam and I pay $5 a month for insurance then this means that you will pay me out $100 ?? Like insurance for a car ? Is it legit ? Have you paid people out before ? I think k ot is something worthwhile for bigger gamblers to take out.
Game Protect does not pay the damages. The damages are $ millions and we would be quickly broke!

We offer dispute resolution between you and the operators, private investigation, lawyer and court proceedings to enforce your money for your qualified account(s).

Your accounts qualify cost free if you register with any Qualify cost free site or donate after something happened.

To qualify cost free is worth for all gamblers, because it costs you nothing. Wink

No company name on your site + no license + a sublicense from someone not mentioned by name + bought Betconstruct software but saying its yours or open source + copy/pasted T&C's from other Betconstruct books + ridiculous high betting limits on small markets.

This site is pure scam, believe me guys.

I know all these Betconstruct White Label scammers inside out. I had accounts at almost every book that uses Betconstruct SW. There are few books that are legit. Most of them are scammers.

Bitsport is virtually meeting every criterion to get rated as full scam.

They will pay the first customers but surely already planned their exit in a few months, maybe 1 1/2 year or so.

Mark my words.

This is to officially warn everybody who is considering to wager at this site. Don't say nobody has warned you afterwards.

I believe you and I already put them yesterday to the Online gambling scams

No, they have even not a sub-license!
3827  Economy / Services / Re: Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much? on: March 05, 2017, 08:11:35 PM

I personally do not care about the negative "belief" feedbacks, but the attackers like to mention it. Cheesy
3828  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: March 05, 2017, 07:57:56 PM
I don't take a gambling license for online very seriously, from any country.  I take feedback from real users and from my network of people that use CB, more seriously.  But each their own.  I appreciate the link , though it shows everyone as being paid so it's been a 3 or 4 year scam of people being paid?  Anyway...

Yes, they have 2FA and e-mail confirmation for withdrawal.

I typically play at Nitrogen Sports, which normally has better lines and they pay out within the hour, but Cloud does offer me instant withdrawal up to around 3.5 xbt a day... I'm not sure how a scam book would have instant withdrawals?  I don't like the fact they are a Montenegro book , but besides canceling lines or canceling payouts for people with 50+ accounts, is there any real evidence of them stealing people's money?   I don't have a lot of respect for people who take shots at bad lines, they deserve to have the bets canceled.  (I've had hundreds of bets and none have been canceled)  They have paid out around 22 xbt to me in the last week or so.
To false and misleading claim they would have a license is the criminal offense of fraud = scam! Scam do not only rely on whether a site pays or pay not.

The advantage of a license is that the identity of the operator/management is known and if the licensor do not fulfill its obligations, then he might could be hold liable as well. So the advantage of a license is that you have identities of liable people.

vote for bitsler Cheesy. It has raining every day

Raining of penny.. hahaha. Betcoin is the best on giveaway. Their poker contest is amazing and offering huge amount of jackpot. But bitsler is best too.
You mean offering huge jackpots they do not pay, right?

Betcoin.ag extort 500 Bitcoins Jackpot winner for “settlement”

I prefer lower, but paid jackpots! Cheesy
3831  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | BEST NFL and EPL odds anywhere! on: March 04, 2017, 10:00:06 PM
Imagine someone would have been 50 BTC and you give them a response like that , sorry we can't pay your winnings because or website didn't update the odds properly.. Come on now.
It will be really unfortunate to see things like that happen but in my experience cloud bet is a good site and they will provide you the winnings in most cases instantly and the problem arises only when it is time for withdrawal as it might take some time to get the coins and if they could rectify that it will be one of the best sites.

Hello, i have one bet still showing as pending since hours. I played for over 2 and it ended with 2 goals so it should be refund but still showing as pending. Can you please check? Email: Robert834@hmamail.com Bet ID: 4328248.
You must contact their support for faster response.

I did but since there is no respond. Maybe they are active oh here these days.
Why did you continue to play there after your issue?
3832  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITCOIN SPORTS BETTING BOOK RANKINGS - 2017 UPDATED! on: March 04, 2017, 09:51:26 PM
The publicly proven betcoin.ag scam is #2? Based on what?

Do you know that it is a criminal offense to promote a publicly proven scam as an affiliate and receive money for it?

3833  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet Bitcoin and Litecoin sportsbook & casino |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 04, 2017, 09:44:58 PM
This is incorrect,

You do not need any documentation to withdraw or deposit. We do not take any withdraw fee. We have players that has deposit and withdraw easily, please notice these are the standard rules to gain a online and casino license. Regarding the network fee, simply  you will see if there is any fee on your "withdraw section" and there is no fee.

I am 100% correct. Have you ever read your terms and conditions?

You haven't shown your license, and just because it's the "standard" rules doesn't mean you have to use them.

PowerBet.io has stated that they won't ask for KYC unless it's a very large withdraw (or something like that), though they said that they may ask you for KYC in their terms. Roughly a week ago, they asked all their customers for KYC, and they couldn't complain/have a scam accusation against PowerBet because it was there.

Let's say a whale shows up and deposits 20 BTC. You can freely take off 1 BTC from that when the deposit, and 1 BTC if they withdraw 20 BTC, and they can't call scam.

You can read every terms and condition from licensed casino operaters we all follow the same standard rules. And there is no deposit or withdraw fee you can look up in your profile page. We do not require any documents for deposit or withdraw.

Thank you
Why do you use terms and conditions from licensed casinos while you have no license?

Why do you ask for any kind of identity and proof, while you yourself hide the operator?

Does this make any sense? One might consider your behaviour as schizophren!
3834  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet Bitcoin and Litecoin sportsbook & casino |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 03, 2017, 11:25:50 PM
Currently we work with a sub-lincense.
By whom?

As soon as we have aquired a license we will update the website.
In which jurisdiction do you apply for a master-license?
3835  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet Bitcoin and Litecoin sportsbook & casino |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 03, 2017, 11:12:08 PM
As we mentioned Before we follow the rules to operate a casino and sportsbook.
The rules of which jurisdiction do you follow? One rule to operate a casino and sportsbook is to have a license. Roll Eyes

- Game-protect

Thank you for your reply

We will update our License on the site as soon as it becomes available.
This means you have no license?
3836  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet Bitcoin and Litecoin sportsbook & casino |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 03, 2017, 10:33:22 PM
Your general terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between me and ?

Between you and Bitsport.

Thanks
In which jurisdiction is Bitsport incorporated?
3837  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsport.bet Bitcoin and Litecoin sportsbook & casino |100% First Deposit Bonus| on: March 03, 2017, 10:31:46 PM
are you going to stall my withdrawal with some hidden terms and conditions? Just trying to clear any misunderstanding from the get-go here.

Good point. I just took a look at their terms, and there some pretty shady stuff.

Quote
5.5. You authorise us to use any means/actions that we consider necessary to verify your identity and creditworthiness with any third party providers of information.

I'm guessing that everyone who takes it will be asked to do KYC, and probably need to give their credit report or something like that to withdraw. (what site asks for creditworthiness?) They might even ask for your credit card!

Quote
9.6. Your winnings from settled bets are credited to your account and may be withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policy and if required by us, upon provision of a valid proof of address, utility bill, valid proof of photographic such as id/passport and/or credit/debit card to our satisfaction.

Once you give them that stuff, and they run out of stuff to ask (since it can be any third party providers of information), and for some reason all of it caused them to be satisfied, they might say your bet is illegal

Quote
11.6. Bitsport reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a Bitsport account if it is determined by Bitsport in its sole discretion that such payout has been credited due to an error or any kind of illegal or misused bets.

Claim you are part of a syndicate

Quote
11.16. Hereby confirm that you are not part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of Bitsport.

or used a program (who doesn't use a program?) I use Firefox. I might go to your site, which could be counted as DoS attempt and therefore causing your account to be banned

Quote
3.7. You will not use any robot, device, spider, software, routine, program or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our services, any relevant device(s), software, the website, the sportsbook and betting information or any transactions offered on the website and in particular will not employ or make use of any artificial intelligence or other system(including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed

specifically to defeat the Bitsport system and will not collude or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud Bitsport or its customers.

Can't forget the multi-account rule, which can freeze your funds

Quote
5.10. Only one account per IP/household/customer is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended

or closed and any bitcoin, litecoin or other digital currency credited to your account frozen until further notice.

Maybe they will log in to your account by resetting your password through their backend, and steal your funds

Quote
6.3. You agree to keep your password confidential and you are responsible for any misuse of your password. Any losses suffered due to a third party using your account will be not

refunded by us and further you shall have full responsibility for any third party using your login details and shall us harmless in respect of any damage a raising.

BUT, lets say that none of that happens.

You'll be charged a 5% withdraw fee, and probably a 5% deposit fee that they "forgot" to apply.

Quote
5.8. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge up to 5% deposits and withdrawals to cover transactions cost within the network.

and finally get your funds.

UNLESS you spent over 12 months in verification, proving you aren't part of a syndicate, e.t.c.

Quote
5.9. We reserve the right to suspend player accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months. If your account has been suspended, please contact support@bitsport.bet for instructions on how to reactivate your account and further details.

Where you have to reactive your account. (and who knows what happens after that?)

These are simply the terms and condition as a online operator for Casino and Sportsbook. These are all required to follow to gain a sportsbook and casino license. If you play with us or any other casino.
We offer instant withdraw and deposit. If you have any complaint or delay with your funds please Contact our Livechat or at mail and we will solve your problem right away.

Thank you for your reply
Where is your license?

maybe you need to try the game on the site games.bitcoin.com, I just answered your question is actually very difficult for me to answer  Grin

That's an odd looking site.. Better to use some trusted sites rather than this one.
If you're going for big then try directbet or nitrogensports. And don't panic if you won't get confirmations of the transfers in 24-48 hours..  Grin
What specifically looks odd with this site?

The exitement of whether you will receive your balance/prize or not could be also a funny game! Cheesy

They cancelled H4ns bets worth 8 btc or something, can hardly call that resolved!

While SBR has been known to be favourably biased towards some of the top bookies on their list, I would say they are very fair overall, especially towards smaller bookies or the likes of 1x-bet.

Yea, you have right, I should write closed, not "resolved". And to be honest I'm also not happy about "lack of informations" in this situation.
However, from what I deduced the two parties found solution. H4ans probably know that can do nothing more, so case is closed. I must admit that I was once in a similar situation, but fortunately it was a smaller amount.

I hope that in the case of abtc it will look better.
If their operator is really 1XCorp N.V., he could sue them in Curacao. To enforce your rights thru legal channels is a basic right. Wink
