3841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If You Buy btc Today and cash out one year on: April 01, 2021, 01:11:34 AM
If You Buy Today and You dont touch it before one year but You also dont read the news of btc bans and fuds Smiley  then You Will be wealthy.
(....)
One year is not enough for me Wink. I have been holding Bitcoin for almost 3 years now and that is still a short period for me even I read the news about Bitcoin.
What is best for me is THINKING LONGTERM. Stacking Bitcoins anytime or using the dollar-cost averaging(DCA) method to buy Bitcoin is also the best method if you are planning to hold Bitcoin long-term.
To be honest, if I want to buy Bitcoin now and cash out for a year, it seems not fair to me since I am using my extra money to buy Bitcoin and if I don't need any funds after one year, there is no reason I will cashing out it at all.
3842  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Exchange rates - crypto to fiat on: April 01, 2021, 01:06:02 AM
Additionally, there are some mobile applications that are using different exchange rates or there are somewhere you can set by on your own, like this particular coin, where it should be based on exchange price (e.g. Binance price, FTX price, etc.)
And additional is the TRADING FEE where you sold your crypto for fiat, some exchanges got a very huge trading fee it can be sometimes pain in your wallet Cheesy
3843  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Everything you need to know about trading – the rest is up to you (blogpost) on: April 01, 2021, 01:01:16 AM
Most of the newbie traders common mistake is the Risk and Money Management.
They just trade and trade at first, they really not into risk management, that's why before anything else before you put a sell/buy order on an exchange, PLAN first, do risk management such as identify the target, stop loss, and entry price, risk: reward ratio.
Most of the newbies are ignoring that's why they ended up quitting in just after short period of time.
3844  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm wondering who trades with paid signals? on: April 01, 2021, 12:56:53 AM
I personally don't want to join the signal group, especially the paid ones...
before that, I had joined the trading signal group when I was a beginner but what I got was not profit but loss, as a result, I left the group and tried to trade on my own. self-trading is much more comfortable and less burdened.
There are a lot of haters of paid signals and some are also a fan of it.
I  have tried joining paid signals before (joined because of a bonus and just out of curiosity).
There are also a lot of paid signals out there, some are those who just give the BUY PRICE, TARGET PRICE, STOP PRICE without providing such technical analysis explanation or chart at all.
While some paid signal groups are also good for the source of learning for trading since they have pretty well explanation and chart analysis.
3845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is hotbit to binance possible? on: April 01, 2021, 12:53:01 AM
(.....)
Just make sure the address you are depositing to is Erc20.
Why ERC20? ERC20 is the standard protocol for tokens under the Ethereum network.
Ethereum address is a must, Ethereum is not an ERC20 token.
The best thing to do is go to the deposit page of Binance and select Ethereum and copy the address for being safe 100%.
3846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Tried futures trading for the first time on: April 01, 2021, 12:47:00 AM
Seems your stop-loss got hit OP?  Cheesy

Speaking of Futures trading, it is extremely risky, to be honest, I got still a lot of losses from futures trading.
There are a lot of people that trading futures are fools, liquidated everywhere because of high leverage.

That's why if you are trading futures, risk management is really a MUST.
3847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where does Grayscale store its Bitcoins? on: April 01, 2021, 12:42:16 AM
(....)
And I don't think it is our business to know such details. You will just get a head ache figuring out what are their addresses and you still come up empty handed.
(....)
OP seems to be a trader for sure. Identifying the move of Bitcoin could be considered an indicator for some price action of Bitcoin, especially when it is transferred to some exchange addresses, it could be able to sell anytime. On-chain analysis is what we called this, identifying the addresses of some entity and the move of Bitcoin (e.g. inflow/outflow on some exchanges).
3848  Economy / Exchanges / Re: If using bots does your crypto need to be on the platform? on: April 01, 2021, 12:37:40 AM
(....)
What if you want to use a bot to buy & sell? Does your crypto have to be on the exchange if using one?
Most of the bots are using centralized exchanges API (the bot is using your account on the exchanges) and before you can buy and sell, you really gonna fund your exchange account.
Speaking of Ledger, it is a hardware wallet where you can store your Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies offline and before you are able to send the fund of your hardware wallet, you gonna need the physical hardware wallet.
3849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Cotto vs Marquez - Exhibition match on: March 31, 2021, 01:18:51 AM

Here is a quick professional boxing record for these two great boxers.

This is something exciting since this is an exhibition match. Height and reach are both the same for these two, what I believe is Juan Manuel Marquez got the more advantage in the experience, more bouts, and I believe it will help him to favor the odds.

I am curious about having an exhibition match, are there still some sports bookies that will able to have this match or in some cryptocurrency gambling platforms?
3850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges With Lots of Scam Coins on: March 31, 2021, 01:11:19 AM
UNISWAP and PANCAKESWAP are decentralized exchanges, indeed there are much more scam coins that are listed there since it is easy to get your coins listed there.

Speaking of exchanges, it is difficult to compare centralized exchange to decentralized exchange in terms of having scam coins. But if we talk about scam coins with a centralized exchange, I believe that exchanges with very low trading volume and those random exchanges got the most scam coins listed.
3851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is better among Tezos, Algorand, and Near? on: March 29, 2021, 02:20:13 AM
If you are new to cryptocurrency, please be careful with altcoins, one of the biggest mistakes of a newbie in crypto are having too much attention to altcoins. I am just giving you a warning.

Can anyone recommend which one is better among Tezos, Algorand, and Near for long-term hold?
Btw, speaking with your concern, it seems you got a lot of good choices here.
This is my first time to saw NEAR, and I just recently researched it and found it this protocol is really developer-friendly.
NEAR protocol is still very early for me. But Tezos and Algorand are both extraordinary altcoins too, what if you will divide your funds and have an allocation on these altcoins?
3852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Efforts of holding wasted on: March 29, 2021, 02:14:24 AM
People be like
Don't always sell all the coins and tokens you own because they can rise in future but I've hold so many coins since 2018 and only very few gives me 50$ to 70$  Grin today, isn't this laughable??
(...)
I remember myself last 2018 too, which I am an extremely fan of shitcoins before, most of the altcoins I hold before were from 2017 Bullrun and I hold them for years, and most of them are being sold by the last quarter of 2018 - 2019.
There are some altcoins there that I could get more profits if I just hold them but most of them are shit and went to almost -90%.
3853  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bad week mojo lost on: March 29, 2021, 02:09:55 AM
However it all went down the toilet. One free telegram group I am in, which does have good signals, sent me a signal for a long on Wednesday evening I put on the trade and it hit target one, however kept it open with a TP at target 2. I was crossed at 20X which was the leverage I had been using for the last two weeks.
Well it all went to hell. We had the major dump and I lost it all.
(....)
That's why One of the Best Weapons in Trading is very important in trading.
Having stop loss is a very lifesaver for traders. Especially in the case of you OP, you already in profits but you still didn't manage to put any stoploss? Even what you did is moving your stop loss from your entry price or from the TP 1, so you already in profits no matter what.
Another thing is, over leveraging, this is one of the most problems of future traders. Seems the 20 cross leverage for me is very high.

How much money do retail investors have left to put into it?
This is difficult since it is still difficult the inflows of money to Bitcoin, like where it came from.
But I believe if you combined retail investors, they are huge.

Quote
How much money are institutional investors likely to put into it in the future?
Very large numbers speaking with the institution. Institutional investors are the biggest player for Bitcoin, they will be the one will drive the price of Bitcoin crazy on my own.

I read bitcoin miners sell almost 100% of their coins so there has to be an influx of new money from somewhere.
Yes, because for sure some miners are using their profits to pay their expenses on mining, (hardware, electricity, etc expenses). But this time, there are still a lot of willing to buy Bitcoins, so for me, miners selling their coins is okay at the moment.
3855  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reliable Telegram groups? on: March 29, 2021, 01:55:19 AM
Scammers are everywhere in Telegram, you can't avoid it even in some legit channels, since they will send you a PM and offer something.
You better join some trading community where traders have some conversation or sharing their own technical analysis charts:
Example are these kinds of channels, (Join at your own risk)

P.S. These channels are not giving signals, most of them are a community of traders where there is some various conversations regarding technical analysis.
3856  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to make money countertrading high leverage degenerate traders... on: March 28, 2021, 12:17:42 PM
So his reason for having live streaming while trading is for just attention?
Seems like he really got a lot of money for this. For sure the money he is trading is very small for him, this trader is probably extremely rich.
We all know that showing your stop loss online or trade position is very risky, but this trader is brave enough.
3857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Symbol (XYM)? on: March 28, 2021, 12:00:31 PM
Why they created a new altcoin instead of fixing their original project? This is kinda a fork from the Nem blockchain itself.
I am afraid this could be another altcoin that will just a pump and dump, or they will just make more money.
Well, just a conclusion, if they are really dedicated and achieve the goal, this could be a big thing.
3858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it smart to invest in Bitcoin? or in Ethereum? on: March 27, 2021, 01:24:39 AM
What I am thinking with NFT is extremely huge for Ethereum. The scenario will become likely the same with Decentralized Finance (DeFi) since it was started. The only difference is NFT started at the bull run while Decentralized Finance (DeFi), is the last bear run.
Especially once Ethereum will be scale, massive growth is expected with NFT for sure.
And speaking with Bitcoin - the KING.
3859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT are safeheaven on: March 26, 2021, 06:59:53 AM
(....)
you should be crazy to think stable coins are better than fiat USD!

The ethereum is safe . And USDT are on ethereum.
Proof me You are correct?
But most of these stablecoins especially USDT are backed with the USD dollar, or it is pegged 1USD: 1USDT.
If you will check their website, and you can check it here https://tether.to/why-use-tether/, "Store, send and receive 1-to-1 pegged digital currency across exchanges, platforms, and wallets."
You will mint USDT if you want to convert your USD, and the USDT will be now backed.
3860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is falling fast right now. At what point do you get out? on: March 25, 2021, 02:58:33 AM
To be honest, I am planning to HODL Ethereum in long term.
I bought some Ethereum when it was around $200 before, around last year. I have already taken profits partially when it was reach around $1,000+ before from the Ethereum I bought when it was $200.
With these recent dump, it is still ok, nothing to worry and panic.
