3841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TIPS FOR NEWBIE GAMBLERS ! on: February 11, 2020, 04:29:16 PM
just play casually, try to check withdrawal requirement before u join on some sites. It always KYC or rollover issue before withdrawing.
Some casinos have designed the rollover such that if you choose those bonuses you are almost certain that you lost your money, I will not accuse them but I feel that bitcasino have some of the most high wagering bonus where I remember once I opted for a bonus and it's nearly impossible to roll over those requirements because they count roll-over 100% on slots only other games have 10-20% roll over count which makes it even harder.

If it offers bonuses then just play it till achieving those withdrawals parameters.
Also make sure you read their terms because I was reading around and found out that a casino changed rules after user was able to get the rollover requirements done. Here it is - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5218218.0
3842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health 🤕symptoms on: February 11, 2020, 03:55:19 PM
Gambling won't affect your health unless you don't know how to control yourself.
Here you are wrong because most of the gamblers who fall in the problem gambling category are those who usually are drug addicted or have a serious drinking problem because when you are drunk you are not in your senses and make bets you don't intended to make.

Also I must say that the emotions you go through during gambling the highs and lows during the outcomes, affects you more than you think because we develop such a habit that we get upset too quickly and next moment we feel overjoyed which is a serious problem.

I know a gambler in real life and he has huge mood swings all because of gambling which often we call as - Bipolar Disorder.
3843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What p2p games will you play? on: February 11, 2020, 03:05:17 PM
There's a probability that these games will be incorporated with gambling in the future. That what I am looking forward to see in the next 5-10 years, because as technology get more advanced every year there's always a definite changes we experienced. However, our feelings will always matter along the way and we used to adopt it eventually.
Yes, it's possible and I remember some gambling website if I am not wrong it's called as decent.bet provides such features where you can bet on such games and play live. But being a complete newbie in such games I NEVER TRIED this website so please do your due diligence before you jump into betting there, I am just telling what I saw but I never tested it yet.

someday I will try to play in the P2P betting site if I can have more money to gamble because right now, my focus is on how I can collect more and more bitcoin or some altcoin before the price starts to increase.
Surely you are not a gambler then because yes saving bitcoins is a good idea but gambling is something else, you always feel like making more and more.
3844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's in the game, after all? on: February 11, 2020, 02:12:54 PM
Dice might not be the most entertaining game, however it can be the game that gives the most profits.
Yes because dice have the lowest betting limits so more strategies can be applied and easier to make more rolls and test your strategy and along with that most dice games have low house edge when compared to sports betting or casinos while talking of casinos, I hate SLOTS!

Apart from the profits, it is a game that it is understood easily by anyone.
Well, it is true but for gambler I guess whatever they bet on they usually have good knowledge about it, I mean someone who loves soccer will not bet on cricket and vice-versa
3845  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is 12K USD is the next target? on: February 11, 2020, 01:44:49 PM
We are down to 9K USD again today I think we should just target the price to be more stable on 10K USD up.
It is much more better that way than expecting it to reach 12k USD and then the next day it would also stumble down again.
A stable price would never give us profits. This isn't a centralized world where prices should remain stable. Most of the traders make profits by the high volatility nature by shorting and longing. This has been giving immense profits so I would never wish bitcoins to remain stable for few days.

The price is already downgrading which might also end up on $9600 which would be the exact entry point for me which would than rally up bitcoins to the next target. $12000 seems a next target and it is not really that challenging for bitcoins to reach that target. Crossing $10000 has made us think that there is nothing impossible for bitcoins and $12000 might even be reached within 1 day if we really had a hard pump.
3846  Economy / Speculation / Re: Monday is a good time to buy BTC? Is that proved one more time? on: February 11, 2020, 12:57:45 PM
Monday was a decline for BTC and to buy into that is something of a gamble to hope that by the end of week it will have turned around.   There is no rule its following that would make it bullish by any certainty.
Its better to wait for it to stabilize then buy into continuing weakness.   Its near to the weekly average now which I generally expect to mark the boundaries to price remaining positive or negative in short to medium term.  Also we have some channel that will mark off over the week whether it holds, if it fails then 8k could happen making a monday buy not the best as it was ignorant to larger factors.
I do not really think that days might affect the price of bitcoins. Monday's might show us some dump because people would prefer selling their coins after weekends to get into new coins but this is just a prediction. We might never know the actual reason why bitcoins keeps on dumping on Mondays. This week might be stable for bitcoins but at the end of this week we might experience some huge dump or pump.

We can't know what exactly it would be but preferably we are waiting for pump. The graphs are showing us some signs than in few coming days bitcoins might experience something huge. We all should expect that it is a pump and not a dump because in case of a dump, we might see bitcoins on average of $8000 again.
3847  Economy / Speculation / Re: One satoshi for $1 dollar will occur someday on: February 11, 2020, 08:29:26 AM
I doubt John Mcafee will ever to see this price happen or even people of this generation, the most that I can see of Bitcoin Price in my lifetime could be $200 k but it could happen 30 to 40  years from now.
On what basis, you are setting a target at $200k ? Just because of current ATH is $20k ? It means you just expect another 10x growth and then bitcoin will remain stable without growing in value? You must be 200% wrong by considering how much adoption potential remaining world wide and how much investments bitcoin may attract in coming years.

One million dollar per bitcoin might be possible in 2021 or within 2022. Similar what OP is dreaming may happen within this decade or at least by the beginning of next decade.
3848  Economy / Economics / Re: If you could invest your cryptocurrencies in the environment would you? on: February 10, 2020, 08:42:56 PM
The difference between a regular investor in the stock market or a forex market to an investor in the crypto market is the fact that this bitcoin world came from a position where people were dissatisfied with the way our world was ruled over by the pompous and presumptuous politicians who are sought to get themselves more money and power instead of doing what they are elected for which is helping the constituents that elected them there.

So, the investors in the crypto world would be more inclined to help the environment than an investor into stock market, however not by a large margin I assume, that assumption is wrong on my behalf since it is not dictated by facts nor data but at the same time nobody would wish to "invest" into a losing situation, rather "donate" to it if my presumption is correct.
3849  Economy / Economics / Re: Centralized exchanges have become the banks of the cryptocurrency world on: February 10, 2020, 08:09:38 PM
There is a huge community enrolled with cryptocurrencies which love being decentralized but yet are using centralized exchanges. That is only because the DEXs might not provide us with major benefits and also the volume on such exchanges is comparatively low as they also posses the risk of being hacked or any such kind of risk. We could make the dex a better place to trade if a mass volume of community moves towards the decentralized exchanges.

Centralized exchanges have been dominated the markets but we should try to remain decentralized if we are related with cryptos unless until cryptos are been accepted as a regulated mean of payment globally.
3850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Leave gambling, if it destroys you. on: February 10, 2020, 07:04:35 PM
There are addiction centers all around the world that helps these kinds of people, even though I am certain that OP wanted to be helpful and wanted to advice people to have a better life which on itself is an honorable effort, I would still say seeking a professional help is above all most important thing you can do as an addict.

If you seek professional help and can afford to get it, you will be capable of fighting with the demons inside you that hurts you and people around you. Education is also a quite important part of addiction, the very well educated people (not smart, nor wise, just educated) knows the potentials of what addiction could do which is why addiction is lesser in the well educated parts of the world compared to uneducated and ignorant parts of it.
I tend to disagree because most of the guys who fell in gambling addiction are under aged and their parents can only guide them to such centers and professional help but the problem is that their parents would never know their son (well, daughters don't gamble, do they?) is involved in such kind of activities. Threads like these don't help I agree but if every time such threads are opened and even 1 person is able to quit gambling, I believe the thread is worth it!

Even guys like Mayweather (the famous boxer) gambles, so I believe gambling and education have little connection.

i try my luck again and again but so far it has not worked out.
I will still be active and at some point it must be me Grin

have now checked my personal stats. I have already played 504 FREE ROLLS Shocked
only JACKPOT WINNINGS unfortunately shows 0.0 Tongue
That is why it is the gambling part of freebitcoin, you may win a big amount or you may end up with zero for a long time, its literally gambling. Of course the amount of things you can do with the free money that you are given is quite frankly very very important. After all you do not have to spend a single dime on this website to make all that insane amount of money if you get lucky.

However, if you do deposit and spend some, you also get huge chances in many different sort of games, and get added incentives as well which makes it so great.
3852  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game 🎲 $1,000 Daily Race💰7-day streak bonus🔥 on: February 10, 2020, 05:50:45 PM
There's no end for that until this will be taken action by the owner and hidden names are really intriguing since it's not necessary for real players to do that and I'm sure they use aliases on the platform that's why it's better to show names so that people will not think it's their own player or anything, transparency is a real thing since many people are looking for someones stats or earning to get inspired.
The team won't do anything about it and it makes sense that they won't

Why would anyone be seriously questioning that decision?

I didn't look into the thread for a while, and what I see now is the same old talk about hidden names in the wagering contest. But let me make a refreshing change. As it seems that other casinos are also hiding the players' names (if the players choose so, obviously) and quite a few of them have daily wagering contests as well, do people also question the legitimacy of bets and contest results in other threads over here? I'm curious as to what is actually driving these doubters, and whether they are indeed interested in finding out the names or they have something else in mind
I guess it became like a norm in the casino world, one website tried hidden thing and it worked and people gambled, so others assumed its just an option so they added it as well and now its basically everywhere.

I seriously don't mind it, as long as its an option and places just give the people that option, everyone has the right to pick that option and stay hidden, if they do not want to be known, than people here can't force them to open their identity to everyone, we do not have that right. This is a null topic if you ask me.
3853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PoW] Ergo - Welcome to Smart Money! on: February 10, 2020, 03:59:59 PM
It seems OP is announcing a new thing in wrong board. I believe this section is only for discussing about altcoins and not for introducing a new altcoin. Even this coin Ergo is already having ANN topic, the way OP presented here is not a right way to do a discussion as it fully sounds like an announcement which I believe strongly against this forum's rules.

I guess OP must be part of the Ergo team as they are having Ergo in their profile's web-page which is usually bounty hunters are do not have. OP must alter the content of their open-post like asking this community's opinion or something else which is definitely will not breach rules of this forum.
3854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: February 10, 2020, 03:22:27 PM
It is not really that far away from 23 dollars right now, so I do not see a reason why it should or should not be 23 dollars. As soon as Binance figures out a new way to promote their own currency, I am 100% certain that they will, we just have to wait for them to create another reason to buy BNB, even if that were to never happen until next burning, I can guarantee that the amount of BNB in the market being burned and leaving less of it behind will result with price going up once again.

Right now, the drop is caused by the IEO period getting less and less exciting which causes people to fund the new coins less and in result buy less BNB, if they could somehow promote the IEO system or find another system that causes people to buy BNB, the price will peak way above 23 dollars.
3855  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: February 10, 2020, 02:10:09 PM
There are different type of gamblers, I personally love to play on sportsbooks for example because it gives me a reason to watch the games as well, I do not understand them very well but whenever I get the chance to watch a game and root for a team that I normally have no attachment at all, I get the opportunity to have more fun out of a match.

Yet my wife for example LOVES slots, I don't really get why because it looks mundane and boring but she literally either plays for money or if not she plays those fake money iphone app slot games for nothing and can do that literally 10 hours without getting bored. So, there are different kind of gamblers and there is a whole market for slots, people just like it for a reason which we may never understand but can't deny they are out there.

I guess that's the same reason people bet on esports too, since they can actually bet on it and watch the games. I guess I understand that from a sportsbetting perspective, but maybe it's just that real people playing is better for me than real people clicking on things.

Anyway, slots also not my type but I get the thrill. You either win a little or nothing, or you just hit the huge jackpot. People've won it before and it's always there getting bigger so psychologically, exciting.
Slots are probably the biggest attraction in regular gambling, I don't know what is the most played on online gambling world or even what is the most gambled in crypto gambling world (maybe dice?) but in the real brick and mortar type of regular casinos, people gamble on slots the most, and by a big difference. The reason is you can literally put 100 dollars into a machine and play there for 10 hours and still get out with over 50 dollars while also getting free drinks and even maybe meals since you are gambling there (for most casinos).

On other games like blackjack and poker or anything else, you have to put up at least 5 bucks on every hand and that kinda means you will be finishing the 100 dollars in just couple hours at most, probably under just 1 hour.
3856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your gambling system? on: February 10, 2020, 08:15:31 AM
For me I don't plan any specific strategies mostly but when I do here is what I try to implement. Firstly let me make it clear, I don't use any automated betting or bots. So below is how my strategy goes :

1- I try to make bet on 66% win chance around 1% of my bankroll (for me bankroll is what I won't mind if I loose all of it)
2- Loss - Increase bet by 2 times (earlier if it was 0.0001 btc now the bet is 0.0003)
3- If win, reduce bet by 10%

Doesn't always work but I feel good going with this one.
3857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: February 10, 2020, 06:57:09 AM
Priorities,
This is the only thing that would make any of us stop from gambling,
Of course there are some who would turn back from their priorities just to have fun and continue their vices.
When we have our priorities we would focus on it and we would avoid any other things specially if we don't have extra funds.
While you have a valid point but it'snot that easy. Money for all of us has always been the highest priority no matter what we say or do, that's the fact and gambling is directly related to making money even if it's actually ending on losing side most of the time.

Setting priorities can be helpful though as you mentioned, like a student should always give higher priority and preference to studies but that's actually not working for most of us, as the bitcoin community consist a huge number of youth members we do know that its the youth that gets addicted much quicker than the aged ones.
3858  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading platform? on: February 09, 2020, 03:29:26 PM
There's also other things to consider when picking an exchange, such as whether you're looking to trade unleveraged or with leverage with derivatives on sites like Bitmex, Deribit or ByBit.
Maybe because I am not a frequent trader but I never heard any of these exchanges at all. I mean they might provide all the benefits you mentioned but are they safe enough? Apologies again if they are reputed exchanges but I never heard about them.

their is no KYC for limited trade people . Withdrawal is Upto 2 btc which is decent for small traders . Also safety wise considered to be a good exchange so far.
Agreed for the most part but I believe if anyone is serious about exchanges and trading they must verify their account because we have seen in case any sort of security breach occurs then its much easier to file your claim for your crypto if you are verified while if you are unverified and any casualty happen they will be at a higher risk than those who are verified.

I would like to say this place has been going strong while others have been having a bit of an issue lately on finding users. I guess that happens when you are a website that has been around for a long time and never scammed anyone and do marketing properly and give people money when they play and basically do everything right.

There bounds to be some technological problems time to time (which is seriously rare, like rarer than seeing a shooting star) but at the same time its what technology is, currently I still think it is in its infancy where we are bound to start living other planets one day, so in today's world websites do need maintenance sometimes and that is just fine. I hope bitvest will continue to be as awesome it is today as in the future.
3860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: February 09, 2020, 01:54:34 PM
Yes gambling makes people rich or having much money but at the same time it will be a source of fun when you know how to make friends with co-gamblers
Doesn't make sense to be honest because gambling never makes people rich first of all unless you are talking about casino owners because I cannot imagine anyone apart from casino stake holders earning from that casino/gambling website. Secondly you said we make friends in gambling, look let me tell you facts - Gamblers have the least number of friends in my honest view and those whom we call friends online in gambling are none but somehow we relate them with our profits.

not unless I find myself that I fall into addiction in gambling
I really hope you are not addicted but most of the people who are into addiction for gambling never realize that and only feel it once they have lost too much to be realistic.
