I am not sure you can state it as safe haven. For me, Bitcoin investment surely has risks, not so different than another usual investment. But what makes Bitcoin different? It is about the chance to get higher profits, and even it can be earned in a short time. By the way, for those people who know well how to get big profits from Bitcoin and understand the right way to invest in it, the risk in Bitcoin can be minimized.
