My Betcoin username is "OhNevermindMe". I believe my login name is the same. I also take offense to the allegation that I "abused" you. I addressed this in an email...which was ignored for 3 days (and that specific claim has now been ignored for over 5 days). I'll copy and paste what I said to support here: I played a game in a legit way, as was outlined by your website. I didn't cheat or shoot an angle, I wasn't dishonest in any way at all. It shouldn't be on the user to guess at the intentions of a promo, it should be spelled out (in my opinion). If the promo says "who has the highest win margin for a week", why would I guess that that means "and has also played 5 days"? It seems like the intention of the bonus is to get people to play -ev casino games...which I did! Also, why would a user assume the intentions of a "biggest win margin" bonus also had a volume component to it when the bonus right next to it is "biggest wins", which is 100% volume based? Edit: I'd just like to say, thank you for taking the time to look into this for me. I apologize that it has to be done in such a public manner but after nearly a week of no responses (or rude responses), I didn't know what else to do. We don't mind doing it in a public forum ever and we were not implying that you abused the system, we just stated that there was constant abuse, but now that we know your name, you helped point it out and we thank you for that. We actually really appreciate these posts in particular because it's typically never our standard services that generate complaints, it's only our promotions and bonuses that do where we are trying to give bitcoin away for playing with us! Is support very backlogged this week or something? I waited 3 days for a response to a problem that I was having, sent another email, got a reply to that email, replied back with concerns and have now been waiting for 2 days for an answer to that.

We always find it strange when someone complains about a support problem, yet says nothing about the problem. I explained it a couple of posts above. when they dont know what to do they just dont answer, i had that happen before lol whats the problem? Most of the problems we deal with are operator error which is easy to help people through when they want to be helped and thank you for noticing he didn't even mention a problem which is very common when there isn't a problem. Also have another quuestion, what time zone is the site based on? Need to know when to set the alarm for the freeroll tournament  I believe freeroll is 3:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. As for time zone currently is GMT -5. Need to check if GMT-4 if it is Eastern Day Light saving time when US when goes to DST on 3/8/15. It is so weird, I can go to the lobby on the tournaments, but not on the SnG'Is it because it's $? Isn't this BTC only? I am very confused, the SnG's with BTC buyin works fine to get to the lobby. I want to play double or nothing, but it's $ and I can not access it.  It stays up for 10 seconds or so then closes down, no lobby whatsoever. Have you tried this on another computer as well? mb are bitcoin. Please keep us informed. |
