3841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling on: February 26, 2020, 11:12:21 PM
What do you think, will Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling?
After seeing that you could have bought a new motorbike or buy an expensive watch on all your losses that you have computed.

I'm seeing another way around.

If gamblers will record all of their losses and realized that those amounts can now buy an expensive thing they want, it will just lead to more gambling activity to chase those losses since they regretted losing it. They will now have a target to get back those losses and will decide to stop once they achieved it although it's impossible as there is no way they can recover all their losses easily.

And I don't see the essence of computing all my losses. Instead, I will more be focused on improving my strategy to maintain winnings.
3842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 26, 2020, 10:47:27 PM
~
By the way, Steph Curry is expected to play on Sunday. He is surely missed by his followers. Hope no injuries for him this time.
I just read about this. I cannot blame him for wanting to play but the season is over for the Warriors and I prefer that he just rest and prepare for the next season to avoid further injuries. Kerr should just limit his minutes if the main reason to make Steph play is for fans entertainment.

Does NBA have a rule now against teams not letting their healthy players suit up for the game (i.e. load management)?

Once a player cleared from their injury and declared as already fit to play, they should have played no matter what. They are paid players so even they prefer to rest and that's a good strategy for a team, it won't happen. If that's allowed, I think every superstar will now rest whenever they want especially if their team already clinch their preferred spot on the playoffs. And I also think that Chase Arena needs a boost on ticket sales lol.

About the load management, yeah NBA isn't strict on that. By rules, healthy players should play but teams always came up with back-up excuses that's why they are getting away with it.

So what are your comment about lebron's recruiting some high caliber players to join his team and he repeatedly doing this wherever he landed?

Recruiting is different from team signing. LeBron is not a GM that even if he likes Michael Jordan to be a teammate, it will happen right away. If you are talking about Anthony Davis, it's his own decision to join LeBron and not just because the latter recruited him. Pelicans didn't find a way to support AD and it leads to that decision. And LeBron isn't the only one that recruits AD. Maybe not in news but it's impossible that no other players reached him when he announced he will leave the Pelicans unless he already shows a sign that he will join LeBron prior to the announcement.

Players do have their own will even they are being recruited by a certain player. If LeBron successfully landed some of his recruits (much better if you can give examples) then they want to play with LeBron. These players aren't forced.

Can we just move on with that common rant I always read from people that dislike LeBron? Don't get me wrong here as I'm not his fan.
3843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can writing how hard you worked for earning money restrict you from gambling? on: February 26, 2020, 09:22:57 PM
`snip`

Using sacrifice as a term is too much. 2hours of work for $20 is something that anyone can't have. You deal with it without complaint. You accept the work without complaint. If you are using that term always, then don't work. Why complaint.

On a bright note, it looks like listing your income on your diary is effective and that stays you away from doing gambling. Then just continue.

But for me, no need to do this in my case since the first place, I know why I do gambling. I know what will be the results. I also worked hard on the money I'm using on this. It's totally fine not to stop doing gambling as long as we really know what we are doing.
3844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 25, 2020, 11:52:21 PM
Others will leave but the original big 3 will stay, when Curry, Thompson, and Green plays together, they can beat any team in the NBA, warriors just needs to keep these 3, give them the best amount of salary and Warriors will once again a championship contender team as long as they are healthy.

I like your optimistic view about the future of the Warriors and each of their fans is surely just waiting for the comeback of the healthy Warriors.

But as the season progress, there are lots of teams that always improved year by year. Warriors will be facing a new environment on the NBA once they come back healthy and I see that their Big 3 isn't enough. They need to acquire another good role player which I'm sure they are already working on that.

By the way, Steph Curry is expected to play on Sunday. He is surely missed by his followers. Hope no injuries for him this time.
3845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign on: February 25, 2020, 11:29:16 PM
Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign or you are already a gambler and wants to be part of a gambling campaign, in my case I come to play gambling because I want to become a part of a gambling campaign, so far this is my 6th gambling campaign and I still continue gambling because I want to continuously involved in gambling campaign.

How about you?

Definitely not. I'm already a gambler even back when Bitcoin is not yet popular.

I currently not in a campaign related to gambling but there is no way I will just gamble because I wear a gambling signature. Gambling is already part of my activity so with the campaign or not, I will continue to gamble.

And if people are just posting here only in this section just to become a part of a future campaign related to gambling someday, I think it's not a good practice.
3846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: February 25, 2020, 11:06:36 PM
While ago it just hit me when i won more then usual that in the future if bitcoin goes parabolic, these wins in btc can be huge and i have to tell my banker where i got the money from and i guess i have to keep how much i spend it to make it for tax purposes too.

Don't know what's the regulation on your country about crypto but no need to be literally honest about where your funds came from when asked by your banker. In my knowledge, your gambling profits will go through a crypto exchange first before withdrawing it on your own bank. I'm sure banks there are already aware of crypto and if they see that your funds came from a legit exchange, it will not be questioned. Or if they asked about it, then just say you get it through trades or freelance works. We are already being taxed in crypto exchanges because of fees. The government will not ask for any taxes to our funds unless crypto there in your area is regulated as legal currency working like a fiat.

For listing my wins losses, I did this before but not because of tax purposes. I did it just to have a reference on myfinancial progress doing gambling.
3847  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: February 25, 2020, 10:32:31 PM

Same here. The transaction didn't go through. I wait 20 minutes thinking it's just a delay but still in process. Planning to send a query to their support after 2 hours but the amount was sent back to my wallet, a good thing although it gives me worries for a moment. Thinking the same error will happen again and I don't want to take chances as it already a hassle, every time I used Gcash for withdrawals, I now convert it instead to PHP first.

I never tried this again. Not a big deal to me after all but anyone here already tested if direct to BTC withdrawal is now smooth especially on Gcash?
3848  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crypto eSports betting on: February 25, 2020, 10:09:17 PM
I like how some crypto-gambling sites considered adding E-sports on their betting list. I thought back then that there is a low chance that crypto-gambling sites will consider adding it on their betting list since the industry is not that vast and popular. But today, it really evolves. Thanks to those developers and sponsors who put efforts to build the legacy of the E-sports industry.

While time passes by, expects that more crypto-gambling sites will add E-sports betting on their list.

And as you noticed, there are more sites now that can be used as a reference and guide for those who want to place a bet on this industry.
3849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: February 25, 2020, 09:41:43 PM
I am currently thinking of making an experiment on my own, I have friends who are willing to lend me money for whatever purpose I like.
For this purpose, I like to use the money that I will borrow as the bankroll in sports gambling.

Anyone here have tried this? What can you recommend?

I trust fully my gambling skill but will only use my own money for it. Getting a loan for the purpose of doing gambling is like increasing the risks of spending more in return. Professional gamblers even lose today and every day is not a winning day.

Since you want to experiment then up to you to push for it and see if that's effective.

Remember, it's more comfortable and no-pressure if you will risk your own funds compare to loan money that you need to be aggressive in getting winnings. With that mindset, it's difficult to focus on your strategy.
3850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or Casino gambling? on: February 25, 2020, 09:12:36 PM
I want to know what do you prefer between online gambling and casino gambling? Is it better for you to play online or land-based casino?

We can really say that playing and gambling online is less hassle compared to land-based casinos so I think it's not appropriate to compare them. They are different. There are people who prefer to play at land-based casinos since they are used to it.

And I think it's biased to have a comparison like that here in Gambling Discussion for an obvious reason that most people here are in crypto, always online, want to stay anonymous and others don't even have a social life and just facing their computer for a long time.

I never experienced doing gambling at physical casinos although I visited a few as being a companion but it doesn't mean I will not play there. Hopefully, someday.
3851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 20, 2020, 06:54:13 AM
Nets will have a good benefit once they deal with the 2 on the trading market.
As it goes longer it will also change their market value, if Nets aren't interested with the two, it would be stupid for the other team to get them if they can't help the team based on their expectation. Who would like Irving that can't complete a season and this season, he hasn't played much too, and Durant is still uncertain if he will be back to his old self since the injury was really serious.

Refer to my other post after that. I said that Nets might consider trading those 2 if they will continue to be injured. No teams will show interest to them? How sure you are? If Nets decided to trade them, lets say next season or two, for sure there are teams that will acquire them. Durant and Kyrie for low price? Why not? Didn't you know that Nets can work on buyout or waived these players.

Its just their first year with the Nets. Why so advanced? The main point here is the Nets decision to take the risks and someone said they will regret in the future which I think not. Thats why I said, Nets are already aware of the risks so they gambled for it without regret. If they are not ready for these why they signed Durant while on the bed with a serious injury, why they signed Kyrie even these guy was out the almost the whole season in his 1st year with the Celtics and not effective when he came back the 2nd year. Its a max contract and that contract value can't just be offered without consideration.

Anyway these are only IF. Like most NBA fans want to see, I hope Nets comeback next year in a full healthy lineup with Durant and Irving leading the team.
3852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 20, 2020, 03:37:27 AM
I'm not really expecting to Brooklyn Nets this season even with a healthy Kyrie.

We will just see the full power of the Nets next season once Durant comes back.

And with the competition in the East, even without Kyrie, I think they can manage to sit at 7 to 8th spot until the season ends.

A little too early to tell but nets might end up regretting this.

Nets already anticipate that and they already know the problem they will face about these 2. Both Irving and Durant, even with their injuries are still a big fish that other teams want to get. Nets will have a good benefit once they deal with the 2 on the trading market.

They are paying max contracts I dont think they paid those 2 just to trade them.  If they keep getting injured their trade value will be low because of their contracts and if they are playing well they wont want to trade them because that's why they signed them...to compete.  So trade value is not what they are looking for

Of course, they were signed to compete for the team lol. I'm not saying that the trade value is what the Nets up for. But if these 2 players will keep getting injured then no choice but to consider trading them before they reached the final year of the contract since both have player options. You have the point that their trade value might become low but that value will not decline overnight for the likes of Irving and Durant.

And the Nets offered max contracts without knowing the risks of getting these 2? They already know that so no regret on their part. They have a plan for that, if things go wrong, then consider doing a trade, but as much as possible, since they pay a max contract, they are hoping for the best. Like I said we can just see the full power of Nets once their superstars now finally team up on the floor.

Where can I find it?

I want to check some info on their slips.

And with lots of followers, why Blogabet site name seems not popular or is it only me that missed them?
3854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Illegal gambling in Asian football increased partly because of crypto? on: February 20, 2020, 02:50:06 AM
From the time of creation Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are blamed for money laundering.
We cannot say that it is not used for that, it is a real case. However, only the opponents are going to keep this as a feature of Bitcoin and neglect all the other positivities that stem from cryptos.

But that's not what the topic is all about.

The topic is pointing out that illegal gambling partly increased since everyone can gamble with cryptocurrencies and people will get away from the countries regulation and law about gambling.

They have a point as people can gamble even in a country where gambling is declared illegal with the use of crypto. These gamblers have the freedom to gamble whenever they want.

Why they cant post up illegal thing while using fiat? Huh

Read and understand fully the article mate lol.

3856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does Regulation really means? on: February 20, 2020, 01:36:30 AM
Don't just look at the bad side of regulations. Didn't you know that without these regulations, lots of scams and shit exchanges will be popped out everywhere? No big institutions nor companies will consider using BTC as a mode of payment if no regulations will be made.

If people got scammed on crypto by these exchanges or companies, where will they run? where will they complain? In the end, they will run into the government asking for help.

We will never experience the full decentralization while on our end, we want to convert our BTC into fiat. Why asked for decentralization if the main purpose of others is to convert BTC to fiat once the high price reached. Fiat was owned by the government.

Being regulated somehow protects us by these scam shit. We will only experience the full decentralization once there will be no fiat transactions and BTC will be the mode of payment anywhere; 1:1, no conversion, no fiat value, pure crypto transaction.
3857  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Placing coins in storage or setting stop losses? on: February 20, 2020, 01:11:38 AM
Common advice is to keep your currencies safe by placing them into storage. I feel this is risky considering coins have dumped to all time lows within short periods of time. The alternative would be to keep them on an exchange and set stop losses, however, this is also risky as exchanges or your account can be compromised. How do you manage these risks?

If you don't have any intention to sell your coins at some time, no need to put them on exchange. And even let's say you put them on the exchange, why set up a stop-loss if your purpose is just to hold. Your coins will still have the same quantity, bull or bear. The values of it are the only ones that will change).

It's not wrong to put your coins on the exchange so you won't be late when you want to sell it but to lessen the risks, choose only those reputable and big exchanges and you should know what's the risks. But only do this if you intend to sell your coins and will not wait for long.

But to lessen your worries that the exchange might turn into scam no matter how big it is (although it won't likely happen now), then just transfer your coins when you want to sell it. Transferring your coins from your own controlled storage to exchange or trading sites will not consume much time.
3858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: February 19, 2020, 11:43:16 PM
obviously it is mate, because just like what said in quote above Guiao is not just a Coach but also the decision maker so whatever he made is final and this scolding may be the cause of the said issue.

Decision-maker but not the one who will execute the final decision for the roster maneuvering. It's done in the right process and team management maybe asks Guiao if what else should be done on their roster. I think there is no way Guaio will just ask to remove Erram in the roster. They need to fix a hole. Maybe Erram is really not with the system.

And if a player can't handle Guiao then how they will face the most pressure experienced in the PBA which are being on a verge of elimination, to be in the knock-out game, and to be in the Finals.

In terms of salary I think he will enjoy a good salary as there's only a little competition in his position unlike in other positions, like Guards and forward position. Now, he will just have to focus on winning so aside from having a good salary, he will also have a great achievement if he can win a championship contributing to his current team now.

His salary is around average so no difference. TNT really needs a big man so he will be used much compare to NLEX. He just needs to show his best. And to my knowledge, TNT's approach to their player is much stricter compare to NLEX, even stricter than Guiao. Smiley

Refer here:

https://coins.ph/blog/bills-how-to-load-cignal-prepaid/

It's easy to follow don't worry. The instruction on how to use the E-PIN is at the bottom of the page.

It will now cut your around 1 hour travel time into 5 seconds lol. I can't imagine the hassle of loading Cignal E-pins in your area.
3860  Economy / Gambling / Re: Buy sport predictions with a 85% win rate! Tennis & Football on: February 19, 2020, 10:51:31 PM

People here want to see your averages. Post your record here on a daily basis so that people have a reference. Don't edit your posted prior picks but instead, update the result on the first main post. After that make your weekly stats.

You need a couple of months or more before you can prove your legitimacy here. 85% win rate is possible in the long-run but without an updated proof, no one will have an interest. Posting previous picks won't help as we don't know if that was your pick or made specifically to show positive results.

People here don't like to visit on Telegram. If only for proofs no need to go there. You can erase people's doubts here if you managed to achieve that 85% win rate and post your records here.
