You guys, and especially nimda, are really fucking dumb.

BMF owns (owned) 24 (i.e. 0.12%) of NYAN last week, and NYAN.B owns (owned) 6,600 CPA (~12%), which was around 15% of NYAN.B. That position was cut by over 50% this week. to less than 6%. This is nowhere near 50% and there's absolutely no reason why NYAN.B can't invest in CPA anyway.

CPA owns ~100% of Nyan does it not?
And your own fantasy NAV statements further show that ~50% of Nyan.A 'real value' consists of BMF (which itself owns a small share in NYAN) and judging by your last poll, you control close to 100% of BMF, possibly through CPA (which again makes up a good portion of Nyan.B).

I don't think we need any inside information to know that Chang Hum has been banned before. Just look at his language style.

Someone who registered 2 weeks ago would know this

IF nraz is indeed a sock for nckrazze, Id be concerned and interested about his relationship to vescudero.
nraz seemed a sock for him.
3844  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: September 30, 2012, 08:18:49 AM
Of course not but it's $599 now, and it will be $599 tomorrow. Maybe not next year, but next week? pretty bloody likely.

Hear! hear!
So why do you put its "real value" in DMCs nav sheet at $771?
Why do you put as "real value" for ABM a price that corresponds to its one and only non upgradable single being worth $4920 ?

Do you think before you post?

And while we are it,   why do you put OBSI.HRPT "real price" at 4x market price,   FZB.A's (Feedzbirds)  at twice the IPO and 10x market price, etc ,etc.

Im sure your letter to shareholders will explain all that too?
3845  Economy / Securities / Re: New GLBSE.com for FPGA mining investment - FPGAMINING on: September 29, 2012, 10:28:58 PM
P.S. 20hours ago someone bought ~170shares to the ask side again, price went up from 0.45 till 0.5. Does that look like a buyback?  Huh

No, it looks like usagi is buying with the sole intent to push up the price to keep the NAV of his BMF fund from collapsing:

Id say, take the opportunity with both hands.

Does this mean that CPA is technically insolvent?
(And is delaying the filing of insolvency)

Who knows, but I do see this:

3847  Economy / Goods / Re: New snack for BTC! D's Nuts! - Sweet and Salty nut mix on: September 29, 2012, 09:14:29 PM
Well, I gotta ask anyway; for one bag it cant be worth shipping to the EU, I can understand that. But what about a bulk purchase of say 25 bags or something? You see, this is just the kind of thing bitcoin needs more off, real trade of actual goods and services,  and Im a sucker for nuts Smiley.
3848  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: September 29, 2012, 08:53:56 PM
Lets see if Usagi even denies doing those trades before I provide further evidence.

Yes, but the screenshot was taken on the 28th.
That spreadsheet doesnt auto update the date, but the asset numbers are updated automatically through GLBSE API.

See also here for a snapshot on the 27th:

3851  Economy / Securities / Re: {Bakewell} Get an equitable stake in a transparent & growing mining company on: September 29, 2012, 08:05:21 PM
The "insurance" was a bad idea.

I know Ian did it in good faith and to inspire confidence, so I am not writing this as a stab against him, but think it through; any funds that are held by Usagi can not be used by Ian to grow Bakewell and will not produce any ROI, nor interest for  anyone (except possibly Usagi, should he manage not to squander them).

Therefore, its no different than when you as an investor would buy proportionally less shares, and keep the rest in your own wallet in "escrow". Why would you want usagi to do that for you? Because that is the only difference,  if they are in your own wallet, they are safe or you can chose to use them whenever you want. Now those coins are Usagi's, you wont have access to them until 2013 and my guess is you will never see them back.

Ian so far has been as open as he can be, he is fully verified at GLBSE and while Im not convinced of the profitability of mining,  I would trust him 10x more to take proper care of my investment than I would trust the GLBSE unverified and almost certainly scamming Usagi who has already proven that his CPA insurance will not honor its contracts when he feels like it (see BMF saga).

So, I would urge investors to vote for this motion; dont force Ian to throw your money away on a scam, and keep in mind that usagi has a non trivial position in BAKEWELL and you can guess how he will vote.
3852  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: September 29, 2012, 07:20:22 PM
(modified crosspost)

For those not following the FPGAMINING thread; a few days ago, conspirosphere.tk posted about it,  the issuer stopped honoring its contract, stopped dividend payments and it appears to be yet another blatant scam:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=112969.0

BMF has a substantial investment in FPGAMINING. Usagi posted in that thread, so he was aware. What does Usagi do?

28/09:
FPGAMINING   300
https://i.imgur.com/M7gWf.png

Now:
FPGAMINING   515
http://tsukino.ca/bmf/holdings-nav/

Yep, he buys 215 more shares, and pays top dollar for them. Note this quote in the OP 3 days ago:
now there are just bids for 2 bonds above 0.2202 BTC (from an IPO price of 1.0 BTC)

Now look:
https://glbse.com/asset/view/FPGAMINING

5 day trading volume is 231, so essentially Usagi is the only one buying.  and most likely the only one bidding.

And at what price does usagi value them for his NAV calculations?
0.7 BTC per share or almost twice GLBSE 5 day average, the average only he pushed this high.

So, does usagi know something about FPGAMINING that you dont, or is he just buying up distressed shares that he already owned to temporarily push up GLSBE prices to inflate his book value (and even then doubling that value in his books like he does with most things anyway)?
3853  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FPGAMINING scam ongoing on: September 29, 2012, 07:02:20 PM
Question: who bought 200+ more shares of FPGAMINING after this scam was made public?
Answer: Usagi for his BMF fund.

Bonus question: at what price does usagi value them for his NAV calculations?
Answer: 0.7 BTC per share or almost twice GLBSE 5 day average.

Translation:

Oops, they have my real address and they seem serious about legal action; please  dont bother me, instead go chase a phantom Russian who doesnt exist, or file against "Ziggy", my pseudonym which has 5 known invalid addresses and prepaid cell phone numbers. Here, I just bought one more prepaid sim card: 01754943268

Kind regards,

Dont fall for it.

As such, I don't understand this "short" thingy? All I saw here in the post was:

When you short an asset (or sell it short), you sell an asset that you do not own, but that you borrowed from someone else.

Assume you have a share in company X, and I think the market price for that share will drop, and you think it wont;  I could ask you to lend it to me for some time; we agree on minimum and maximum terms, I pay you a fee it, and then I can sell the share at the current high price, and some time later, I will buy it back (at a lower price hopefully) and return the share to you. Its simply a bet the price will fall. As the short seller, my potential profit is the difference between sell and buy price (minus your fees) and it can never be bigger than the asset value, ie when the price would drop to zero and I could buy it back for free.  My risk however, when unhedged is in theory unlimited, since the price of the asset could go arbitrarily high.

A put option works similarly, but its a contract between buyer and seller that doesnt necessarily involve a transfer of the asset. There is also a difference in risk and potential profits; the risk to the buyer of the put option (who bets on a price drop) is limited to the premium paid to the seller. If the buyer loses his bet, and the price does not drop below the strike price, his option becomes worthless, but thats it. His potential profit is limited to the difference between current price and the agreed strike price.

eck, I see deprived posted while I typed..
3857  Economy / Securities / Re: [CPA] [NYAN] [BMF] Aggressive Buyback Plan -- UPDATED Sept. 26th, 2012 on: September 29, 2012, 04:46:43 PM
So there are 8000 shares, that puts the nav at 0.19.

Stop lying and trolling and demonizing usagi. These are voting shares not dividend shares.

Probably. I guess they also have a negative NAV so that his books make sense.
3858  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: September 29, 2012, 04:36:56 PM
So f'in what? If I mark down the price every time I buy hardware eventually I will be selling shares for 1 or 2 satoshis. That's stupid.

If you buy a BFL single, eventually it will be worth only a few satoshi's per share, indeed. Did you intend to keep it on your books for listprice forever?

Now we are not even talking about depreciation here, if you put full list price in your books that would still be defensible, but thats not what you are doing; you are telling people to buy BMF at a certain price, because you claim it has assets that are worth that much (ie, NAV), and you "prove" that by valuing your (very very late) preorders some 30% more than what BFL claims, 100% more than what BFL sellers claim, and in the case of ABM, you claim its worth almost as much as its weight in pure gold. Now THAT is stupid. Or as you said "That is not how companies value assets".

At least not honest companies.

As for the rest of your rant, in half the time you wrote that, you could have answered the questions.  If you think I dont deserve an answer, then surely your shareholders do.

3859  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: September 29, 2012, 11:08:34 AM
None of the pertinent questions have been answered, not here not elsewhere.
Usagi instead of boasting your pointless poll, can you please address the actual issues?

- Why didnt CPA pay out BMF as its contractually obliged?
- Why are you still basing you BMF NAV guidance on lies
- WHy does your asset list still show DMC shares when you claimed you sold them all for 0.1 BTC
- Why does your bitcoin position remain largely unchanged even though you have been buying for at least many 100's of BTC of shares
- Where did the bitcoins come from to buy those shares, as they were not on the asset list for your funds.
- Where did you file your recent BTC loan?

And I will add one new:

- Will you agree to an independent audit to verify if you really own all the assets you claim to own? Among many other things, I would be interested in seeing if the funds entrusted to CPA for insurance are still safe.
