The domains I want are listed on GoDaddy Auctions, otherwise I would use Namecheap.

GoDaddy requires you to have a funding method (credit card) linked to your PayPal account to make payments for some reason.

BitSimple is pretty neat though, I might use it when I need PayPal $ for other stuff.

When implemented properly, provably fair is provably fair. Players are able to confirm that the game is fair.

An unfair game can be operating under the guise of a provably fair game, but players would not be able to prove that it's fair.
