3841  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many signatory campaign can a member sign up for on: March 23, 2016, 08:00:23 PM
Just the one per account as there is not much space really anyway to be able to cram two into the space even if the campaigns did allow that.

You can as the others have said have a separate avatar if the campaign permits, but for signatures just the one at a time.

you can get 3 campaign from your account ,
1. signature
2. avatar
3. twitter  Lips sealed

Yes,have been told about that but no one ever told me how I would do the twitter campaign. Could explain to me if you don mind and I will be more than happy
3842  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many signatory campaign can a member sign up for on: March 23, 2016, 07:55:48 PM
We are only required to have one and only signature that a member can actually sign up for. I also have the same question before when I was new because I am also not sure about this. For we are also allowed to join one signature campaign..

I know but  Could pls tell me how to signup and sign out a signature campaign cos I'm trying to do that but I end up not earning nought
You need to read the rules of the signature campaign! Choose yourself which suits you https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0  Everything is written, carefully read.

Have read that before and I cross check it again and I still can't find anything which explain how to quit a campaign so as to go for another... Where the legend and the snr at could help out?

3845  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHICH BITCOIN WALLET IS THE MOST GOOD AND CONVINENCY on: March 23, 2016, 07:04:18 PM
I'd much rather recommend you to use coinbase wallet if convenience is what you are looking for. If security is your concern, then trezor wallet anyday!

Ok.... Which for the two do you recommend the most cos one have to be the one you to stick the most

Depends on what your looking for.  If you want one you are secure and control it 100 percent yourself then getting trezor is a great option.  You get the most popular hardware wallet.

Coinbase you are trusting them with your coins.  They do have a insurance policy that should protect  you if site is hacked (does not cover you losing due to your fault).  But you don't have control you have to go through their site always to make transactions.  If it's down... you have no access to coins.

So all depends on what you want as your wallet.

That's nice and with your saying I think trezor is good but I need to know what you think about xapo cos I have some few coin there and I don't want a wallet that will mess up with my btc

Hi Seniors,
People talk about signature campaign but How many signature campaign can a member sign up for?
you can register only once, but if you feel very small payment you can register avatar and personal message campaigns.

How can I do the avatar and and personal message campaigns. I mean the link to it

first you have to rank up till full member then only you can join signature campaign and avatar campaign.

Ok... Could pls tell me how to signup and sign out a signature campaign cos I'm trying to do that but I end up not earning nought

Personally i like blockchain, mostly because it is easy to access. Also they have a mobile app

Maybe you're right but I don't like the part when they said forgetting your password is like loosing your account

Can a Jr Member join the Personal Message Campaign? If so, how can I get the link code?

The campaign is open for every rank. Which link code are you referring? I see that you are already wearing the bitvest signature so I suppose you already know the answerto your question, yes? I suggest you to keep your post quality as good and if possible even  excellent so that you will be accepted in the campaign. You might want to check the spreadsheet on op to see if you got in.

I'm reffering to the MSG I.e the personal message campaign

I tried Coinbase.com, Xapo and Blockchain.info. Blockchain is the best and Xapo is definitely the wrost. It simply just gives you a very small control over your account.

well you still have tried only web based wallets , they are much prone to hack as private keys are not stored over server , in case of blockchain.info new webwallet it is even more worst as point of convenience.
I will suggest you to use desktop wallets like multibitHD , it is good IMO.

Also hardware wallets I really like.  I wish more people would switch over, but a lot do not due to price. Ive tried Trezor, Keepkey, Ledger, and all 3 are great way's to keep coins.

Nothing touches hardware wallets on safty.   Only one that arguably does is a unused paper wallet and that is if you don't use it.

They have their bugs too, I`d not put all my money in hardware wallets. They have online interface, and any online device is vulnerable.

Of course never put your entire holdings in one place.... but a good hardware wallet  is much better then most hot wallets.  Which hardware wallets have you tried out personally?

And it depends on what your doing.   I'm sure you can link to some old story/article.  But in reality I think Trezor would beat most hot wallets out there.  And if your on a compromised machine.... then hardware wallet excels even more as it signs on device not computer.

Please find any CURRENT vulnerability on Trezor that does not require user being at fault.

I guess Trezor is cool isn't it?

It is the most popular hardware wallet that is for sure.  I have tried others and there are some other's to that I liked some aspects of.  None have the following that Trezor has.

Using hardware wallet over hot wallet unless small amounts I think will catch on more and more.  And I hope those using hot wallets use 2nd factor.  I still really like yubikey on blockchain.info as far as hotwallet with just a little in it.

Ok..... I do have blockchain account but as a newbie,I want to know if I'm on the right path so I do be a victim, you know what I mean don't you?

3856  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect BTC ?? on: March 15, 2016, 10:07:25 PM
1.Earn Bitcoins by accepting them as a means of payment
2.Earn free Bitcoins by completing tasks on websites
3.Earn Bitcoins from mining
And there are other ways to earn btc you just need to search it out

I want to say something about your option number 2. earn free bitcoin by completing tasks is good for newbies and for who have time to do tasks, these types of sites require signing up, watching videos, viewing ads etc. if some one have much time to do these then he'll make good money for this.

earning bitcoin from mining also a good option to collect huge profit to it. it some one have large amount of money to start mining. then he can easily start mining bitcoin and start earning bitcoin through it..
actually compeleting tasks is a free method and mining is need investment.

Ok.... I will go for the complete task. Could hit me up with some site for that?
3857  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: March 15, 2016, 09:56:23 PM
Is there anybody here which know about the online auction of getting btc?

Auction to get btc is the first time i see something like that, but sure its possible as someone drop the price and let the others make their offer till someone win with some profit or atleast it could be the way,but getting bitcoins for less the current value isnt easy and i guess this kind of auction are very small.

Aight..... Thanks forg hints bro

Electrum it's light, easy to use, and fast.

Would it provide my btc address once upload cos i didn't see any btc address when i upload bitcoin core

You dont need bitcoin core for electrum, it works without it.

Just create a new electrum wallet and transfer the bitcoin there, it would work like that.
