3841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Organized Network of Bitcoin Sports books, Casino/Dice Sites for PvP Games on: March 03, 2017, 01:41:17 PM
To form a fun environment for Bitcoiners to play is a good idea. Smiley

1) But I doubt that the sportsbooks, casinos and dice sites have interest to form such a network, as they would make less money with those player vs player games.

2) Make a poll and see if the community has interest.

3) If so, someone could develop a startup and it is possible to offer such a service without existing sportsbooks, casinos and dice sites.
3842  Economy / Gambling / Re: fortunejack.com POSSIBLE EXIT SCAM on: March 03, 2017, 12:50:40 PM
Just to clarify: This minimum withdrawal amount of 0.1 BTC is suddenly valid for all existing account balances?

If so, then this would be the criminal offense of embezzlement for all existing balances up to 0.1 BTC!

This FortuneJack is a good example for all the believers who think "Oh, nothing happened until today and therefore nothing will happen tomorrow".

So many other crypto casino's to choose from that offer instant withdrawals, even for larger amounts.
This. Those who continue to support FortuneJack have to blame themselves!

Hello,

I have also been scammed 2.7 btc from this bookmaker, i have shared my story here in scam accusations.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1810630.0

I kindly ask the reputable users to help and give 1x-bit user the red trust he deserves, until the issues with me and others are resolved.
Sad you have no legal expenses insurance, otherwise you could sue them directly in Curacao!
3845  Local / 中文 (Chinese) / Re: Fun-casino - online Bitcoin and Funcoin casino. on: March 03, 2017, 12:41:51 AM
Then this casino is not a real casino then. Most casinos win in the long run but there is a certain degree of risk with them. They can and do go bust.

But this casino apparently is a "no risk" for them casino.

So if you lose money to them, they win.
If they lose money to you, they win also because due to their terms they don't have to pay you.
Their fantasy "terms and conditions" that they do not need to pay you, are juridical not valid!

A casino has always to pay instantly by law. There is a reason why this clown is hiding.
3846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In which bitcoin gambling casinos should i invest my bitcoins ? on: March 02, 2017, 03:43:54 AM
I will suggest you to invest in yolodice. It got 10x leverage system means you will get 10x on site if someone losses but you will get 10x loss too if someone looses. But if you invest it for long term you will definitely make a good profit as in long run house always wins. Smiley
The casino has a house edge, but this does not guarantee that the operator will make a profit. If the revenue will not cover the monthly operating expenses, then the casino will lose money! It is as simple as that!
3847  Economy / Gambling / Re: fortunejack.com POSSIBLE EXIT SCAM on: March 02, 2017, 02:24:39 AM
An exit scam of hide the operator sites is always possible, this is nothing new.

I think who do not care to drive a car without an insurance, as well do not care much about the damage, if something will happen.

What specifically indicates now an exit scam?

And this guy is always selling his "insurance" everywhere and no one actually believes him and buys from him. Keep on chasing them guy.

Anyway, for withdrawals since the method they use is manual, you might have to wait a few hours to get it. I had a withdrawal that lasted for 3 days, but there was no problem. They still released it. Just contact them. Fortune jack has not had any issues whatsoever previously, and I think they are very reputable.
1) It is COST FREE

2) Which part specifically do you not believe?

3) If no one believe me, why do they ask me for help? Did you ever hear the word logic in your life?

Hi,

I've noticed that you've commented quite a few times (some of which was very useful if correct - I just double checked and mBit doesn't have an agreement of ToS either upon signup or in the confirmation email!!)

- Since when can an illegal casino have juridical valid ToS?

- Despite from the point that you can not have a legally binding agreement with a domain name.

- Despite from the point that you must agree to the ToS when sign up. But the words terms and conditions are not mentioned when you register and they are also not directly visible on the webpage (required by civil code of Curacao)!

Did you file a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman meanwhile?

http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm

Everyone should do this and then share the case reference numbers with each other, so everyone can refer to the other cases, so that the Ombudsman can see that Skrill do this habitually. Wink

3852  Economy / Gambling / Re: Scam casinos list / not paying casinos on: March 01, 2017, 04:58:49 PM
Interesting. I personally don't care much about licenses or TOS. But I am 100% sure they faked their dice bets/stats too to make it look like they are 1 of the most popular dice sites. See reference. Note that I made a pretty decent analysis of their bet data that I never shared (as I rather use the same method for other sites too), so my "proof" is definitely more than in my topic.

Seems they have a habit of misrepresenting things. I personally wouldn't be able to conclude they are a scam though, even though I think faking stats/bets is bad.
Thank you for your input, think will write an article.

Misrepresentation is a criminal offense! The problem is that they can build up their business over years (implying their identity would be known) and then make an exit scam.

However, they are now excluded from Game Protect consumer protection service, so I personally do not care what they are and what not and if people love to drive without an insurance, it is basically their problem and not mine. Smiley

3853  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE.com - The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game on: March 01, 2017, 04:43:47 PM
Yes of course huge wagered will advantage you guys but how about if people keep on winning from your site? Does it not affected your bankroll, since many investor not want this thing happened. With this thing, many investor will get out from this investment. But still i dont understand why you doing this? For the popularity of course but in the long term if many people win on your site, this will not good to your site and investors
Investors who do not care that 100s of Bitcoin slot wins were illegally reduced from their account balances, probably do not care either that many players win on satoshidice.

This would be a good question to the investors: Satoshi Dice - Play Instant Bitcoin Dice & Invest in the Bankroll
3854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's talk about poker! on: March 01, 2017, 05:17:01 AM
For most people poker is a game of chance since very few can truly play the game the way it is supposed to be played since we don't have the economic means to do so.

You don't need to have an extensive bankroll to participate in the game.  There are several different stake levels, from the micro stakes to the nose bleeds.  The trick is to manage your bankroll and master each level before advancing to the next.  There are also plenty of freerolls (free tournaments) that one can play to develop one's skills before committing a bankroll to the game.
So this is your "trick"! Cheesy But why do you make $1 posts for a scam site instead of using your "trick" and make money with it?

Really?  Why are you a thief?  Is that your trick?  You try to convince people that the casinos are going to rip them off and then you take their money for imaginary protection?
If I am a thief, Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

No, my consumer protection service is cost free if you register your account with Game Protect. Wink

No, I do not need try to convince people that the casinos are going to rip them off, you can read about it every day in the forums.

No, legal action is real and not imaginary. One might could consider your fantasy dreams as imaginary! Cheesy

Can't you think of something honest to do with your life?
Obviously you can't!

Online Gambling Scams

Input from everyone wanted...

What is BetBTC.co scam? Any more info please, this site runs many years, so far I never seen any scam accusation against them.
They are excluded from Game Protect consumer protection service, because they hide the operator and commit the criminal offense of fraud since years!

BetBTC.co state on their website " Licensed in San Jose, Costa Rica", but they do not state who is licensed in Costa Rica and they also do not state the operator of the website in their alleged terms and conditions = misrepresentation!

I informed BetBTC to fix this misrepresentation, but they had no interest. You can read it here.
3856  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMED BY DIRECTBET !!!!!! BEAWARE BEFORE YOU BET OR YOU MIGHT GET SCAMMED TOO on: March 01, 2017, 04:26:17 AM
lots of people are using and trusting directbet. so do you think if the a certain event is not available to place a bet considered scamming? do they force you to bet on team A or team B and not on the draw? if you are a frequent bettor there, you would notice that there are times a certain event is not available for betting specially for live games.

lol it's funny, SCAM IS ONLY WHEN THEY DON'T PAY YOUR MONEY, not when they don't offer an event, or if they offer low odds, or if they limit you.
Your statement is juridical absolute correct! Smiley
3857  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io Scam Accusation on: March 01, 2017, 04:19:42 AM
Based on peoples opinions on this I will either rescind my complaint or consider following up with the relevant gambling licensing authorities and pursuing any legal options.
Never, ever will you!

There you go! Finally, their scams are unfolding slowly. It was only me and TwitchySeal who were bragging about this website run by scammers since day1.
Whaat? I call them out since summer 2016: Warning! SportsBet.io + BitCasino.io
3858  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let us talk about a Bitcoin poker room in free fall, betcoin.ag on: March 01, 2017, 03:56:25 AM
I believe their poker room is still doing the same as before the indicent. Rather the casino games, such as the Betsoft slots have lost a lot of players, which means that the casino is losing a lot of their revenue. Even though they have 5% or so rake, that still makes the poker revenue much smaller when compared to all the casino games. That's why it's safe to assume it's in freefall, since even though their poker playerbase remained the same, they lost a lot of players in the casino section. Many live poker rooms (within a casino) for example have shut down their operations, because running a poker game simply isn't nearly as profitable as people betting on blackjack or playing high-edge slots.
Xiaoxiao itself confirmed that the casino revenue is only a very small percentage of his affiliate commissions. And Betcoin.ag is clearly known for their poker room and not casino or sports betting primarily.

If the poker traffic would be the same, then Xiaoxiao would have not reduced the rakeback percentage heavily and their motto would be not CUT, CUT, CUT. The Alexa rank free fall is surely also caused by a poker room decrease.

No

There are two cases.

No licenses
No links to any documents to who you are ect.
As you can see, everything works fine without licenses. Wink

For what would you need licenses?

What role would it play for you who I am?

You still dont answer the question because you cant.
Where is consumer protection a human right, in what jusrisdiciton? Should be a softball for such a legal expert like you. I know you wont answer it though, you cant.
If I do not answer a question, does not necessarily mean I can not. Your question is senseless to me, like your claim that car tires have cars.

Simple, if you claim that consumer protection is not a human right, then you have to put the proof of your claim on the table!

To claim I could not while you can not, definetely speaks for your competence! Haha, got me here!
