3861  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin now the strongest currency in the world? on: December 12, 2017, 08:45:40 AM
It would be nice to see that  but Bitcoin isn't yet the strongest currency in the world. To be the strongest currency in the world, Bitcoin will need to be used by more people and spread more throughout the world.

I think it needs more development before that. Bitcoin may be the first and most expensive digital currency but it is still not stable. Bitcoin is very volatile and not only that, bitcoin is still having a lot of problem when it comes to transactions. If bitcoin needs to be used by a lot of people to be the strongest currency or digital currency, then I guess it still needs a lot of year.
3862  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: December 12, 2017, 12:32:42 AM
200$ isn't a big amount so i think you should go with investing because according to my knowledges, investing has the better income than trading.

This depends on how you will be dealing with your money. $200 is not much but it can be a start. I did invest in some of the many ICOs with a lower amount of money than $200. It is not much but when the token was released, I've started holding it for a month. It gave me a good profit triple the investment that I gave. But still, I did trade them so these two work together.
3863  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: December 11, 2017, 11:31:01 AM
I think yes, because everyweek almost 1k+ people are signing up. And some need some money so they will use this.

I think it is possible that every one can use bitcoin in that time but it worries me how will the network do with a lot of users transacting bitcoin. The more the bitcoin rises, I think the more the people will be having a hard time earning or buying one. And if you say it like that you are stating that using bitcoin is  like a social media where they need to sign up for an account but all you need is your bitcoin wallet and you are ready to go.
3864  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: December 10, 2017, 10:57:29 AM
In my opinion, bitcoin will be worth more than a million dollars twenty years from now, though it will be having competition from one of the cryptocurrencies, especially ethereum. Just like national currencies of different countries, one must be superior to others. Bitcoin will always be the king

Ethereum is so far to be a competitor of bitcoin if you will be checking it's price. Ethereum will be having a lot of time catching up. As far as I know, being the main block chain as the new altcoins offered in ICOs it has a great effect on the Ethereum especially it's price. If bitcoin will be having a competency, I will be voting for the upcoming bitcoin forks that will be happening next year. One of them will be competent even with bitcoin.
3865  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: December 10, 2017, 09:55:36 AM
The price of the bitcoin is rapidly increasing. I think the main reason why the price of the bitcoin is increasing is because of the new investors that are investing their money to the cryptocurrency world.

That is obvious man since the price are all depending on what we call the "law of demand and supply". Since the popularity of bitcoin and other crypto currency are starting, a lot of people are trying to make their own place here and starting to put their money on risks. But the price is not only increasing since a lot of new investors are investing their money but also because that is another chance for some of the current bitcoin holders to buy another amount of bitcoin to be holded. That is mostly other holders do, the price dumps, they buy again.
3866  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is garbage. on: December 09, 2017, 11:22:13 PM
We all know that the fee are so high, but we are still using bitcoin as a payment? There are a lot of other means of tip that you can use. A lot of streamers online are having a lot of payment with a low amount and the people are not having any complaints,  why not use that? Bitcoin is getting expensive and expensive so I think the fees are expected to do the same.
3867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: December 09, 2017, 10:22:26 PM
Probably the best you can say is that, bitcoin is the money on mobile phones. There won’t be paper money anymore, paper money will disappear. If they’ll want to buy candies or toys, they’ll pay with money through their phones.

When they’ll grow up and go to work, they’ll get BITCOINS for the payment.

I think we will be giving a wrong idea to the children because from what you are saying, you are implying that bitcoin or other digital currencies will be replacing fiats or the currencies that are used in your country. You also mentioned that it will be their salary or payment to their work which I think will never happen because bitcoin might not be the digital currency that will be used in the future. With it's volatility and decentralization, there will be a lot of hard work for it to fit the job of being a currency that is widely used by a lot of people.
3868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: December 09, 2017, 01:04:50 AM
in my country. Bitcoin is not accepted. The state does not recognize bitcoin as a commodity. and not worth to exchange

I think you are exaggerating things, maybe you are saying that bitcoin is not that popular in your country and they do not know what bitcoin is making them not to accept bitcoin. In my country, bitcoin is not accepted well because it is not that used by a lot of people but the government know of it. Also, commodity is a raw material, bitcoin is a digital currency so we cannot say that bitcoin is a commodity but for me it is an asset.

Bitcoin now is so expensive it is so hard to wait for it to dump because it might still pump. I don't think it is not worthy to be exchanged since it is so expensive and if keep in holding them, you might have a good profit.
3869  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: December 08, 2017, 11:59:29 AM
The amount of people trading in bitcoins are very limited vs the people who use fiat, there are so many banks, a whole economy that is dependent on fiat, so I do not see bitcoin replacing fiat any time soon, true that the demand for bitcoin is increasing , but people still trust the age old fiat ,since for most of the people around the globe bitcoin remains to be esoteric
at the movement it is not possible that bitcoin is not is in the position to replace fiat may be in the future. If we speaking about present time u are totally right. But future is coming, and who had cell phone, computer 30 years ago? Look what kind of phones we had 10 years ago, and look what we have now? Digital era is comming and bitcoin will find better place in that then fiat. When will that come, who knows, we can just make some speculations. What will happen with btc when people start to recive salaries in btc? When I think about it its possible that alt coins will replace fiat one day.i takes or need too much of time for this.

If you don't know, we are in the Information Age, also know as the Digital Age, obviously, it is not coming, it is here a long time ago, to be exact that will be 50 years ago. Bitcoin might be a good currency but I think it is more risky to use a digital currency which is so volatile to replace a well and stable fiat. Fiat is also controlled by the government that depicts the country's economy, if government will not be able to control the money and cannot collect taxes, which is described as the blood of a country, you can imagine what will happen to the country and it's people, it will be a disaster.
3870  Economy / Economics / Re: How to teach kids about Bitcoin? on: December 08, 2017, 09:57:19 AM
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/9-ways-kids-smarter-money-100050132.html

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?

it's pretty easy, you can teach young children to save if they want to save and earn a lot of profits can be taught to start saving in bitcoin.

Though I don't know how will they be able to get their own bitcoin knowing that the price now is ranging to $16,000. Kids do not earn that kind of money and either their parents will not let their kids mess with that currency with that price. I guess there are chances that kids might be interested to this kind of currency but I don't think they will be trying to earn bitcoin through services because they do not have their own skills to sell online. I guess that will be a different story of that kid is a YouTube star earning a lot everyday.
3871  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: December 08, 2017, 08:35:37 AM
Today bitcoin hits $16000, this is right to buy bitcoins.

Well, it did, but it dumped back to $14,000 and then it is now pumping at $15,000 going to $16,000. I think it is better if you can buy bitcoin at a cheaper price but the pump is still continuing so I think that will never happen.
3872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: December 08, 2017, 07:04:56 AM
i like only bitcoin was how it go to investing sites because its so easy to earn with investing because waiting only daily to earn in you income.

I think that is the main reason why people like bitcoin, because even if you don't have to invest, you just hold it for a while, you might have a profit. Bitcoin's price is changing very quickly and I think it is time now to have the dump. The price reached $16,000 but after a while the price is now at $14,000. I am not shocked but I do not know if it is a correction or it is just that many people actually sold some of their bitcoins.
3873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: December 08, 2017, 06:12:29 AM

most governments have not legalized bitcoin, and some actually banned it. the reason is almost the same, that is security issues and crimes that may occur due to bitcoin. however, I think some goverments or people still can not accept this digital currency technology, many still consider that this is a scam.

Those people who consider bitcoin a scam currency are ignorant and do not know what really it is. They just run their mouth based on the things they had seen and heard not on the things they have known and experienced.

There is an instance where bitcoin was reported to the public here in our country, the victim was scammed and he is using a digital currency which is bitcoin. I am watching the news and most of the people was having the wrong idea to this currency, they are saying that the online world is so dangerous that we need to be careful, some said that the currency used by the scammers to get the people's money, what they do not know is the man is to blame because he do not know that the project was a scam and I think it was really misunderstood by the people.
3874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: December 08, 2017, 01:55:57 AM
my biggest regret is I did not convert my php into bitcoin, today's bitcoins value was too high. I'am just late  Embarrassed

It really is, no one thought the price will be going up this far. It is not that I am regretting I did not convert them but I thought there will be a time that it will be doing some little dumps but it did not. Bitcoin is pumping more and more and I think it is time that it starts to dump since it is not stopping from pumping since last week. I wonder how low it will get when the dump comes
3875  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2017, 11:40:54 PM
Part of the bitcoin I will keep for the future, I believe that it will reach a fantastic price. Some part of investing in other coins for a faster profit

For me, investing is far more better than saving. Saving must be the easiest way of having your own profit, it works for bitcoin because it is really volatile, but I guess you can't really earn big money if you will not be taking risks. But I am not forcing you to do what I believe, it is just, I think it is better that you save some part of it and you invest most of it.

I think if I have a good amount of crypto currency, I will be starting to either mine or invest. Not mine bitcoin but other crypto currency that can give me more profit. I will be trying to invest in a lot of other sites or services so I can have a good and stable profit.
3876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: December 05, 2017, 02:35:12 PM
I like bitcoin because it would be a source of income to sustain our daily needs and I also like bitcoin when it comes to the other things. Bitcoin is one of the best way to earn money. And it will do provide the needs and wants of the people who really know how bitcoin works to our daily lifestyle.

I think this is the same reason why most of the people like bitcoin the best. It has a huge pump in a month and a lot of people gained a huge profit and it also makes other people buy bitcoin hoping for it to pump again and give them too a huge profit. But what I like best in this digital currency is it's decentralized feature that makes it more like a currency out of freedom.
3877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 05, 2017, 02:12:59 PM
it is basically not wise to invest all your money in one place...no one will give you 100% guarantees...you need to turn on the mind and act reasonably

Bitcoin is volatile so I think that is obvious that putting all of your money into these digital currency will be a huge risk. Yes, bitcoin may have a lot of pumps that is happening, but still, we cannot rely on things that we don't know what may happen.

Instead of putting all out on bitcoin, I guess you can part your money into your needs and your investing money. Before you invest, consider first the money that you will be needing for your everyday needs, after that you may consider where to invest and put an amount of money that you think is the best.
3878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: December 05, 2017, 01:30:00 PM
Who can destroy bitcoin.? For me its a hacker because hacker is a more about knowledge about bitcoin.

A lot of hackers exist in this world still bitcoin is alive for 8 years now, Hackers can't stop bitcoin unless they have their quantum computers now and making a move to overtake bitcoin.

The thing that will be destroying bitcoin IMO is the people who are using it. Bitcoin is always pumping because of it's users, bitcoin is becoming popular because of it's users, so without user, bitcoin will easily crumble down. Not only that, since bitcoin is mostly based on the demand and supply, without demand, bitcoin will be nothing.
3879  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: December 05, 2017, 12:53:47 PM
I think if the bitcoin had a stable price, would be not popular because the one concept why bitcoin is popular is the price or the value of it. So bitcoin will not get the attention of the people so bitcoin will not be popular. Good idea of the bitcoin is people able to convert it to fiat or fiat to bitcoin.

I think it will be still as popular since bitcoin is the first digital currency in the history. Even if bitcoin has stable price, it's feature like decentralization will be attractive to people. I mean who will be saying no to currency that don't need to be taxed. In fact that is one of the problem that is needed to have a solution since if bitcoin is not that volatile, I think more people and store and merchants will accept this currency.
3880  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: December 05, 2017, 12:25:49 PM
Saving Bitcoin is the way to earn profit too, because the price is increasing insane day by day. So insteading of investing or trading them, just keep them and simply you're having the profit.

Yes, saving them or holding them will give you profit, but I think you are just being reliable on how the price moves and pumps. I think you can also risk your own money to invest, we can't just rely on the pumps that is happening since we don't know what will be the movement of the market and how will the price behave in the near future.
