If they are exchange from china then most probably those site will close or the ico tokens will be removed from that site later since one after another ICO tokens from china crypto exchange delisted, since the curernt decision of china of banning ICO on their country. Answer is no, but all I know is people in the internet wants privacy, so even if you earn bitcoin or not, people keep using VPN because of this reasons, and some times bitcoin is banned on some country so that's the only thing they can access some bitcoin sites with VPN.

It's because of China, it's china's fault after all. Kidding aside, Bitcoin price is always the same when more people panicking selling, the more price decrease. And china's decision related to cryptocurrency always have a huge impact with the while community.

So if I were you just relax and this price is still so high compared before from $2000ish, and $3.8-$4k will be the stable price of bitcoin this days so it will not decrease rapidly IMO.
