So now i wonder if prices (most probably) will fall.

I will bet 10,000 BBP that we trend up so that people can buy Sancs until we hit 200 sancs.

they bought it......dont believe that 90% all bbp now go to MN..... and check your pool...... next 1-2 months may be die=all miners go away= solo mining is better like pool btw ..... no blocks, rewards dropped from 10% to 7% now and it will be wors

nethash is same

"networkhashps": 74 234 388 816.6429, = 75GHs

Solo mining is equal to pool mining except you trade the pool commission for risk of finding a block.  93% of the hashpower appears to be solo mining.
Exec versionreport.  No one in that 73% category is pool mining, can you at least agree on that basic assumption?

And here is another FUD breaker:
Pool mining with biblepay is the same as pool mining with litecoin, except we have higher pool fees temporarily.

C-CEX just recompiled, waiting in skype for them to take us out of maintenance....  Yeeha!
Has C-CEX given an eta for taking us out of maintenance?

https://c-cex.com/?p=bbp-btc

I believe C-CEX is live with BBP now!

I was able to Instant send coins to my BBP Wallet on C-CEX!
You beat me to it.  Thanks.

Hey question, Blue and I were discussing this.  Since our wallet reports an instantsend confirmation level of 6, and CCEX requires 7, out of curiosity how many physical confirms did it take to clear?  And how much time?

Thanks!

P.S.: @Rob: just 2 very minor things I realized on the pool page:
1. Would it be possible to configure the login page for "hit enter to login"? It is quite strengous with the frequent auto-logoffs to always type your login, password and then move your hand to the mouse and click on the "login" button. Wink
2. The extra column stating "GlobalErrorPercentage" on the Leaderboard is definitely overkill and takes up alot of additional horizontal space. In my opinion it would be better to add this information in the header of the "ErrorPercentage" column (maybe like ErrorPercentage
Global=XX%
or similar).

Hi Dave-

So I removed that GlobalError as I agree that column is kind of useless.

On the Login page, I have code in the pool to auto log you in with your sha hash, if you are logged out and the cookie has been saved.  I think it would be beneficial for us to find the reason that is not working.  Im using Chrome and its working for me and for a long time received no complaints.  I think recently this started becoming an issue for a few people.   Can you please check to see what your cookie value is now for the pool?  Basically, if your session expires, we pull your web cookie and auto log you in and redirect you to the home page.

Also, does anyone here know who the user who suggested that next.exchange list BBP?

Jarid McCool

Who is that?
Yeah, I thought he had a fake name myself cause I thought it was a cool name, but it turns out hes a Sr Pastor at one of those big baptist churches, I cant remember the name.  He emailed me once when he accidentally solo mined a block.

Hey I was tinkering around with the vote on that Next and found if you right click and go into incognito mode it lets you vote again.  I didnt want to abuse their system so I stopped.

Congratulations to all for passing block 27500.

But now it seems my Windows machines on 1.0.8.6 stopped mining again. Pool says 0 coins mined in the last hour, but I have three machines mining.

As long as they are listed in "My Leaderboard" it's all good; the pool just didn't hit any blocks since 27488. Wink

@Rob: I just realized something quite strange while distributing some small amounts of BBP over my miners:
For each miner I read out the address via getaccountaddress "" and sent some BBP to these addresses. However now 2 of my miners received the sum of 2 of my sendings; apparantely they have the same wallet running (despite showing completely different accountaddresses). Is this even possible? I find this quite confusing^^.

Would it be "safe" to simply delete the wallet.dat on one of those machines and let the client re-install a new one? What would be the command for this?

Thx in advance. Wink

P.S.: If it helps, these are the two addresses: BNfy4JU3rquR7LtYUzwNNU9B4W4i8TfAPZ and BFrtFPN9Mxi5ThwrUBJ7LXwEne7jThUjAv
Yeah, the single private key can make different public addresses, so what happened is you probably clones the VPS and have the same wallet.dat.

Yes just close BBP, delete wallet.dat and restart.

Good luck.

Does anyone have any feedback on Blockbid?

https://blockbid.com.au/#ico

I submitted their new coin listing form.  They had an ICO, its been wildly successful, they are going into beta next, and supposedly will go live in April.

I did the free listing (its 5-10 Ether for the premium listings).

Rob what will be with pool miners with <1086 after 27500? They will switch to solo?
Yeah, they switch to solo.

3890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: January 26, 2018, 07:02:41 PM
BIBLEPAY nice .... can we get this graph on main window?
Although I think that is a pretty good idea, I think we need to wait until after we resolve all pool performance issues for a few consecutive weeks, because the graph requires a query and that just bogs down the server more so lets let them click it manually for a while.

3891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: January 26, 2018, 05:25:31 PM
I added a 30 day historical difficulty graph to the pool, to see it click:

Reports | Difficulty History

3892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: January 26, 2018, 05:21:43 PM
So the difficulty has not "doubled" but I see some large spikes over the last 5 days forming, and in general an increase in difficulty:

You can see the average is increasing per week and the highs are becoming higher.

3893  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: January 26, 2018, 03:38:32 PM
So heres what I think.  Thank God for the frequent updates, we can make semi-intelligent assumptions.

I think the "botnet" or "mining-org" as Alex calls it, is on version 1081, and I think they really do have 71% of the hashpower right now.
I believe the pool is working properly right now, and has about 12% of the hashpower pointed at it just as the About page shows (12%).
Those users are most likely on 1.0.8.6 and 1087 (17%, with a few % solo mining).
See exec versionreport:

"Version": "Popularity,Percent %",
  "1.0.8.1": "147; 71.70%",
  "1.0.8.2": "7; 3.41%",
  "1.0.8.3": "6; 2.93%",
  "1.0.8.4": "10; 4.88%",
  "1.0.8.6": "22; 10.73%",
  "1.0.8.7": "13; 6.34%"

So basically, in 30 more blocks the pool is going to stop accepting pool packets from versions prior to 1086, and it will be very clear if the % solved stays stable then we know this assumption is correct (as long as 1081 doesnt quickly upgrade to the latest at that point).

The strategy with Proof-of-loyalty is that a botnet or mining-org is not going to go through the trouble of maintaining high balances on each mining node.  Lets take a thumb in the wind calculation here and reverse engineer the size we are talking here.  We have 2800 mining nodes pointed at the pool and the pool is 13% of the hashpower.  That means this botnet-mining-org is 5.5* larger, or equal to 15000 PCs!  That is absolutely Huge! No wonder they dont upgrade.  Its a major undertaking.

The idea is this organization is not going to send 30,000 BBP out to each of those 15000 nodes.  Not going to happen.  They are going to collapse, and maybe- if they stay in the game, maybe put 1000 BBP on 500 nodes and or clone a wallet and push it using networking tools.  Either way, this is going to drop the botnet advantage way down (theoretically) to the levels of the users who control equal amounts of BBP wallet balances.

Exciting times!

I personally would like to see a network that has a propensity to upgrade to the latest software, as I want us to be a nimble cutting edge IT department at Biblepay, with frequent quarterly upgrades.

If you want a receipt just email at avertvax-bbp_yobit_fund@yahoo.com.

With your donation/loan we have now raised approx 71% of the 0.1 btc listing fee for YoBit in USD & BBP, which with approval of the donors can be used toward the listing fee for any reliable exchange.

Here's the link for BiblePay supporters to make a donation/loan that will be refunded after a proposal for reimbursement is approved at the next budget/super block.

Exchange Fee Donation/Loan link: https://activara.net/yobit

Thanks!

What is the plan now, are we going for SouthXChange and shooting down Yobit or are we doing more research into Yobit?

And what is the total we are raising?

When I press the reset password button, it show"Unable to retrieve a user with that username".

I guess you already deleted my account.. Sad

The only way is to re-register?

If anyone is caught deliberately using multiple pool accounts the accounts will be deleted.

If you want to start over please create one new account.

guys the latest releases have been very unstable.  i went from mining about 200 BBPs a day a week ago to 100 BBP a day a couple of days ago to 20BBP in half a day (so at this rate 40BBP).

Should i bother with pool mining anymore and go solo?

I think everyone needs to understand that not everything is immediately "pool issues". Net hash and difficulty are rising, so you can't blindly compare how much you earned in the past. I did a solo mining test for the last week or so and from Jan 17 to Jan 23 I found about 4 blocks per day, but from Jan 24 to now (about 36 hours), 0 blocks. The instances have not crashed, I checked that they are working normally and I didn't touch anything. I'm not dismissing that there were problems with the pool, I just want to emphasize that net hash, difficulty and luck also have to be taken into account. That's why those charts on the explorer would be very useful.

I agree.  Its hilarious we had someone post something negative one page later about this same issue.  Thats how much short term memory some people have.

I think today Ill just blame the world for my problems and sit back in my chair with my fat behind sticking out and let everyone else work on my problems!  LOL.  Why don't you go for a jog to the local church?

Google deliberately filters "Jesus" out of Google-home, but the device knows who Satan and Muhammed is:

http://fox17.com/news/local/does-google-home-know-who-jesus-is-brentwood-resident-says-no

Google, Facebook and corporations who run this world are owned by jews.
This is amusing that we must go through this but this is part of our calling here at Biblepay!  We are not here to be greedy miners but instead lets invite this brother to come to the light!

Brother 5650, I understand the new world order, the Khazarian fake Jews, and the Jews who deny both Jesus and the Mosaic Law, however we are Christians, and we are commanded to love the Jews!

Your job is to pray for those Jews who are in high positions to come to repentance and stop serving mammon, and choose Christ.

Here is a small punchlist of why we are commanded to love the Jews and Love Israel:

- The Gentiles were grafted in.  (Romans 11:11).  The Jews committed idolatry, God got mad, and blessed the Gentiles (to make the Jews jealous).  Why do you think the USA was created?  It was to make the Jews jealous.  It wasnt until 1948 that they got their land of milk & honey back and they came from all ends of the earth as the Bible says they would.

- Jews are Gods chosen people and will be blessed.  We must support them in order to stay grafted in after God focuses on the Jews again.

- Genesis 12:3 - I will bless them that bless Israel and curse those that Curse Thee- this means Israel and Israels people

- Romans 15:27 - The Gentiles have Shared in the Jews Spiritual Gifts, they are indebted to minister

- Jesus was a Jew himself, and practiced the Mosaic law growing up

- Psalm 122:6, Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper that love the.

- Luke 7:5, The Gentile deserves the blessing of God because he loves the nation of Israel

- Israel was created by an act of GOD

The list goes on, but my point is you should not repay evil for evil, God is in control and the powers that be are doing things under the influence of Satan, but instead we should pray that they come to repentance.  Either way we know how this ends at Armageddon.

Rob, what are your thoughts on removing the "New Coin Launch" phrase from the thread title? Because look at this post:

it this a New Coin Launch, how to mine this type coins

I would instead add to the title:
🕇 A Christian cryptocurrency - Supporting orphans through a decentralized autonomous charity 🕇
Soon- right around the one year anniversary.
