3881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] How many online casinos are you actively playing in? on: March 18, 2021, 12:40:22 PM
One of the reasons for having multiple online casinos is because of the bonuses, right? Because it is one of my reason besides the user interface of different online casinos, most are the same flow or some similarity of user interfaces.
But I don't think there will be disadvantage of using multiple online casinos, as long as you got the funds to deposit Cheesy
3882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Becoming a Store of Value on: March 18, 2021, 12:36:35 PM
What is/are maybe the reasons for becoming a store of value?

I think what people must say the reason is "as long as the asset goes up only, it can consider a store of value".
It is also what I think, just like Bitcoin. But Bitcoin is different, it is kinda made just to up only, since of the total supply, the mining rewards, and block halving event of it.
3883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking is not for Muslims on: March 18, 2021, 12:34:06 PM
OMG, I am surprised by this. We all know that staking is also like gambling since you cannot be guaranteed sometimes profits, there are also some staking that needed pools and some may result in impermanent losses, then it is still Haram.
It's kinda confusing for some since there are a lot of ways that are kinda doing gambling, just like buying cryptocurrencies or stocks, but as far as I know, it is NOT haram but at the same time it is like gambling since you may also lose your money.
3884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how would you explain chart like this with your experience in crypto? on: March 18, 2021, 12:29:01 PM
(....)
a) why it goes so downhill after release? all ICO sell it or what is this a sign of? are all coins with chart like this (first price high, then fall down) a sign of something not going well?
(....)
Once a shitcoin it will always a shitcoin. Even there are charts that are telling, once the coin started to decrease volume with no increase, and no update at all on the project, it will gonna be probably be playing by the founders, like pump and dumps.

(....)
b) what is this enormous high thin peak? some transfer to exchange or? 13th August 2020: 0.03USD -> 13 USD -> back to 0.03USD
Make sure the data is right, maybe it is just a huge wick played by some random whales which just want to attract small fishes or newbies in some random low volume exchanges, there are lot of them, they are just gonna do some pumps and dumps.
3885  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how do you catch your deals as a scalper? on: March 18, 2021, 12:25:17 PM
Elliot waves and some candlestick patterns are useful for scalping.
But recently when I did some scalp trades, I tried to use Bollinger bands, which is kinda useful too. I just watched it from Youtube before on how to use Bollinger bands, it is a newbie-friendly indicator that may help you to find a good trade entry.
3886  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SEC Publishes VanEck’s Bitcoin ETF Application, Kicking Off Decision Clock on: March 18, 2021, 12:21:37 PM
So what do you think. Will it get finally approved or yet again denied?
Well to be honest if it gets approved we will definitely see a a big pump, but if it gets rejected or SEC extends the review period, I don't think there will be a any major drop.
(.....)
If this will get rejected, it will just become normal. Over the past years, we saw multiple rejections from SEC for some Bitcoin ETF applications and people started to treat it normally compare to the beginning of Bitcoin ETFs, where this is a kinda a big deal for everyone and it became a FUD for some people.
3887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Visa: We make it possible to buy bitcoins using Visa on: March 18, 2021, 12:19:35 PM
Didn't VISA and Mastercard say the same thing last year? And then the previous years they put a ban on buying crypto using their cards, right? They all seem so confused and lost. They can't even come up with a perfection solution or a decision.
(....)
Just be thankful now, at least they changed their minds and started to adopt Bitcoin.
It's normal at the beginning to have doubts, they are also like some people who are being FUD. For now, let's just celebrate this good news. I think this will take some time to begin another feature of Visa.
3888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Internet connectivity - Gambling wins/losses on: March 15, 2021, 10:32:38 PM
The funny thing about what I experienced with gambling before is the dice game. It's kinda automatic to roll even you lost your internet, you just can't see the result immediately, but after few seconds you will able to see the result. And before the result was a win and increase of my account balance.
3889  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the average buying of some companies be considered a sign of the bottom? on: March 15, 2021, 01:20:19 AM
(.....)
If you do see some good coins that is hitting their bottom today, that can be a good entry price.
It is also risky buying the bottom since you can't guarantee if that is already the bottom, it is like catching falling knives by buying the bottom. But some are also using the term "buy the dip", which the dip gonna be a bottom too, if you are buying for the long term then buying every dip is good with dollar-cost averaging.

Speaking of the companies who keep buying, I don't think some of them will try to sell their Bitcoin for this year or even this bull run cycle, they are for the long term.
3890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Enjin Overvalued on: March 15, 2021, 01:15:58 AM
Thanks for the responses guys, still not sure if at this Ath price is a good entry though, seems very risky, considering was trading below 50c 3-4 months ago, still dont see any real significant progress apart  getting  coin on Japan exchanges.. if links to companies which have whitelisted coin available please post.
Very risky to buy now for me, it is ranging on previous resistance of BTC pair since last March 2019.
If ever I will buy this altcoin, much better to wait for a good entry. It's kinda on the peak right now, for sure this will do some price correction, all you need is to wait and have patience.
3891  Economy / Speculation / Re: Think before investing, the moon has limits on: March 15, 2021, 01:07:56 AM
Reduce your risk by diversifying your investment: It may not be investment advice but put a significant limit on your risk.
I really don't think so the diversifying is good always. Especially when before Bitcoin is still below $10,000, I diversified my investment, instead of buying Bitcoin only, I intended to find some good altcoins for me and then buy a lot. After that I realize and computed, if I just accumulate or buy Bitcoin instead of altcoins that time, I can able earn huge returns.
3892  Economy / Speculation / Re: price forecast for 125K/BTC by Marius Kramer by June 2021 on: March 15, 2021, 01:02:35 AM
If i remember correctly the price dumped hard after reaching the all time high (20k) in 2017

Although BTC is going crazy these past months but 125k is way out of reach in my opinion (at least for two years to come )
For me, this time is already different. Before, the market is not that so mature but for now, we can see less volatility compare to the 2017 bull run.
I don't think we can visit $20,000 or below again soon if ever we will reach above $100,000 on this bull run cycle.
3893  Economy / Economics / Re: I think I know who satoshi really is Am I Crazy? He He.... on: March 14, 2021, 08:44:18 AM
Very impossible that Steve Jobs can be a candidate for being a Satoshi Nakamoto. There are no lot of rumors that Steve Jobs is Satoshi Nakamoto at all. Also, we can't see any article or proof that Steve Jobs got attention with Bitcoin in the early days of Bitcoin at all.
You can check the 10 people who are suspected as Satoshi Nakamoto here: 10 People Who Might Be Satoshi Nakamoto
Most on the list are not popular names.
3894  Economy / Services / Re: URGENT HIRING BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPER on: March 14, 2021, 08:38:22 AM
How much is the salary of the developer you're looking for? Marketplace won't be the suit section for this person finding fit for the person.
Give it a try on Marketplace (Altcoins) because it's like you're paying in tokens, don't you?
It's kinda impossible to find a blockchain developer these days that the payment will become on altcoins and their altcoins are not so popular at all.
The best section would be under Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Marketplace > Services, if OP wants to finish the issue with no problem and they are serious about the project at all, they will gonna spend a good amount of money at all.
3895  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Art record! 69M for a Beeple on: March 14, 2021, 08:35:06 AM
I think only rich people spend their money to buy art at a very high price. Because rich people sometimes have excess money and are confused
about what to spend it on, they usually end up buying works of art at fantastic prices. Anyway the picture is not clear, even though I am curious
about the picture. To be honest I'm not someone who really understands art, so sometimes confused by many works of art that are valued
very expensive.
Buying this expensive NFT is extremely risky at all. If someone can afford this expensive price, the price is just very small for them, they can afford to lose it at all. They are willing to lose at all.
Recently about NFT trends, tweets also on Twitter can be now bought and sold. I am amazed by these NFT trends now.
3896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WINk coin listed at binance on: March 14, 2021, 08:30:09 AM
I see, that's one of reason why Wink's price pumped.
(......)
I'm sure this guy could make good profit once this coin reach at least $0.01 from current price today. With the huge total supply, I'd also wanted to sell if I owned at least 200k quantity of wink coin, then exit happily. You won't regret once you're not missing out a chance to gain sustainable profit from $99 rolled up to five times or even greater.
It's kinda difficult to have a huge capital for these kinds of altcoins before it got the low market cap. I am not putting a huge size of the amount of money on low market caps.
Having small bets can turn to huge profits if ever it will pump, but by putting a huge amount, you may get rekt. Low market cap = high risk.
$99 is already good if you just have a small portfolio size.
3897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Will Coinbase list Dogecoin? on: March 14, 2021, 08:22:20 AM
It is kinda impossible Coinbase will list Dogecoin, recently most of the cryptocurrency they listed are into Decentralized Finance (DeFi). And most of them are useful cryptos, have use cases, and not a joke at all.
As we all know, Dogecoin is a meme since the beginning. But the market cap of Dogecoin is not a joke at all. And even if Coinbase will list Dogecoin and pump it, it will still go down, it's kinda the same thing about Elon Musk twitter.
3898  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is a game of capital on: March 14, 2021, 12:35:43 AM
Also, another of having too small trading capital is not reaching the minimum on trades of some exchanges. As far as I know, Binance is an example of having a minimum of $ for trades. I think it is around $5 - $10 or 0.0001 BTC.

But if you are just a small trader and want to start at small capital first, then I don't find it wrong at all. If you are a good trader you can increase your small capital.
3899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum & Bitcoin on: March 14, 2021, 12:32:47 AM
The current top 1 and top 2 highest market cap just created their new all-time-high.
Especially Bitcoin breaking the $60,000. I am glad that you are interested in these two, and I can say it is a good move to select high market cap coins.
Your question seems difficult to answer. But I rather buy now which is a breakout above the previous all-time-high and currently no resistance from the previous price.
3900  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAmWATCH] Fxtrademax.com Is Fake Site on: March 14, 2021, 12:28:19 AM
First, this should be under the Scam Accusation board.

Most often, when it is too good to be true, probably it is. There are many of such scattered across the Crypto space to lure unsuspecting members into a lucrative bonus that will end up in a scam. We need to be wise and do diligent research.
Just think that most of these kinds of programs are scams. This is another program that offers some trading bots which is 100% fake.

Funny also there is a list of companies/entities that they listed as their platform.
It is much better also if we report the domain to the domain provider so it can be check and probably take down once proven.
