3881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 01:54:42 AM
topic unlocked; winners come forward. someone made off with the bounty so i will be forced to save face by paying off those with the private key by hand.

Eli0t
kimosan
and
emerefer

will all receive 500 nan's since the winner refuses to come forward.

daggerismo wil receive 500 nan's if he chooses to claim them.

contest is over.
3882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] {}NanoToken: rolling smoothly. bounties still open on: July 02, 2013, 01:51:42 AM
so whats the verdict on this locked topic? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=248046.0

someone made off with the money. they are obviously trying to discredit me. until this person comes forward, the runner ups won't be paid their consolation prizes.

I don't know if pre-mined alt-coins are able to be exchanged properly.

But Would Like To See NanoTokens~!

Just started researching it will be on the list once I finish figuring out where it ranks Smiley but as the dev is a daily cryptsy chatter it'll probably get a good bump.

hehe, why thank you BitJohn. Tongue

look, i opened the wallet, and the coins are gone and transaction is confirmed.

one of you has the coins. that person needs to come forward so we can get on with life.
3888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 01:16:38 AM
Yep, were in wallet, now gone.

Transaction ID: 0236bb83be6010c0e7bb42e847c5ca31ed86b857d320d3563eb7f0209426bab7

If you need to check timing r3wt.

indeed, according to the block chain you were the first to send the coins. i'm trying to work out a clearer idea of who was first to import the key.
3889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 01:15:29 AM
oh god what a headache. now i have 4 people claiming the bounty. what should i do, split it 4 ways?
3890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 01:00:38 AM
waiting on the winner to come forward.

it was between Eli0t, emerefer, and kimosan
3891  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 12:56:58 AM
it appears we have a 3 way tie. i guess the first person to push the funds to their own address is the winner, though Eli0t was the first to contact me. i will offer a consolation prize to both of the runners up, whomever they may be.

get that money

What??!!! they were in my account!!

did they dissapear? i'm booting my machine with the wallet to investigate.

Edit: yep, someone most definitely transferred the funds out. may that person come forward and announce their self so that i can pay consolation prizes of 250 nan to the runner ups

Ladies and Gents, we have a winner.

congratulations to Eliot for an excellent display of critical thinking.
3894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 12:42:06 AM
hint 3:  it contains the following words 'times' and 'equals'
3895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 12:24:26 AM

hint 2: there are no spaces
3896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 12:11:23 AM
hint 1 is too specific and isnt the answer also permutations are not working, can we have a more general hint?

So you are in accord too?

next hint in 24 hrs. if you use some critical thinking on that math problem, the answer might reveal its self. think numbers and words

Why is the diff still the same now as it was over 200 blocks ago. First time I checked it was:

{
"blocks" : 1444,
"currentblocksize" : 1000,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 0.39767349,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 102582259,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false
}

this time it is:

{
"blocks" : 1659,
"currentblocksize" : 1000,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 0.39767349,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 23689245,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false
}

80M less hash but same diff

The first post says it adjust every 9 blocks. I think you need to update the original post with what the coin actually has coded.

sorry, the client was forked from a previous version. forgot to update the thread. will get on it soon, got some stuff to handle IRL first. as far as i remember the diff stops adjusting every 500 blocks per 24 hour cycle.
3898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NanoToken Cryptobin contest on: July 02, 2013, 12:01:20 AM
...what?

inside of the cryptobin is a private key. the address it belongs to contains 20,000 NAN

Care to share what the hell the cryptobin is?

cryptobin is alot like pasteboard. you paste something there and password protect it. he who has the password gets whatever is inside.

How do you import an address?  I'm fidding around the client and cannot find anything!

the same as in any other client. also i pasted the instructions inside of the bin. optionally, you can provide the private key to me. if it is correct, i will send you the 20k
