I really don't agree this opinion piece. We, as markets, created this situation altogether. We made bitcoin mainstream. Whales played their roles as well. Try to look at image with full history: 7000 dollar bitcoin isn't dead price.
Btc is too good to be dead, and I think Whales are just doing their job to pump and dump the market but it doesn’t mean they ruin the whole system of bitcoin. Whales are also a trader so they just take this opportunity to make more money but in the long run the price will still soar high because of many people believes on bitcoin. |

I'm still a beginner myself. So far, I decided that I need to look at the team that develops the ICO. If the team likes it then there is a chance that the product will be appreciated by the market highly after the ICO.
A good ICO must have a good team behind it and of course I still trust a bounty manager with a good reputation. Its hard to have a good bounty right now because of too many fake ICO’s so you must really make effort to know the real function of the project so people will still invest even after the ICO. |

Don't store your private keys online. It is that simple, anything that is online can be gotten to by hackers and used to hack your wallets. Store your private keys offline. Try saving them in wordpad or another text editor that is similar to wordpad.

The price of BTC is very unstable and the price is very volatile! This is the drawback of BTC!

in my opinion Market capitalizations of cryptocurrencies iduring Q3 and Q4 in this year, will double from the past high
wich mean about 1,6 - 1,7 trillion
and when marketcap hit 1,7T i believe bitcoin price will hit $50,000 and ethereum at $,5000

I like your opinion, but I think that the market will fall until the end of the year. Perhaps in the q3 we see some flat on market . Now the buyers are not interesting in crpyto, you can go to the market and see the volume. Rather, growth will be in 2019 or in 2020. Its possible that cryptocurrency might not reach its all time high due to some reason but of course in the long run the market will make a new all time high. $50k for bitcoin this year is not possible, I just hope for the price to recover so we can see a big growth in 2019. |

There are so many platforms to get news on cryptos to educate yourself but I prefer to stay in this forum and read some posts, usually latest once that people make hear. Some are really extensive and have a greater impact if you really want to learn. I also read some news from my mail. I have connected it to many crypto news channel to receive news.
You must put a little more effort so you can be updated about the current situation in cryptoworld. You can educate yourself by reading blogs, watching videos about cryptocurrency and of course the most realible one is here in the forum since we can see a lot of fake news and the forum is one of great place to confirm if the news is true or not. |

You have your point but I think people are just asking for some opinion so they can study that coin and invest on it later on. That's true and mostly whales are just playing the market on this kind of coins so basically its not safe to invest on that coin. but simply this:
2016 bitcoin never dropped below $300
2017 bitcoin never dropped below $900
2018 bitcoin hasnt dropped below $6000
once you grasp that mindset. people can learnt to chill
Plus their minds have not yet registered how lucky everyone they are in having another opportunity in buying Bitcoin below $10,000. I hope it stays below it for some time.  2018 will still be a another great year for bitcoin, we have to live patiently. The market will continue to go down in the coming years but it will be in a different level. People will realize the importance of holding on with this great coins. the coin has seen better days. After surging last December to around $19,500, bitcoin has declined more than 50 percent since the start of the year. On Thursday, amid increased regulatory scrutiny in the cryptocurrency space, the coin fell yet again — this time below $8,000, where bitcoin had hovered for several weeks. Late Friday, bitcoin changed hands around $7,400.
Regardless, Bogart(a partner at blockchain capital) said it's still a buy. In fact, he said it's the only coin traders should be buying as the coin becomes more mainstream.
Many of the other forms of cryptocurrency, Bogart said, are "over-promising and under-delivering. Meanwhile you have a few that are kind of excelling at their use cases. Bitcoin being one of them." Bogart recommended selling coins like Cardano, TRON, IOTA and NEO.
"A lot of those tokens are overvalued," Bogart said. "They could be go up significantly, but they also have significant headwind." Alternatives like ethereum, ripple, bitcoin cash and EOS, however, he described as "neutral" — and he told investors to hold for now.

keep buying I think investors still have a high interest in confidence and trust in the bitcoin investment it is worthwhile Bitcoin is still worth buying for, the price shows some recovery but this might be in short term we can still see some dump but don't worry the market is healthy and bitcoin can go high this year.
