You should put something by the bonus to show how much of the "released" has been claimed or how much you have left to claim, or something is similar to converting bertcoin to chips as keeping track of this could get quite confusing and if you continue to grow it would become an administrative nightmare if 1000s are chatting to get the bonus moved. it release by 2 chips at a time and goes into your account but its not instant usually next day i told them they need to change that awhile ago i think it still says it release by 20 chips at a time. Hi all, i wanted to say i am a new grinder at this site, but somewhat dissapointed. Still learning the system has been a challenge for me. Ive deposited over $600 USD in bitcoins over the course of 10 days.
Have not managed to get the ball rolling yet.
But my main problem is a couple of things. When i first joined the site, i played a few $36 HU HYPERs and my software got froze in middle of game. When i returned i had lost my chips. I thought the problem was myself, but then notice a pattern of game freezing. So i swallowed around $72 USD. I even think i lost the same way on a $24 Hyper. But nothing i can do. I never complained about it as i thought the issue was me. But after learning the site, i heard of a few players with the same issues. And one night i was playing a Hyper and 3 cash tables. All the game froze on me and lost every hand. That cost me a good chunk. I thought my internet crashed, but yet again... it was not me.
Then my next problem ( that should be fixed) was i sat at a 3/6 PL table. In the lobby it does not mention if its HI/LO . I assumed all sites would have that in the lobby to make sure its accurate. Well i sat and started playing like i normally play PLO. I folded many times having the low hands. I never bothered to read the top portion of the table. It was a all in hand when i had the NUT flush and i was taking the pot, when i noticed the chips got split.
I ended up losing since i was playing the game incorrectly. All this should be fixed.
After all this, i have not deposited ever since. I made almost 600 status points in a few days. I think i am a great add to this site.
I went back to play at Seals. Maybe ill deposit again, but not sure.
But overall good experience, and when i did cashout, it was virtually instant. Thumbs Up.

If you login to the poker client or web version and click Omaha, you will be given a tab that has all of the Omaha option sand then there are tabs for Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. If you click either tab it shows you the options from that tab. We can see possibly how a player may not notice the first time, but any time after that it should be clear. If it is not, perhaps we need to label the tables further and we ask for additional community feedback on that as we have not heard this before. 600 status points is a great start and you are making your way up the VIP program ladder. We have so many features coming. We know exactly who you are and we appreciate all of this and will certainly get some more feedback. Should be running very well. Please confirm you are not having any issues or submit a more detailed ticket to www.betcoin.ag/support and we will get you taken care of as soon as possible. I run the poker client. Talked to live support, they told me to reinstall it and I managed to do that, but it still doesn't work. Cash games work but Sit n' goes and tournaments are not joinable. Going to make a ticket about it, the live support I talked to said I am the only one with the problem. Could it be because I am behind a VPN? Could very well be, however do you have another computer that you can try it from as when this typically happens the player needs to just restart the client. Also, as to your other issue, you need to clear the cache. If you were to open it from another browser it should open perfectly. Please keep us posted. |

I can not join the SnG nor the Tournament lobbies. It says "please wait taking you to the tournament" and then the the popup dissapears and nothing happens. so did i until i had a problem they couldnt fix and then they promised me bonuses but never gave me shit and keep blaming the problem on me lol and let people into my account when i said not too. What was the problem they could not fix? What do you mean by let people into your account? As far as bonus tickets won I always get them when I win one but its not automated yet so you have to contact them and they post the bonus ticket right away. I would like to know what problems cannot be solved so as to be aware if there are real issues there and protect myself but your post is very cryptic. So far its been a good experience for me. They do seem to be new and raw with not too much experience in running a poker site but I think they try hard and so far appear decent. I would rather have inexperience kids running the site than hardcore crooks playing poker with a debugger accessing the server memory running a site. We have over 700 players login to the www.betcoin.ag to get their daily surprise box, access their bonuses and contribute to the community and nobody has the problem you have. In our internal staff tests we have not had the problem you have, therefore we can't fix a problem that we can't see. We are not saying the problem doesn't exist but we have yet to replicate the issue that's why we need someone else to assist and provide feedback, but you don't want us to do that so we have not. We reset passwords for people everyday and they go right in and change their password and we never hear from them again about this issue. We will only let a player access your account if you provide your permission and then we will have them report here and back to you about any issues they have. The mother of one of our programmers that was performing some administrative work was able to login to your account without issue, but this is why we want to turn it over to an independent third party / individual to login and see if there is an issue, but you have not given us permission to do so so we will not.
