3881  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Ann translation and newbie member issue on: November 12, 2017, 12:09:22 AM
Hi,

I've done an ann translation, for an ICO.
But as I'm a newbie (but coming here since 2015), it seems I can't publish any picture.

So my ANN has just a link of the picture, instead of the pic getting displayed.

That's really annoying because I did my best to do the job fast and right.

Any solution please ?

3882  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: November 12, 2017, 12:07:25 AM
There's not much distinction in terms of danger as both have high risk involved but doubt of come back. If you are obtaining a guaranteed come back for a investment tgen beware you might get cheated otherwise no worries. In terms of return you are able to truly inform before time. The major distinction is more often than not for opportunities not much required to do however for trading you need to devote your time for getting profit
Investing is far less risky if you actually take the time to analyze the market.
3883  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do to calm down you're anger? on: November 12, 2017, 12:01:50 AM
I listen to music and play computer games. It helps me relax and not feel anger.
I guess you don't play multiplayer games. Cheesy
3884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC is dead. The plan is a shift to Bitcoin Cash. on: November 12, 2017, 12:01:06 AM
Bitcoin still king and it will be still king in the next few years and It will not die. I believe in bitcoin it will increase again even today we experiencing price crasing for sure it will recover again after few days.

Just neglect those paid BCH trolls trying to spread FUD about bitcoin all around the forum. They forget one thing, bitcoin society is totally engaged with each other and they won't let one fork coin take the roles of bitcoin.

They don't even provide innovation with that fork coin.
Once Core figures out the best way to scale and goes smart contracts there'll be no stopping it. In the meantime enjoy the drama.
3885  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin rise to $500k in three years? on: November 12, 2017, 12:00:09 AM
I dont know why other people expecting to much with bitcoin . Because bitcoin will not reach 500k dollars even you will wait forever . I think the highest price of this coin is only 50k dollars and that happen after few many years or maybe 1 decade. So its better to buy bitcoin now with your extra money only.
agree that speculation is too much , it was really impossible to happen because transaction fees will be very very expensive , maybe even a faucets can't afford to have a payout because of the fees. 50k is very reasonable and that's what I am waiting for before I could sell my coins !
Fees won't be an issue in the long haul because of upgrades. And $500k isn't really that much for Bitcoin once crypto starts approaching its true potential. If you believe $500k is "too much" or "impossible" you don't understand crypto.

Bitcoin gold in my mind will be much stronger than BCH...
I think you are wrong

time will tell?
It already did. Bitcoin Gold died before it even released.

find me in 1 year and repeat this to me.. thanks
Sure. If you're still going to be around.
3887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SONM: Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: November 11, 2017, 11:54:12 PM
I believe this could become a 10 billion dollar market, which would make each coin be around 25$, in about 5 years. A lot of people will be selling long before that, and those who buy from them and hodl patiently will reap the rewards.

On what is this speculation based?
Ofcourse nobody will know the exact price but some guys are saying like 1$ in 2018.
25$ will be awesome.
I own about 6000+  tokens and i am very excited  what the price will be in and after 2018.
For now i ofcourse hold for a while and will be buying some new tokens the end of this month.

Will sonm  come with a masternode in the near feature?
I don't know where he got his estimate, but it's very much in line with reality. Just look up some reports about cloud computing and projections. It's not difficult to snatch a 1% market share which would already put SONM at $1.3 billion at today's values. This number will grow rapidly with the increased demand in cloud computing alone. If SONM manages to increase it's market share that would drastically improve its valuation too.

Note that he actually said in about 5 years, which is quite a stretch from 2018. In 2018 $1 will be pretty easy, which would imply a market cap of only 400 million.
It makes me feel like a bagholder, when the prices are red, I think I should have sold and rebought at the bottom. Than I realise that in the end it is just better to hold, wait for the team to deliver the software next year Q3 and we will see where we at. At this point, I don't even look at the price or care what the price is per SONM. I know this team will be able to make the product and they will make it great. I am telling you that 1€ is possible on the long run, I don't see SONM getting any attention now from big traders because of all the stuff that is going on now with bitcoin, bitcoin cash and the segwit2x bitcoin.

Future will be bright -  buying now tons of cheap SONM  and in Q1  Q2 of 2018 also

then we will see x50 x100 - they will deliver
I don't think we will see x50 to x100 in 2018. Maybe around 2019~2020.

The thing with shorting is that it can go horribly wrong very quickly. When I don't have anything else to do I sometimes set a small portion of my holdings aside for trading, but that is mostly out of boredom.

I don't pick altcoins that don't have a very realistic chance to sustainably increase in value over long periods of time, because I don't really care about playing the games that traders and whales are into. I just want to support strong projects with my investments and eventually get a share of the profits in return.

Nothing wrong with trading though, I'm sure it would've been a lot of fun to me when I was in my teens. But now there are too many other things that I want to do to bother with flipping numbers on a computer screen.

because in 5 years the digital world will have grown exponentially from what it is today. Sonm will take up a significant spot in that world, which makes me think a 10 billion cap is actually an underestimate. I'm telling you, a lot of people will become very wealthy before that happens, but the ones that buy and accumulate will be multimillionaires
How much market growth and how much market share did you calculate with?
3890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Price prediction Formula am i right ? on: November 11, 2017, 09:21:13 PM
The market is far more complex than that and you won't be able to predict anything with that formula. Especially not for coins with unclear value.
3891  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which smartphone do you use and why? on: November 11, 2017, 09:16:26 PM
I have got 3 phones, all iPhones. Now I use iPhone 5s, because it is small and light. There aren't great difference between all models, except iPhone X — but this SHIT is too expencive in my country.
iPhones are always too expensive. You're buying a brand, not a product when you get an iPhone.

Waiting for the Galaxy X. Apparently it will be foldable, which would be quite nice. Tablet and Phone in one? Yes please.
3894  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are these Hackers ever caught? on: November 11, 2017, 09:00:01 PM
Yes. But it will really take time. Here in our country, many people that are into drugs caught in jail and some were killed by our policemen. Because we have the coolest president there is. Hackers really get caught but policemen needs to make sure that they are really hackers.
Are you talking about the Philippines? Duterte is a criminal and needs to be executed. People shouldn't get killed or even jailed for consuming anything.

Mr. Turing, is it again you? I thought you had been jailed because of sodomy!
Jesus christ, that's the first time I've read about this detail of Turing's life. The world really is a fucked up place. What a reward for beating the Nazis...
3896  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would YOU choose to live forever? on: November 11, 2017, 08:21:18 PM
Nopes... long life or living forever doesn't even matter.. enjoying each day and living it to the fullest is what matters.

How about living every day to its fullest, for an infinite amount of days?
3897  Other / Off-topic / Re: The best RPG games you've ever played? on: November 11, 2017, 08:16:35 PM
The Final Fantasy series and Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross. FF6, FF9 and Chrono Trigger in particular blew me away when they first came out.
3898  Other / Off-topic / Re: one piece is the best anime ever...... on: November 11, 2017, 08:14:58 PM
Definitely wrong. Too many fillers. Shallow story, shallow premise. It's just another cookie cutter Anime that only exists to make money and nothing else.
3899  Other / Politics & Society / Re: how to break teenage video game addiction on: November 11, 2017, 08:14:08 PM
I think the best way to leave the addiction of playing video games is improving the interaction with other people.
You can interact with more people by playing video games than you can by going out in the real world though.
Yes, We need to talk to them and tell them the disadvantage of video game addiction and will bring them to have a weak body. Encourage them to play individual or team sports like, Tennis, Badminton, Socker and Basketball.
You completely misunderstood my post. There is nothing bad about playing video games. It's actually better than most other activities that kids participate in.
3900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: November 11, 2017, 08:04:20 PM
But this would then also make me wonder about VISA. Wouldn't they do their due diligence and try everything they can to not partner with a company that might get sued for shady operations?
Visa is not legally liable if MonaCo ends up deliberately manipulating the token price (which I am not saying they will, but they definitely can with the current model).

Despite my responses, I actually like the idea of the card. I'm just not going to let shills post bullshit and make it appear as if everything is rainbows and unicorns in here when it clearly isn't. And right now there's a massive problem with the removal of the asset contract, which so far still doesn't have any replacement solution, as well as the issue with the card reservation once the token price gets too high for normal people to care.

I agree with you but still it is a bit weird how the whole process is going. You would expect VISA to be very careful before engaging in contracts with a crypto startup like this one. But who knows maybe they don't even care as much as we would think.
Visa cares about one thing, money. If they can create a scenario in which they can profit while keeping their name clean, they will most likely go that route. And if it came to public attention that MonaCo baited and switched investors with the asset contract, Visa would simply play oblivious to the fact and get off scot-free.

By the way, with 20000 cards and an average of $1000 transaction volume per year, that would make the dividend of a single token $0.7 per year.

And that's only the amount of cards that was ordered since the ICO. At the same rate there should be more than 100k cards at the end of next year, so each token would give a yearly dividend of more than $3.5 per year. Imagine you bought 10k tokens at $2 for $20,000, then you would be getting $35,000 for your investment every year from 2019.

And this number would grow very quickly as the amounts of cards increase. If cards kept getting ordered at the same rate, in 2020 the same investment would return $70,000 in dividends, and in 2025 the dividend would be $245,000. In 2030 this would be more than $500,000 per year. So in total we'd get a return of at least $2,730,000 at the end of 2030 out of a $20,000 investment with at least $500,000 of extra income per year from that point onward.

And in reality the amount of cards should be going up much faster because of active marketing, which so far MonaCo didn't really do.

Dividends?
No.
Super-speculative.
Nothing speculative about an extremely conservative estimate. Thanks for showing that all the shills have no real arguments by the way.
