I hope it's not that bad.
Draymond Green exits Warriors-Lakers with left ankle sprain

GSW went from bad to worst without Draymond around.
Steph can't do a thing with all the defense swarming around him.
Lakers finished it strong with 45 points as their largest lead. Good game for the Lakers.

Draymond has been a key for the Warriors success, without him the defense will collapse and Curry would not get an easy shots. I too hope he is okay.
This is what Coach Kerr says about Draymond's injury.

Draymond Green Doesn't Believe Ankle Injury Is 'Too Bad,' Warriors' Kerr Says

We don't have to worry now as they know better.
I misread it at first glance. I thought it was too bad.  Grin
Thankfully, I read the full article that cleared what you have shared.
Yes, they said first it was just an ankle sprain so it was true.

Lakers had a good night too, it rained with 3 pointers at the first quarter that made a huge lead. All they need it to keep it until the end.
Their next meeting will be March 16 and will break the tie with 1-1 win.

Let's hope that Draymond will be back by that time so it will be a more entertaining game. Draymond is a huge loss to the team if he is not playing, we've seen that in this game that the defense of the Warriors is pretty much lacking some energy.
GSW only shoot 24% from 3 point shot which is uncharacteristic of a team that is living in 3 points.

Politician will promise Earth , Moon and Sun just to get our Vote so why believe those stupid words?

Do you still believe in Their promises ? lol listening in the campaign sorties and rallies with the sugar coated words of Politicians is irritating for me .

Thats why when elections season comes ? i prefer not to watch news in regards to them lol.

I have to agree, we know that what politicians said are not always true especially during campaign period, they will always say those powerful words that will attract people so we will vote for them, after the election, they'll start doing their thing.

The thing is, if a country is one of the most corrupt in the world, their officials are also corrupt, so at the end of the day, its just all about money.
3883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: February 28, 2021, 10:57:40 PM

So top 10 of my portfolio consist of the following based on my blockfolio.

1) Atlant
2) Edgeless
3) Centra
4) Humaniq
5) Matchpool
6) Lunyr
7) KIN
8.) FUEL
9) SONM
10)NPXS

Please tell me if I should still expect I will be profitable or just give up now already.

Of all of my holdings, only NPXS had pump so far.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/pundi-x-nem/

Unfortunately I was still not able to sell because the pump is not good enough to give me a profit, I'm hoping it will pump more but it seems the market is not bullish anymore.
3884  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: February 28, 2021, 10:40:42 PM
Things to consider sports betting, always believe that sports are corrupt, and therefore don't bet on the team that you think would easily win as most of the time they loss on the point spread. If you are a better and been gambling for awhile, probably you have already heard the words game fixing or rigged games, this is actually true as some are already caught and punished, even an NBA ref which was caught rigging games and was sentence.
3885  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think it's time to go Short on Bitcoin on: February 28, 2021, 10:29:16 PM
Shorting bitcoin right now is playing with fire, you will get burned. Big money is investing into bitcoin now, corporations with billions of dollars in usd. It just takes Apple or Amazon to jump in and the price is over 70k and shorts get absolutely destroyed.
That's correct but the hype is over, price will not just pump and go in one direction, it pumped even reach almost $60k and now that correction has started, I think we can see the opposite of bull run and I believe we will see a lower price than the current price.
3886  Economy / Speculation / Re: I think it's time to go Short on Bitcoin on: February 28, 2021, 03:04:57 PM
$45k, we're still at best. I don't need to worry about that but honestly, I was hoping to drop more and give me a chance to accumulate more Bitcoin.
It sounds ridiculous hoping for a dump instead of a pump, maybe you are right but we know it only has a little chance as these huge market players keep buying.

Maybe, I just have to close my eyes this time and never have to check the price. Because it maybe might give us a surprise that we get back to $50k by tomorrow, who knows?
3887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 27, 2021, 10:16:35 PM
Plus sixers is not the only one that should fear Nets, we still have Bucks and they are a great team with one of the best players in the league as well, Giannis will create trouble for any player in any team, .....

Most likely Giannis will create trouble for his team in the playoffs as his performance is not good in the playoffs compared to the regular season. Last time they exit in the 2nd round I guess, I don't know this time, maybe 1st round?

The thing is they are also different in the regular season, they are only in the number 3 in terms of standing in the East, but they were in the top in the previous seasons, so hopefully it's the opposite in the playoffs.  Smiley

Quote
Sorry but I don't trust Giannis anymore, he can't carry his team in the playoffs, period.
I understand where this is coming, maybe the expectation was too high for him as every time he tries to win in the playoffs, he always fall short.
Being an MVP, you can expect that people are expecting him to play better in the most special situation in boxing, but expectation does not happen.

This campaign will remain active until further notice. !👍

That was also suspended today, (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5278352.msg56449416#msg56449416)
All the campaigns are now suspended, let's see what's next, maybe they are planning something new and more attractive.

Not actually all are suspended, there's still one campaign that is up and running until now.

Weak sauce!!!
Doubt they are planning something new, they sound sort of cheap  Roll Eyes

They are not cheap, they had a competition before and give a huge price, the only reason why they stop is due to lack of participation, nothing more.
3889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum gas problem to be resolved in July on: February 27, 2021, 02:58:36 PM
Will, I supposed to believe that Gas Fee might change someday but saying in July, I don't think so. I don't see how reliable it was when talking about a time-frame where we would expect a change as we know that this is not controlled by someone. Maybe I miss that Vitalik says it but I don't have to expect then since many times that he is not true to his speech.

I understand how crazy the fees it was but have no choice, we have to pay for it if we have no other options to take.
3890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think ethereum is the best crypto next to bitcoin. on: February 26, 2021, 10:30:57 PM
Look at the market now,  https://coinmarketcap.com/...

Bitcoin is down 7% and ETH is down 9%.. it's not possible that ETH will overtake bitcoin because the current movement says ETH just had to follow bitcoin's trend, when bitcoin is down, ETH is down as well.  Let's be realistic here, I understand the hype but Bitcoin will never be overtaken by any altcoin, it will remain at the top.
3891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: February 26, 2021, 09:58:48 PM
Looks like the Lakers got tired of losing all their games and finally addressed their lack of athleticism down low by picking up Damian Jones. He’s a 6’11” athletic lob threat and should address their needs for the short term. I’m not sure if he’s the playoff threat they’re ultimately looking to land, but maybe he’ll surprise. Something to be aware of if you’ve been betting the Anthony Davis absence lately.

Not so much impressed with his NBA record, but if he will be given enough minutes, maybe we can see his improvement. Lakers with this news have admitted that they lack a big man and hopefully this 10 day contract will be a stepping stone of Damian Jones to get longer term contract, I think there are players who also got signed with 10 day contract that are still playing in the NBA now, like Hassan Whiteside.

Have you earn money from bounty and invested it,  or the investment came from your own pocket?
Sorry, I was not able to fully understand the statement, all I know is you profited but I don't read if you really make money from bounty since it's the topic.
3893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: February 24, 2021, 10:26:36 PM
How about the All Star snub of Devin Booker.  I thought he deserved to be in.  Phoenix still isn't getting any respect around the league, but they're beginning to earn it.  I suspect a playoff run this year will change things.

Hell yeah! Why is everyone not talking about Devin Booker, this guy deserve an all star slot, Phoenix has transformed from a shitty team to a serious NBA championship contender although that was when Chris Paul entered the team but still it would not be possible without Booker.

I'm sure if they'll have a good run in the playoffs, by next year fans would already vote for him.
Honestly, I'm excited to see what they can do in the playoffs, as long as Chris Paul is healthy, I know they would pass the first round.
3894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: February 24, 2021, 09:56:40 PM
As far as I know, only about 1% of the players are profitable when playing at the betting sites, all the rest lose money and remain at a loss.

That's a very small percentage, it means casinos are filthy reach because of that percentage.
I'm not sure with the percentage, no one can tell actually, even the casinos themselves but one thing is sure, most of us are losing money in a casino.

These people who tried to make gambling as their profession are more like experience gamblers who think they can win in the long run.
It's very opposite of what typical gamblers think as they usually think of short term profit, that's why they loss most of the time.

just adding to your comments:
the thing with casinos is that they'll make money anyway, the house always wins, even when profitable gambles are playing games that depends more on skill than on pure luck, casinos won't be the ones losing a lot on the long run.

Exactly, because looking at the percentage, even if their winning rate is 60% over the overall gamblers, they are still making money, the higher the winning rate the more they'll make money, and in sports betting, there's always a commission they'll make on a winning bet, it's not necessary that they are the ones taking the bet but just a facilitator for gamblers.
3895  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggest me what to do now! on: February 24, 2021, 02:05:50 PM
I am here almost 3 years+++. Now I have some experience in trading but I can't depend on my research only. Currently, I am holding almost $2k and looking for making investment to trade and earn some profit to increase my total funds.

Can you share with me some upcoming news which may help me to grow my funds fast? Or you can share your research too so that I can pick one shortly in my list to invest next.

Don't look for fast profit since it may put your money at risk instead look for better trades which can make you earn a decent percentage. Just settle to earn less but consistently since this is more ideal than looking for quick but so risky schemes. And also just search the information you need on google since the latest news about latest event always posted there.
That's exactly what we have to do first.
Not bad to aim high but we also have to analyze if we are able to do that. Because we can't be an expert in a day nor we can make a good trade for just a week or even a month, but usually it takes months/years to see a reliable profit.

It is quite funny to think that OP has been in this field for 3 years already but I feel he is still in his early days in crypto. I don't think if he really doesn't have the experience and knows the situation. He probably knows this already, but he's asking. Just to wonder why.
3896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron is an outdated coin on: February 22, 2021, 02:09:36 PM
Tron is very well known from Justin Sun. He was promoting Tron very hard and always compared it to Ethereum.

But he failed completely and his Tron coin was never a danger for Ethereum because Tron was a very bad and not innovative coin. It was based on old and outdated tech but Justin Sun did huge marketing. Tron will be very likely dead soon and people holding Tron will make huge losses.
Justin Sun is guilty here because he has promised a good coin but could never deliever.

See also here: We should not buy outdated and overvalued coins
Justin Sun has been quiet in the past few days as he notice that ETH is making another ATH. He was wrong to underestimate ETH and that all he plans is a failure.
Tron isn't a dead coin but it is sad to say that investors are losing interest in this coin. I do respect the market competition and that TRON losses its position and that is what happens to them. If Justin Sun wants to get back the trust of the people, they will have to show it and be consistent with what they plan before.
3897  Economy / Speculation / Re: Have you noticed that recently Bitcoin went up without big news? on: February 22, 2021, 01:41:02 PM
This is a continuous market effect on the previous announcements. It is quite not to hear someone or other companies did the same but these small market players and users are giving their interest in Bitcoin, and it keeps the demand high, the price spike again. We cannot ignore this and this Bullrun will never stop until such a time that everyone has done buying/investing.

Ain't to wonder if the price will rise but I'd to wonder what will happen to these new investors if they are seeing huge correction and market declines. I was supposed to wait for that and to know how strong they to keep and hold their Bitcoin.
3898  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What drives alt season? on: February 22, 2021, 01:16:51 PM
I've been seeing lots of posts here and on twitter about altcoin season.  But other than a backward-looking phrase (that's not useful for forward trades), what is alt season?  Are there times when alts pump and, crucically, we can predict alts will pump even more?  Or is it purely "hindsight is 20/20" way of looking coin prices?
You should not listen to them, they just fooled you honestly. Because we don't have the alt season yet, only a few altcoins did the pump while the many are still resting. If you are now planning to invest in altcoins, have to start it now before the train goes off.

If you are talking about the tweet of Elon Musk, it was just Dogecoin make a hype, not all altcoins. So now, before the other will do the hypes, make it to start or you missed something later. This will be risky advice and it's up to you, anyway.
3899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: February 22, 2021, 12:53:09 PM
Frankly, I gamble on my own money that is not related to the signature campaign earning. The latter  is too small to cover my  passion to slot machines. Money from the signature campaign is only enough to buy a beer to drink it when playing at online casino with  those fruit gears. When I don't play I buy beer again and, sitting in my crappy chair,  dream about  big jackpot  which is waiting for me.

At first I was going to say "Oh, That's a sad story, if even $60/week isn't enough to satisfy your gambling appetites". But then I thought, who am I to judge you? If you are making $1,000+/week, then, at least by my standards, you can afford losing $100/week to gambling from time to time. Good job in making such big money, mate! I'm happy for you! And I sincerely wish you Good Luck in hitting that big jackpot! Smiley

I would not buy my signature campaign earning for a beer, I would rather accumulate it and wait for situation like this, and personally I have benefited because of the bull run, and I'll continue to be smart holding my earning, or at least bigger portion of it as I also have needs.

I gamble a lot but not a lot of money, I'm contented with my limit and that's fine for me because I don't wanna risk my bitcoin earning that could potentially grow in the future. Just imagine, bitcoin pump x5, so that earning before let's say 60 usd is now equivalent to 300 usd, for me that's huge already.
3900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: February 22, 2021, 12:05:07 PM
This is a big favor to Crawford when it comes to $$, it's a big payout for him while the chances of winning will probably have a 0% against Manny Pacquiao.

I doubt this one, I believe Crawford will come out as the favorites in this fight, so that 0% is very unrealistic, unless you are a die hard fan of Manny Pacquiao and your opinion is completely bias, sorry, I have to disagree.
