Di indodax transaksinya sudah berhasil, tetapi coin yang anda kirim belum masuk  ke alamat coinbase,  Bisa jadi koin yang anda kirim tertunda walaupun chat di indodax sudah berhasil, karena anda lupa memasukan memo. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini agan harus menghubungi pihak coinbase dan menjelaskan masalah yang sedang agan hadapi. Permasalahannya adalah agan lupa  memasukkan memo saat pengiriman, jadi besar kemungkinan  gan masih bisa tertolong.
