3901  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Criptsy - i'm finally out! Mainentance coming tomorrow, be aware!! on: December 18, 2015, 09:37:23 AM
Luck you, i am still having 1 ticket there and honestly i don't expect it to be resolved anytime soon.

The problem is a 2 BTC withdrawal (not even that much) but it is open for weeks now..

Dude, u ll never get your BTC out. Exchange for something which u can get. Better to lose some of those coins then all of it.
3902  Economy / Economics / Re: Do your Christmas shopping at businesses that dont convert bitcoin to fiat on: December 18, 2015, 07:40:29 AM
Block halving and more and more public interest will foster BTC acceptance. Doesnt matter if people exchange or do not exchange BTC for FIAT cause even increased liquidity s good.
3903  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: December 18, 2015, 07:39:12 AM
Don't know if this is really considered a passive income, but I run a couple of websites that earn me some affiliate income plus some Google Adsense revenue.
I do have to keep them updated to maintain a high number of visitors.

My only really passive income is from cloud mining Smiley

So the cloud mining actually works and is not a scam?

Cloud mining is a scam. No doubt about it. You will never break even.
not exactly never. if the mining operation is legitimate, meaning not a ponzi scheme, you should eventually ROI after a long period of time, maybe around a year. however, it is true that it generally is not profitable, given the long ROI time and high maintenance fees for the service.
I've done my research and went with Genesis-Mining, they've proved that they are actually mining and are actually very transparent about their operation.
And yeah it's true that it will take a long time to make any ROI, but my results so far are pretty positive.

Ok, show me how can you ROI with them, in what universe. Pls share with us what you have purchased, at what price, also pls calculate moderate 10% diff growth. We all know it s gonna grow at least twice as that but you can be much more moderate. Then share your figures with us and if I m wrong, I ll apologize.

YOU CANT MAKE MONEY WITH THEM CAUSE THEY SELL BS PRODUCTS.
3904  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: deposit 5000 in BTCE and withdraw in BITSTAMP on: December 18, 2015, 07:34:17 AM
Cmmon people, this is classic arbitrage. This system s been dead for over 2 years now.
3905  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: December 18, 2015, 07:31:19 AM
I had no choice but to cashout all my S7 hashes

I have to sell too, but the price is so low Sad

It s gonna only get lower. At least BTC s going down but I highly doubt Hashnest s fast on lowering their maintenance fee.
3906  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining Service: http://bitcoinmining.me/ review on: December 18, 2015, 07:29:15 AM
Selecting good cloud is simple.

You just contact them and ash for 3 things, verifiable names of people behind this, photos of the farms and mining address to confirm they mine at all. If they send you some BS why they cannot do it and in 99% of the case they will, you just pass. Dont let your greed controls you.
3907  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Criptsy - i'm finally out! Mainentance coming tomorrow, be aware!! on: December 18, 2015, 07:26:54 AM
After many weeks, tons of tickets, ludicrous withdraw fees and limits and a lot of loss due to being costricted to buy 30% overpriced doge to withdraw, I finally managed to get out of cryptsy all my funds, losing "only" roughly 10-15% of it.

Tomorrow they are supposed to go in mainentance mode and fix a lot of wallets. I obviously don't trust them, and i'm very suspicious about this " scheduled mainentance" , so i'm advising you with this post.

How do you know they re gonna fix lots of wallets. All see from Big Vern is maintenance due to equipment change.
3908  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: December 18, 2015, 07:22:20 AM
Actually I d like BTC go up to $3k so I could start a nice charity in my country. I d like to buy some other things for sure but this charity s one of the first things I d start.
3909  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you earn a lot of free bitcoins fast? on: December 18, 2015, 07:15:22 AM
Besides faucet, i think join sign campaign is the best way to earn free bitcoin  Wink

But he wants lots of BTC fast. So another inquiry about how to get rich while doing nothing. Yeah, sure.
3910  Economy / Speculation / Re: Not long and I will be at my break-even price of $1124.76 on: December 17, 2015, 07:33:56 PM
Haha, I think you ll have to wait till summer next year for that. But again, real investors are big time patient.
3911  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2k in january on: December 17, 2015, 07:33:06 PM
Way 2 fast, I d expect around $1k by July 20, 2016, when block halving takes place.
3912  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What's wrong with Genesis Mining? on: December 17, 2015, 07:31:04 PM
What s wrong with them is not related to their website. The real problem lies in their products. There s NO CHANCE you can reach ROI with any of their products. This last Etherum option s the closest one but if u re gonna invest money in mining, why not buy Etherum now and not have any problem with it.
3913  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Great cloud mining website? on: December 17, 2015, 07:29:43 PM
Hashnest is definitely legit, the problem is this rampaging mining diff. With that in mind, reaching ROI is almost impossible, at least not without active hash trading.
3914  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: deposit 5000 in BTCE and withdraw in BITSTAMP on: December 17, 2015, 07:26:54 PM
Not gonna work, the price tilts all the time and bank transfers take time.
3915  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Buy / Sell / Exchange Skrill, Neteller , Perfect money, Payza, Okpay on: December 17, 2015, 08:04:21 AM
1 post account and you expect people to use your service. Maybe you re really legit but you do understand how this looks like.
So many scammers around.
3916  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: December 17, 2015, 08:02:53 AM
I d like to see Hashnest goes into Etherum market as well. It seems to be quite lucrative and this junk Genesis Mining s been offering is not close to profitable.
3917  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ▁ ▂ ▄ ▅ ▆ Cloudmining 101 (ponzi risk assessment) ▆ ▅ ▄ ▂ ▁ on: December 17, 2015, 08:01:42 AM
Home and cloud mining has come to an end. With these big boys building farms and raising diff 30% a month, with this hash base, it s simply not possible to make money from a point of a small home miners. Unless you go for ASIC free coins.

Is there any true ASIC resistant PoW coin or the concept is just a fallacy ?

For now, the most profitable is Etherum. Although it ll go PoS as well in the fall next year.
3918  Economy / Speculation / July 20, 2016, the block halving date, what will the price be? on: December 17, 2015, 07:59:37 AM
So, what do you think will be the price on that day? Are we going to be happy or are we going to be disappointed and why?
3919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin user adoption is horrible - here is why: on: December 17, 2015, 07:57:05 AM

"Paul Puey, CEO of Airbitz, said in a blog post: "We are excited to announce that we've integrated Fold into our app! Now, you can buy gift cards for Starbucks and Target within the app in the same tab where you can buy and sell bitcoin through Glidera."

So, Fold is now integrated into Airbitz.  Use Glidera, to buy bitcoin to buy a gift card to use via Fold through your AirBitz wallet - to get a coffee!

Get it?!  Neither do I.  The more ridiculous steps between being thirsty and getting a coffee - the less likely users will adopt the system.  This is just freaking horrible.  I am convinced that major players like AirBitz inability to see this will ultimately cause alienation of end users.  Even a hard core bitcoin nerd couldn't enjoy this transaction.  Real people would laugh their head off if you told them they should buy a coffee this way.  More steps and more middlemen?  = sure death.

 you > Glidera > Fold > Airbitz > Starbucks

forgetaboutit

Absolutely the biggest problem related to Bitcoin adoption is its connection to criminal activities and army or scammers using it. In that sense, anonymity s been the worst trait BTC has brought us, in addition to bunch of other useful things. Those people who wish to hide all the time are the people who have a reason to hide.
3920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [TEK] TEKcoin Hi-PoS hybrid pos/pow no premine/ipo/ico on: December 16, 2015, 05:27:47 PM
@thudertoe, still the same question, DOES Tek have an operational exchange or not?

Cause I really do not understand why you people discuss PoW difficulty and similar shit if there s not option to trade TEK at all?HuhHuh
