I don't agree with you on that, not at all, have a look at the last competition,
From the TOP 7, 3 guys has done this (not too sure cause I can not look inside their page) but as two are doing it again.

So it very easy to be on the Top 3 or 5, easy. With those @1.01 one makes roughly 10% a day, so x30, 250% up to 382% (last competition) + a lot of "Loyalty Points".

In Order to make everybody happy which is important,
you should do 2 competitions,
one with "Only for @1.01 bets" (which can be very fun too and good for statistics) and another one for regular tipsters

I have tried and look at their pages, you will go up for sure but in real money, you will lose.

The problem is that "bonus of 13% of each bet stake" which ruins the Competion.
I don't even know why they do that.

I'm not sure it is a good idea, there are some many games under @1.3, Barcelona, Paris...
In France no bet possible under 1.06 (I guess) only for Toto Parlay.

Maybee not the winner, but if you have a look at the last competition, well it helps a lot,

at least in order to be on the Top 7 as it happended in the last championship.

Have a look at GrandeMar's page, He made around 500 1.01 bets, and he is +55%, tomorrow be +63% and so on.
Out 100 1.01 bets he has lost more than One, He has won only 4 parlays (odds 1.17 to 1.40) out 530 bets.

I have tried it and made around 6-7-8% in few hours.

I have pointed this out, cause it's very hard to be in green, in positive, I like to bet and i do it for ages but it's difficult but fun.
I don't blame at all the persons who do that, it takes a lot of time and so many clicks... but still Wink
